Sir, we're going to have to call We're going to have to call the dog in, sir. Yeah, I'm sure you don't want to do that. Could I have you pull up into the to the grass area? This is kind of a danger being here in the just parked right in the middle of the road. Well, I'm asking the questions today, man. Do you have any ID No. for me? And you understand that you work for me, right? I don't I don't call you sir. You understand that? Okay. So, next time you talk to me, that's sir to you. Do you understand? I can educate you today, Rodney. I actually I help I I help pay for these buildings. They're taxpayer-funded. Here's the deal. So, here's the deal. Here's Here's the deal. You either give me your ID or you go to jail. How about that? Catch me outside. How about that? How about that? Here's the deal. We received a male subject heading south on 3.3 Road. Here's the deal. I wanted to highlight this video right here. This comes from the YouTube channel CH Entai Audits and they do a really good job flipping the script on these cops ala James Freeman. What are you working on right now? Are you working on something right now? Where have you uh where have you been today? Have you been here all day or have you been out and about a little bit? What is this about? Who are you? I'm I'm asking the questions. Where have you been today? Have you been here I'm asking the questions. You're on this property. Why are you slurring your words today? So, have you have you been here all day or have you been out? Have you been to the bar today at all? Who are you? Have you been to the bar today? I'm an investigator. Investigator for who? Investigative journalist. I investigate uh corrupt officials. So, I'm wondering where have you been today? Have you been here all day or have you been out at the bar at all? Working on a fraud case. That's where I've been. Do you got any drugs on you? Have you used any drugs today? What a ridiculous question. That's not a ridiculous question. Do you know where he's been today? Uh I don't No, I don't keep tabs on him. Okay. on the boat. Do you know what time his shift started? Does he usually drink on the job or No? Not Not that anybody knows of for sure? Have you guys ever breathalyzed him? While he's been on the job? Would you Would you submit to a breathalyzer for me right now? You're ridiculous, you know that? You've got about 5 minutes to get out of here right now. Or what? Or what? You're You're on my property. This isn't your property. the hell up. Get out of here now. What did you say? I said shut up and get out of here. get out of here now. Hey, you better get it You You better get your boy. And asking them the same questions that they ask us. Hey, do you have anything in the vehicle that we need to be uh concerned about? Do you have any illegal weapons, contraband, burner phones? Uh they they go so far as to say, "Hey, we're going to have to bring out the dog. We smell marijuana in your car, so we're going to bring out the dog and just check and make sure everything's all right. Have you been an ebriated today? Have you Have you been to the bar today? Just like James Freeman, classic stuff. And what's interesting about this is that people are under such a delusion that these cops have the right to ask us these questions. And the reason it is ridiculous, the reason it seems ridiculous when somebody on the street asks the cops the same questions they ask us, is because everybody knows in the back of their minds when you take away all the deception, all the euphemisms, all the emotionalism, and all the attachment to the thin blue line gang, when you take all that stuff away, it truly is out of place for a human being to walk up to another human being. I don't care if that human being has a costume, a badge, and a gun, and comes with the authority of the state, it's completely out of place and inappropriate for one adult to treat another adult the way cops treat us. Listen to this. What dogs are you going to call in? Well, you know, we just got a dog that's uh he's been certified by me to detect drugs. a policeman sitting in a police car Got any ID? Thank you. Sir, ID. Identification. I just need to know who I'm dealing with today. Uh just working. Okay. That's it. Okay. ID? Any ID on you for me? right now. No. You know you're supposed to carry your ID on you, brother. So, what are you doing? Like I don't understand like I'm asking the questions today, man. Do you have any ID for me? What's your name? Uh I don't answer those questions. What's your name? No, uh-uh. What's your name and badge number, sir? My my name is Deputy Rodney Miller. Okay, Rodney Miller. And badge number? 3X1042. 