We're talking about police using coercive tactics to get evidence against you saying, "We'll call an ambulance after we finished our conversation." Of course they can't do that. Of course they cannot delay medical treatment in return for you giving evidence against yourself. If they tried to do something like that, they would lose qualified immunity so fast it'd make your head spin. They cannot delay medical treatment for even a non-serious medical issue in order to try to get you to give evidence against yourself. They can't do anything like that.
