Don't touch me. >> Show me your hands. >> Don't touch me. >> Show me your hands. I'm not playing around getting an officer hurt. >> Don't blink during this video or you will miss the sustained escalated actions of scared cops who pull guns on guys with cameras. Oh yeah, this gets even more intense. >> Do you have any weapons? >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me, sir. Don't touch me. YOU HAVE NO I >> I need to make sure you have no weapons. >> Sir, I don't consent to the search. I don't consent to the search. GET OFF OF ME. >> OKAY, GOOD. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. WHAT'S YOUR NAME AND BADGE NUMBER? DON'T TOUCH ME. >> IN APRIL 2020 in Clive, Iowa, Floyd Wallace wore a ski mask and filmed the Diamond Public Safety Center from a public sidewalk. Officers responded to a dangerous man holding a dangerous camera with his left hand in his pocket. Now, this escalates quickly and stays escalated. The question is, will these officers be prosecuted or will they be cleared of all wrongdoing? Let's take a look at this together and I'll make some comments along the way. >> Don't touch me. >> Show me your hands. >> Don't touch me. >> Show me your hands. I'm not playing around getting an officer hurt. Show me your hands. >> Why you got to [ __ ] pull your guns out on me, man? >> Do you have a question? I'd be happy to talk to you and answer your questions, but you're not going to put me and my officers in jeopardy. >> You would pull you would pull a gun. >> Cuz you're not showing me your hand and I'm not getting killed and I'm not getting any of my officers >> killed. >> Now, do you have some questions because >> What's your name and badge What's your name and badge number? >> I'll give you my card. >> Give me your card. And who's your supervisor? >> I'm the supervisor. Do you have any weapons? >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me, sir. Don't touch ME. YOU HAVE >> I NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO WEAPONS. >> SIR, I don't consent to the search. I don't consent to the search. Get off of me. >> OKAY, GOOD. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. WHAT'S YOUR NAME AND BADGE NUMBER? DON'T TOUCH ME. >> YOU HAVE NO WEAPONS AND I NEED TO TALK. >> Now that I know you're not armed and have no weapons, I'm happy to talk to you. Do you have questions? >> Don't you ever IN YOUR LIFE TOUCH ME. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> DO YOU HAVE QUESTIONS? >> YOU AIN'T [ __ ] WITHOUT THAT BADGE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? Give me your business card. >> Is there something I can help you with? >> Yeah, well, all you guys is Don't ever touch me again. Don't ever touch me again. >> You got to back up though. >> You walked up to me. Then back up. >> I'm here to see if there's anything that we can help you with, answer your questions, you give you a tour of the police department. >> I'm here to see if there's anything we can help you with as he pulls his weapon on a guy with a camera. How scared do you have to be to be a police officer? >> Whatever you want to do. >> You too. >> But you're not going to jeopardize our safety in the process. >> Sir, let me tell you something. I'm going to tell you something man to man because constitution Besides, if I wanted to do something, you wouldn't see me. I'm just saying if the I'm just saying if someone wanted to do something to you guys, I wouldn't let you see me. >> Hey, what We're different than >> Well, you got them maybe mad today, man, by coming up and grabbing me for no reason. >> You wouldn't show me your hand. >> What was the goal today? You woke up and was like, "I'm going to go provoke police?" Or >> I'm going to provoke police by Let's see. What's the best way I could provoke police? I know. I'll exercise my constitutionally protected rights. That'll provoke them into exacting tyranny against me. What kind of logic is that? >> No one's getting hurt here today, least of all us. >> It's fair though, right? You want us to speak, but you can't speak. >> No one's getting hurt here today, least of all us. >> You attacked me. So, of course, I'm going to react a certain way. >> I did what I had to do for my safety and the safety of my officers. >> Yeah. >> Now, was there any questions you have? Any questions I think I can help you with? You're out here in public. You're not breaking any laws. >> I know that. So, why did you grab me like that? >> To make sure you weren't armed. >> Hm. >> You wouldn't take your hand out of your pocket. >> Sometimes, man, you got the right You got the right [clears throat] to do whatever you want, man, and that's my constitutional right. >> You walking around like a right outside >> Freedom