3X1042. Okay, so I can educate you today, Rodney. I actually I help I I help pay for these buildings. They're taxpayer-funded. Okay. So, they're not private, they're public. Okay. Do you get that distinction? Right. Okay. have any business here. There's no big reason No, I got I got tons of business, man. Do you got business? I got business to deal with you right now. Okay. Stay 7 ft away from my car while I'm doing my investigation. Stop barking orders at me, dude. What how will how far away do I look right now? I am 7 ft. Stay there. Good. Stop giving me unlawful Hey, shut up and do your job. Shut up and do your job. You You know what? Shut up and do your job, man. You heard me. I I heard you you heard me. Shut up and do your job. All right, so What is your business here? Uh I don't answer those questions, man. I'll tell you I got business. So, I got a lot of business. You got a lot of business? Oh, I got tons of business, man. What What is your name? Uh I don't answer you. Why not, man? I Yeah, it's cuz you are paid by me, you know? Yeah. Is that our goal here? Absolutely. And your name, sir? Martin. Martin. Okay. Thank you. Uh So, yeah. So, he called you, my man. So, why don't you go ahead and deal with him? I don't need your help. You're dismissed, brother. Can I Can I get your name and badge number, please? Officer Clapham, 291. Now, can I ask you why you're searching or looking in people's personal vehicles? No. Well, you can ask, but I'm not going to answer. So, but I do have a question. Are you sure? Yep. Okay. So, right now you're detained. I'm trying to figure out what's going on. Okay. Okay. Oh, I'm not dismissed yet. I'll dismiss when I'm when I'm ready to dismiss. You'll dismiss when you're ready. Okay. So, this is my place of employment. Okay. Got you. I'll leave when I when I want to leave. Okay. All right, got you. So, what what is your name? I don't I don't answer those questions, my man. Uh for the third time, you know? Well, then I'm going to ask you to leave. Okay. Why you looking in people's I'm requesting a supervisor right now. Tell you what, why don't you go grab a supervisor while I ask you investiga- investigatory questions. Hey, we got a captain right here. Hey, you're right. Hey, Cap. Awesome. So, again, why you looking in people's personal vehicles? I don't answer questions, man. Hey, what's your name and badge number? Officer Berry, badge number 1638. Okay. And you understand that you work for me, right? I don't I don't call you sir. Do you understand that? Okay. So, next time you talk to me, that's sir to you. Do you understand? Yeah, these two gentlemen were very cordial, very kind. That's why they don't get talked to like that, all right? But, you understand you're a public servant, so start acting like it. Okay. All right. So, why are you looking in people's personal vehicles? Again, man, I don't answer questions, you know. Well, I'm telling you to answer this question. You're under investigation for something. All right. You're being detained. Okay. Okay? So, why are you looking in people's personal vehicles? Um Now, let's say this guy the cameraman walks up to this cop and says, "Hey, you know what? I don't like what you're doing. You're being detained and you're under investigation." This cop would literally laugh in your face. Why? Because it's a laughable action. Again, for another adult to walk up to another adult and just out of the blue say, "Hey, you know what? I smell something on you." So, so why do you smell something on me? Get out of here. But, you can't say that with the cops because when they say something like that, and they say you're detained, and they say you're under investigation, well, you better stay there because if you take off and brush them off and disregard them and ignore them, well, that's not going to be good for you because they'll bring down all the resources of the state that they possibly can. They'll put copters in the air and dogs on the ground if they have to. They'll bring out the SWAT team, and they'll take you down if you keep resisting. That's how ridiculous it is. That's how much money they're willing to spend on you because they want to have their way. They want somebody who's compliant, but they won't comply with you. They'll laugh in your face, even though they claim to be your servant. So, the servants are going to dis- disobey and disregard the masters, but they expect compliance when they issue out orders to their masters? I don't answer questions. Sir, because you're under detainment, you have to provide me your name and date of birth, okay? Okay, so your name? So, what's going to happen if I don't give you my name? Then you can be under arrest. Okay? Hang tight. Hopefully they figure get this figured out real quick. In other words, you you can be under arrest if you don't let me violate your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person. When they're asking your for your ID, they're actually saying, "Hey, I'm here to make sure that you're insecure in your person. You need to reveal your identity to me. You can't make yourself anonymous. You can't take the fifth. You can't withhold or conceal information because if you do, if you stand on your Fourth Amendment rights, I'm going to throw you into a rape cage." Got the clown squad out today. But you have a beautiful day. Is that right? No more threats, man? Well, keep harassing people. So, that is a Is that a lawful order? Why Why do you do this? Because you get arrested? Is there anything Is there anything in the vehicle tonight that I should know about? Any No drugs, illegal weapons? Nope. Burner phones? Nope. Okay. Okay, do you uh You wouldn't mind if I checked then, would you? I I got to go. You got to go? I got places