watching it I just had to share it with you Al ktl decides to exercise his right in Revere Massachusetts to freedom of the press by documenting an apparent traffic stop and conducting an on-site Personnel performance assessment of the Revere Police Department check out how cool this guy is in the face of fang-bearing policy enforcement tyrants foreign [Music] do you mind telling me why they pulled you over that's careful okay believe it or not this guy right here is going to drive away turn around and come back in camera view to tell the cop that he doesn't want to be recorded with this guy's camera when he could have just let the cameraman know right here and right now have a nice day foreign people over it's this is crazy SWAT team pulling over the underlying person let's see a job how you doing good yourself this should not be videotaped you have to stop videotaping him he's a civilian does this mean that we can walk up to every cop who has a dash cam and body Cam and demand that the cops turn off all cameras including every traffic camera and every state and federal building camera just because we don't want to be videotaped in public or is it more like people in public consequently they posted this response to their Facebook page quote after many people reached out and complained the Revere Police Department has been made aware of a video during an exchange with the Revere Police Officer on a motor vehicle stop thank you to that individual and that would be Al ktl who sent us this video as this is exactly what we want our community to do if you see something that appears wrong or out of the ordinary in Revere let us know we are conducting a thorough review of the entire incident officers are required to give their name and badge number to a citizen as it is a lawful request okay so they're required that's a requirement of their job if they don't fulfill that requirement of their job they they should at least get publicly reprimanded since they are public servants there is no expectation of privacy when filming in a public place the chief will be issuing a directive to remind the entire department of these issues if anyone has any further questions