of movement, bro. Freedom of movement, man. >> you to understand. You didn't answer it. >> What's ironic about this right here is it's April 2020. In the months following this, they would require you to wear a ritualistic shame muzzle. And they would penalize you if you didn't have one of those things. And here these cops are, they object to this guy wearing a mask. >> Sir, if >> for? A legitimate reason to be here at this time of the morning? You really don't have a You really can't be here. Okay, you're on property where you had no license to be. >> This is public This is public property, sir. >> You're over there by the sign that says, "Please be advised." >> asked us to identify ourselves, right? >> I did cuz you grabbed me. >> closed. >> You literally walked up and grabbed me, man. >> license to be there. You trespassed. >> leading up to that, did you understand that? It looked suspicious. >> You know what? The Constitution is suspicious. >> Let's be real. If we're showing outside your house, someone in a ski mask walks up, hands in pocket, is casing your place, what are you going to do? >> What's up, man? How you doing? That's it. >> That's it? >> That's it, man. If you ain't doing nothing to me, you We good to go. >> When you immediately stick your hand in your pocket, that takes everything up a notch. Cuz I'm not getting shot and none of my officers are getting shot. >> Bro, man. >> you to get shot. We don't want anybody to get hurt. >> Bro. >> When you exercise your rights, it takes it up a notch. When you put your hands in your pocket, it takes it up a notch. When you're holding a camera on a public sidewalk, that just takes it up a notch, pal. >> Bro. >> Just what you did when I drove by you earlier. >> But I'm going home tonight. >> hand straight in your pocket. >> I got to make sure my phone >> Do you hear that? I'm going home tonight, period. No matter what happens, no matter who I have to harm in the process, I am going home. That is priority number one for law enforcement. It's always in their mind, and he just displayed a mentality that runs across the board in all law enforcement circles. >> Phone don't fall out, sir. >> It was in Your phone was in your hand. He's building it for the media. >> Do you have any questions? >> You're you're the only supervisor? You're not Do you know anybody above you? Captain, lieutenant? >> Come in tomorrow if you want to make a complaint. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. >> I just feel like you shouldn't have grabbed me like that, man. >> You got to show your hands. We're not playing around. This is not a game. We don't want anybody to get hurt. >> You got to show your hands. What law is that, officer? It's the you got to show your hands law. >> I can't help you, okay? >> Well, what if I grabbed you like that, though? I'd be going to jail, right? I would assume, right? I'd be going to jail. I don't think it's proper for you to grab me. Not seeing a weapon or anything. Yeah, I can see >> We can't when your hands are in your pocket. You just answered that. Exactly. [laughter] So, I'm assuming you're not going to be willing to show me your ID. >> No, I'm not, sir. >> Okay. Is there something we can help you with? >> You can go home. Go in your car and leave me alone. >> Don't have to. We're running the show. >> Actually, I'm running the show. >> We're running the show. We're your bosses. I know the side of our car says to protect and serve, but actually, we're here to exercise our authority and boss you around. >> That's fine, man. I'm cool with that. We're going to be here all day, man. The goal has been accomplished. >> you going to next? >> Why would I do that? >> You just came from West Hollywood. Oh. >> [laughter] >> Jig is up. >> You want to say >> though. It's all right. >> Sorry, man. So, y'all connected or something or what? You must be >> We're from the same department. You can hang out here on the sidewalk until the sun goes down and comes back up if you want. But, this this public safety center's closed. So, if you have no legitimate business here, which it doesn't appear that you do, you need to stay off this property and stay out here on the public part of the property. >> I actually did have legitimate I actually Freedom of movement, man. >> We're officer >> are getting ambushed in their parking lots on a regular basis, of course we're going to be concerned about that. Of course we're going to check it out. And when you won't show me your hand, what am I supposed to think? >> Gosh, I don't know why anybody would ambush an officer. They're constantly ambushing us, waiting on bridges, overpasses, shooting the radar and the lidar at us, trying to catch us doing something wrong, and then they