but here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal so here's the deal and here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal because here's the deal here's the deal either give me your id or you go to jail how about that catch me outside how about that how about that how about that here's the deal [Music] [Applause] do you remember about four maybe even five years ago now this is back in july 2017 there's this nurse wubbles who was assaulted by this police officer in utah for merely doing her job in following hospital policy well midwest accountability brought this back to my attention by producing this video but stand by because there's something else to this story that isn't talked about in in these news stories or in this body cam video but i wanted to give you this as an example of an order following law enforcer who turns off his mind shelves his critical thinking puts his humanity away and the trash can somewhere or just completely obliterates it sears his conscience and thinks that he is justified in manhandling this nurse who's actually there to help people while this law enforcement agent drunk on his own power puts her in a double chicken wing puts the torture cuffs on her and throws her into a cop car i want to show this to you and then there's a twist at the end that a lot of people probably aren't aware of [Music] hold on a second let me let me refresh this it's been sitting on my tab the tab for a long time and it's just it's gone stale and it it gets all jerky [Music] it says obtaining blood samples for police enforcement from patients suspected to be under the influence okay this was something that you guys agree to with this hospital the three things that allow us to do that are if you have an electronic warrant patient consent or patient under arrest and neither yeah a swamp lover i just said that this is about five years old this happened back in july of 2017. the reason i bring these things out is because what never goes goes old would never get stale is the underlying ideology in the minds of these law enforcement psychopathic tyrants we need a constant reminder but there there is a twist to the story that i bet a lot of people from five years ago don't even know that he doesn't have about warrant and the patient is not under arrest so i'm just trying to do the what i'm supposed to do that's that's all so okay so i take it without those in place i'm not going to give one is that am i fairness you're not you're not representing this by the way she has her supervisor online and just a little backstory i don't know if you know i didn't know until today nurse wubbles is an olympic ski champion i had i had no idea about that that's irrelevant to this case right here but she has her supervisor on the phone the supervisor is telling the lieutenant or the arresting officer that he's completely in the wrong he's out on a limb you're doing something that's not right stop he's being warned by this woman's supervisor but that's when you're when you're smoking the crackpot of authoritarianism uh you you're not listening to anything sane and rational paint paint is the guy's name so the guy wearing this body cam right here and we'll look at another uh angle of payne's camera but this uh assisting officer is telling pain to settle down stop doing what you're doing there's a lot of uh there's there's a lot of um uh signs for pain to like snap back to reality but he doesn't he doesn't do it he doesn't respond done [Music] they're talking they're trying to talk them out of the off the ledge so to speak but what what a lot of people didn't know is nurse wobbles that's the nurse who was victimized by officer payne here filed a lawsuit with the city and they settled to the tune of 500 000 but there's also something else this officer got fired and now he's doing a counter suit of like 1.3 or 1.5 million dollars but i want to show you how power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely to the point where the powerful that got corrupted by that power by that authority and started just tripping and freaking out actually think that they did nothing wrong it's it's it's just it's an interesting thing to take a look at says last year the story of utah nurse alex webbles the rn at utah state university hospital who correctly refused to allow a police officer to take blood from her unconscious patient in accordance with the hospital's policy against it and by the way the hospital's policy was hammered out with that local law enforcement agency so they were on the same board so this paper that nurse wubbles had in her hand was something that even jeff payne officer jeff payne's department agreed with so now you get jeff payne going no i'm just following orders and and nurse wubble saying no i'm just following orders and the psychopathic power tripper goes well my orders trump your orders see what's supposed to trump everything is peace and humility and good will and maybe sprinkle in the bill of rights there so you can get a little bit more specific now jeff payne the police officer who forcibly arrested her and was later fired for his actions is speaking out wait till you hear what he said is anybody in the room familiar with his countersuit and his message he did nothing wrong so it says the video is shocking to watch salt lake city and university of utah ultimately agreed that wubbles had been mistreated awarding her a 500 half a million dollar settlement after the incident i bet later nurse wubbles was like wow that worked out well after being placed on administrative leave pain was ultimately fired a month after the body camera footage was released why did it take that long why did it take that long to fire this guy he clearly committed a crime on camera multiple camera angles we'll see the other angle here in a second but he's speaking out for the first time claiming that he feels he did everything quote within the law and policy he clearly didn't he violated the the natural human law of due to others which you would want done to you jeff payne would not want somebody doing that to him if he was convinced in his mind that he was following his department's policy you know he wouldn't according to payne supervisor lieutenant tracy told him that he may have to arrest wubbles if she continued to interfere with the police investigation but after two hours of back and forth payne made the decision to proceed with the arrest on his own quote i had to do something and unfortunately a lot of people didn't like what i did no one go figure officer payne you became a real pain in that that community's ass the officer went on to defend his actions during wubble's arrest citing his training for how he physically handled her he told fox 13 on november 5th 2018 that when wubbles pulled back as he reached for that constituted as resisting arrest a police tr and police training indicated that he must use one force higher during the arrest what is this right here that's the conformist we always talk about doing what he's told and what he's trained to do regardless of what he knows is right instead of doing what is right regardless of what he's told or trained to do i got a hold of her and i escorted her outside you attacked dude you i got a hold of her and escorted her outside that sounds like