to be. Okay. All right. Okay, where are you going to? I don't know where they're sending me. You know, actually this sounds funny, but it is perfectly legitimate. If these people are paid because of the tax cattle dollars, if if these people call themselves public servants, then at any time and any place when the master walks up to the public servant in a vehicle that we paid for, then it seems absolutely appropriate to say, "Hey, um I'm just conducting a real quick audit right now. I need to do a search of your vehicle cuz I'm feeling like uh you know, you're acting a little bit of a little bit suspicious. And I feel like you might have some contraband in your car. So, I'm going to go ahead and search your vehicle. Once you go ahead and step out that is more appropriate than a servant walking up to a master saying the same thing. If you disagree, I want to hear your hear your thoughts in the comments. Do you guys have a regular? I'm asking the questions here. So, what Hey look, you guys don't mind that you film. We just ask you to stand by 100 150 ft away from the scene. No, that's not the law, my man. That is the law, my man. Supreme Court ruled 10 ft. 150 ft away from the scene. Okay, right. I just you can just shut up and do your job, my man. We aren't interfering at all. I'm asking you to stand Okay. That's fine. Don't come near me, buddy. What are you doing? I'm asking you to stand Buddy, focus on your traffic stop. Listen to me. One more time. Or you're going to go to jail. Is that right? You're threatening me to go to jail. Stand back at least 150 away from the stop, okay? that's a threat then. I'm I'm walking over here to assist him. So, what what are you going to take me to jail for? What are you going to take me to jail for? Okay. All right. Now, in addition again, I just wanted to ask You didn't answer the question. Is there anything in this car that I should know about? Drugs, illegal weapons, burner phones, anything of that nature? No. No. No, I find this funny. I see what you're doing. You're trying to flip it around. Like you're doing what we do. That's a cop admitting, "Oh, I get it. You're doing what we do." He finds it funny, but it's not funny if you didn't comply with him when he walked up to you at a traffic stop. The irony is thick here. Okay. Is there anything in the vehicle that I should know about today, gentlemen? Any drugs or illegal firearms, anything like that? No. No. Um and do you mind if I check? No, absolutely not. Okay. So, can we Can I just have you step out then? Absolutely not. Uh you just said you didn't mind. I said do you guys always go around violating the First Amendment or you think it's funny? I I do think this whole situation is funny. Well, we pay you guys a lot of money. What is your purpose in this building? You're not allowed to just walk in an office. Sorry. An office is considered a private area. There's confidential files in all these offices. You're not allowed to just walk in. Is there case law on that? Cuz I actually think there's case law the other way around where is as long as it's publicly accessible, it's not a courtroom. Walking into somebody's private office is not public. But this is nothing about this nothing about this is No, there's no there's no expectation of privacy while you're in that while you're in a public office. There are absolutely at all. There absolutely isn't. How are you doing today? Good. How are you? I'm good. Can I have you pull up into the to the grass area? This is kind of a danger being here in the just parked right in the middle of the road. What do you need? What That That is a reasonable request. A cop is pulling He's He's in a road around a blind corner where if somebody took a right and came into the road where he's sitting could not see him until the last minute and maybe hit this patrol vehicle. It's a reasonable request to say, "Hey, that whatever business you're conducting here can be conducted over there in the grass in a safer spot. I'm looking out for public safety. Obviously, you aren't. What There has to be an adult in the room and it has to be me. So, move along, officer." Very reasonable. Oh, I was just wanted to ask you some questions seeing as you just parked here. I was answering a call. Okay. Cops are Okay, could you not pull up into the side to do that over there? Sir, actually, I just got a call I've got to take. Okay. Okay, so Can Can I Okay, I'll let you take the call, but can I get you to pull off onto the side of the road there? Sir, I have a call that I need to take that's requiring my attention. Right. I get that. Okay. If you have If you need to talk to one of us, call Sullivan County dispatch and they'll get one of us to come and talk to you, but I have a call right now. Well, I get that. I got a responsibility to keep the public safe and you're parked here in the middle of the road. If somebody comes around that corner and they don't see your car, you could get hit and they could get hit. Do you see what Do you see what I'm saying? dispatch, okay? I'm telling you got a call that I have to state. Okay, well, you're dismissed. Go ahead and get out there. Get out of the road. All right, so this is CH and Tie Audits.