economically terrorize us in their roadside piracy operations. Gosh, why would anybody ambush a police department or police officers? I just don't understand it. >> As long as we don't say nothing, we good to go. We all going home tonight, man. WE ALL GOING HOME. WE ALL GOING HOME TONIGHT, BUDDY. I'm not really That's not the sign here. But my business But But >> response is not nothing that never ends well. >> Well, my >> dialogue, a discussion. We'll stand out here and talk to you all night till another call comes in. >> Well, my business was going to get a FOIA records request on your financial uh What's that called? Financial records. >> You'll have to call tomorrow during from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The number's on the card we gave you. Cuz right now the public safety center's closed cuz of the COVID thing. >> Oh, that's great. >> All right. >> That's great for you guys. All right, man. >> Good. >> I'm chilling, man. >> All right. Stay out here on the sidewalk. >> All right. You can go to your next call, though. You can go. >> Right now it's a slow night. >> Yeah. >> Can't leave without that directive. Stay on the public sidewalk. You do what I tell you to do, and everything will be all right. >> Uh-huh. We can be here all day, man. I got nothing >> Do me a favor next time you're approached by officers, don't stick your hand in your pocket. >> It's a safety issue, man. You shouldn't be >> Don't do it. >> Sir, you shouldn't be an officer if you fear for your safety, man. This is a voluntarily job, man. >> Oh, I shouldn't care if I get hurt. >> No, I'm not saying that, but being a police officer is for real men. If you're not a real man, dude, that's like to go to hell. That's like going to the army and say, "I don't want to go to war." even though you signed up for it. >> Sorry, man. I completely disagree. First of all, being a police officer is for those who got picked on in school, and now they want the power, and they don't want their victims to be able to do anything because they want their victims to recognize them as authority while they abuse that power. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. And more than that, power attracts the corruptible. So, you have corrupt people attracted to that profession. That's not a real man who wants to dominate somebody else because they have some kind of illegitimate authority. Same goes for military men. When you sign on the dotted line, you sign your life away for the military industrial complex and the psychopaths who run that operation. >> I'm saying. >> Okay. Well, you're entitled to your opinion. >> I don't I I mean, I'm not I'm not trying to hurt your feelings. I'm just giving you >> Stay out here on the sidewalk, okay? >> All right, man. Y'all have a good one. >> Have a Have a good one. I bid you good day, sir. Why? He almost offed you by pulling his gun on you for doing nothing more or less than exercising your constitutionally protected rights. >> What's the next >> Yeah. You know what I'm trying to say, though? He did violate my rights, man. He just pulled a gun on me, dude. Again? Like the fifth time today, man. What's going on with guns getting pulled? We're at the Civic Center building. Oh, he pulled that gun out. It was done doubted, man. I had to You know what, though? I didn't do nothing wrong. Well, guys, this ends this audit, man. They failed miserably, I think. You know, when we got people getting afraid because you exercise your rights, I don't think that's cool. This guy I want to make sure that I didn't drop nothing cuz things do get dropped. Make to drop nothing. >> All right, we're going to end this video on a sad note, guys. They failed completely. And we're on to the next apartment. >> How the hell they know? I was serious. I was scared. People were scared. I ain't scared. I'll put my hands up the moment he pulled that gun out. The moment he pulled that gun out, I put my hands up. I'm not about to get shot. That's sad, though. >> We're going to end it here, guys. I think this is the automatically. My rights got violated again. Like the third time today, man. It's sad. I can't film with my hands in my pocket. I don't get it. Why you Like, I don't think I would react the way they did. My rights are violated, but you know, that's part of life. You get your rights violated a lot in this day and age. In this post-constitutional world, man, we are living in. >> Pulling a gun on a peaceful man with a camera exercising his constitutionally protected rights on a public sidewalk on American soil. So, were these police officers prosecuted? Nope. They investigated themselves and were all cleared of all wrongdoing. Leave your thoughts about this in the comments section below.