come on come on come on with us the video evidence shows that he attacked her so he's totally downplaying this to me i'm going above what a resistance was just enough to get it done payne's interview revealed that he is insistent that he did nothing wrong and was only following his police department's policy on blood draws on unconscious patients as well as his training to how to handle an individual who's resisting arrest yeah resisting kidnapping uh that's a natural response for human beings who have the same rational intelligent mind in his interview he expressed bitterness toward how he was presented in the media calling himself a sacrificial lamb citing negativity about people who hate cops and claiming that he was made to look as horrible as possible to justify termination this guy is sick this guy does not know what's going on or he does and he refuses to see it he wants people to think that he's the good person that he actually isn't however the police administration and the logan police department are not backing his story well good because usually you know they they kind of do it's like oh we investigated ourselves and found that hey you'll be shocked about this but we've done nothing wrong the logan police department even said that they were not upset that he couldn't get the blood draw further collaborating that pain used unnecessary and excessive force for no reason despite his superiors supporting the decision to terminate him the 27-year veteran is suing for wrongful termination and 1.5 million dollars in damages that's how out in left field this guy is according to pain he holds no ill will toward wubbles well why would he he wasn't the one that attacked he was the one that was attacked the attacker he wasn't the one who was attacked he was the attacker and believes that both parties involved were just doing their jobs there you go the four words that become the tunnel through which most evil enters the world just doing my job but because they conflicted he is the one that bears most of the burden from this and it gets better it gets better the dismissed officer claims that unlike former olympic skier wubbles his life has been ruined as a result of their encounter why was his life ruined jeff payne's life was ruined because of wait for it is going to be a shocker jeff payne's life was ruined because of the actions of jeff payne according to payne he's working a job that barely pays minimum wage and he's struggling to keep his eyes all together i feel so sorry for jeff my life is destroyed because of this and i don't know how many years it's going to take to have some sort of piece he told the news station so we've already seen the scene unfold let's look at it from a different body cam angle this is this is even more interesting because this is the body worn camera from jeff payne and you can see you can hear more what nurse wubbles is saying because there are some requirements that needed to present themselves before jeff payne could actually draw the blood by the way jeff payne wasn't just an officer he was also a phlebotomist so he was the one who would be taking the blood under normal circumstances when a cop brings into a hospital and they have a warrant from a judge to violate your fourth amendment rights because that's what the warrant is the warrant from a judge violates your fourth amendment right to be secure in your person so unlike remember um remember grace crews the guy who tried to shoot kyle rittenhouse well when they took him in to get a blood draw because they thought that he was inebriated they had to get a warrant so uh and it had to be done by a phlebotomist well it would have been the nursing staff at the hospital for groice crews but on this right here jeff payne was the phlebotomist who would have been drawing the blood but a couple things had to happen they had to either have the consent of the patient which they couldn't because he was unconscious um and they had to have the the there had to be an active arrest which the unconscious person wasn't arrested or there had to be a war a warrant and none of those three was present and you're gonna hear nurse wubbles actually recount that to jeff payne to try to give him some semblance of a smelling salt of reality so he could come back down off of his ego trip i have this it says obtaining blood samples for police enforcement from patients suspected to be under the influence something that you guys agreed to with this hospital this is an agreement between the police force that jeff payne is staffed with as employed by and the hospital so this document that she's showing is an agreement so if he if he proceeds to arrest her he is in in breach of an agreement between the hospital and the police department he's got no legal standing here no we're done we're done you're under arrest we're done somebody was asking the patient not under arrest lol what are they doing there apparently there was a a collision there was a hit and run and the guy wasn't under arrest he was just you know he went to the hospital i guess they were trying to draw his blood to determine and i'm just uh i'm just assuming here i think they wanted to draw his blood because they wanted to find out if he was inebriated is my understanding but the bottom line here on this whole thing is this nurse clearly did not commit a crime definitely did not do something worthy of being attacked no less by a police officer who claims to be protecting and serving and then he proceeds to attack this woman on camera that's how power corrupts an absolute power corrupts absolutely with an agreement dangling in his face you would think that if there was a kevlar situation that there's no way that this law enforcement agent is going to cross this line it would be with a document signed by the hospital staff and the the police department that the law enforcer works for you would think that that would be the barrier that would just end it and go oh i didn't know that our police department had an agreement like that that the um the person needs to be you know needs to consent or that there needs to be a warrant or that he needs to be under arrest okay fine yeah none of those criteria were met you just showed me that i'm a rational person thank you very much have a good day but because he was so ego driven because he had to get his way because things had to go down his way and he's like here's the deal here's how this is going to go down i'm going to have my way and you're going to be in the back of a squad car and we're going to take you to a rape cage because you didn't do what i said that's how dangerous this whole thing is you can put all the barriers you want to in front of an authoritarian psychopath it's not going to have any effect on him like it obviously didn't happen on pain and years later he's going to say i didn't do anything wrong i did abs and he's probably convinced his mind that he didn't that's how checked out these people are that's how dangerous it is and that's why part of the why part of the reason why we're in the shape that we're in here in america leave your thoughts about this for the world in the global thought police in the comment section below if you haven't done so already subscribe to this channel hit the bell notification icon give it a thumbs up share
