I wish I could say that what you're about to see is parody. It's an SNL skit. It came out of Comedy Central. This guy said, "Why did I put you in the back of my car?" "Cuz I wanted to." >> All kidding aside, the one who dictates how I do my job is me, not you. Why did I put you in the back of my car? Why did I put you in the back of my car? Because I wanted to. Thank you. >> Wanted to repeat. >> That's exactly what a vile criminal kidnapper would say. not somebody who's expected to keep the public trust. This Miami police officer is blocking traffic. Some cameramen see that he's blocking traffic. Walk up to his patrol vehicle, let him know he's in violation of his own laws, and what does the cop do? Does he say, "Oh, hey, thanks. I wasn't aware of that. I'll correct my actions." Or does he flex his authority and abuse the people he's supposed to be protecting and serving? The way I set that question up, I'm pretty sure you know what the answer is. Let's take a look at another example of a disgusting abuse of power. And stay tuned cuz I got another one right after this. >> You're blocking traffic, sir. >> I'm doing my job. >> Okay. We didn't say nothing. >> Now, since you're here, >> we didn't say anything. >> Okay. Now, I'm saying it to you. Since you're here, I want to see both of you IDs. >> What? What? [laughter] >> Is this a joke? >> No, it's not. Well, I look like I'm playing. >> Can you call your sergeant? >> Your IDs. >> I don't have IDs. >> I need ID. >> I don't have ID. >> No. Yeah. I'm going to call my sergeant when I finish getting your ID. I don't have ID. >> So, put your hands in there. >> Is this a lawful order? >> It is. >> How is it? >> Because I'm giving it to you. >> Okay. Okay. So, so let's talk about leg. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not resisting. What are you doing? >> What are you doing, bro? >> Put your hands behind your back. Come here. >> I don't have ID. >> I have a set of handcuffs for you. >> I don't have ID. >> I have a set of handcuffs for you, too, because I feel like it. My actions aren't underpinned by any sort of law. I'm not even pretending to deprive you of your rights under the color of law. I'm just doing it cuz I [clears throat] feel like it. >> For what? What are you handcuffing for? >> Call your sergeant. Call your sergeant. >> I will. >> What's the crime? >> I will. >> What's the crime? What are you doing? Fine. How did I commit? Tell me. >> Okay. I have a question. Why did you throw us in the back seat? >> You guys wear handcuffs for my safety. It's very simple. It's very simple. It's very simple. Okay. All kidding aside, the one who The one who dictates how I do my job is me, not you. >> I didn't dictate my job. >> Okay. So, what why did I put why did I put you in the back of my car? >> Why did I put you in the back of my car? >> Because I wanted to. >> I put you in the back of my car not because you broke a law, not because you committed a crime, not because you violated somebody else's rights. You stole something, you threatened somebody's life, you harmed another person, I threw you in the back of my car cuz I felt like it. He's truly the feelings police. This is a dangerous man. And if he did this this one time on camera, how many times has he abused his authority? How long has he been on the force? How many people are in jail right now who were completely innocent because he felt like kidnapping them? He felt like damaging their nerves on their wrist by ratcheting down the torture cuffs. How many? And there's a freeze frame of his name, guys. Aria Rubio from the Miami Police Department. >> Why did I put you in the back of my car? Why did I put you in the back of my car? Because I wanted to. Thank you. >> Wanted to repeat that. >> Why? >> Why did you let us go? >> Me for what? >> Because I wanted to. >> Why did you let us go? >> I wanted to Why did you let us go? >> Because I had nothing to hold. >> So you're you're telling us we we can't stand here? We can't stand it. >> Stand there. >> All right, guys. So back. >> No, we're good, bro. Um >> All right, guys. So this is what you get. Miami's finest. >> All right, sir. >> So you're going to take our complaint? >> You tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. So go ahead and add me to >> All right. We need to file a complaint for this courtesy on this gentleman for battery on this gentleman. >> Okay. But I just >> What they should have done is showed the video and had him watching the video on video, showed the actual crime that took place, and then watch what this cop does. Because if he does anything short of putting handcuffs on Rubio, Officer Rubio, he's not doing his job, doesn't care about his oath, and holds the public in complete contempt. >> Told you what happened, and you're not listening. So have to listen to something that's not true. Like I said, then add me to your complaints and go to internal affairs. >> Bro, you're you're a waste. >> Have a nice day, sir. >> You're Uncle Festered. Get away from me, bro. >> You see how you're acting? That's why you get into trouble. >> Fake ass, sir. We have first amendment protected activity. >> First amendment. You guys need to look that up. We got to go to a call. >> Go do some real work. >> Go do some real work. >> Go do some real work, pal. >> Go with your homeboy, bro. >> These cops are truly dangerously evil. It's one thing to be dangerous. It's one thing to be evil. They are dangerously evil. They have power. They have authority. And they have qualified immunity. And the police union will always go to bat for them 100% of the time. Even in the face of this. >> This guy's like 5'2. >> This is how this video ends. I got this video on X and I don't know if there's a lawsuit pending. If I find out about it, I'll let you know in the comments section. And if you know about it, let me know in the comment section and I'll pin it to the top and I'll put it in the description. You couldn't get any more plain than what Rubio says. He says, "All kidding aside, the reason I put you in the back of my car, the reason I apprehended you, the reason I put my hands on you is because I wanted to." That's about as dangerous and psychopathic as you can get. Now, this is an interesting and ironic example right here. I want to show you this guy right here specifically is going to have an interaction with police. I'm going to show you that in a second. But I want to show you first of all that both of these guys back the blue. They don't want to defund police. They just want to rehabilitate and retrain police departments so they can do their jobs better. Listen to what they say. And you got to hang on for the ironic exclamation point as he encounters police that he's telling people right here he supports. right back to Hollywood Henry Morris with support our shields um created after the defund the police movement started uh traveling the country when the officers killed in the line of duty bringing a plaque to that family to that department putting arms around them and letting them know that their loved ones lives mattered and been involved with uh Turning Point USA since uh 2022 when I had my wife sent me to my first AMFest conference and they're all pro police back the thin blue line as a matter of fact sport their thin blue line of tyranny flags. >> I was driving her crazy >> talking about the movement at home. Uh met Charlie, met amazing people and have not missed pretty much many events since then. >> Yes, sir. >> So, this is probably my sixth pastor or so >> indeed. How do you feel about civics with regards to the current state of policing right now in this nation? >> Yeah, we're we're in a crisis mode. of when a crisis is made as we are talking right now last year 2025. >> So I don't have a problem with police. This is not NWA. >> Right. Exactly. >> I am not at f the police. >> I don't have a problem with police. I'm not f the police. I'm not defund the police. We're part of TPUSA. We're pro police all the way. He's got his Donald Trump proqualified immunity shirt on there. Just wait till you see what happens to him. Yes. But I I am f uh you seen training day. >> Yes. >> We got to get rid of Alonzo. >> Yes. >> So basically we got to get rid of all the bad apples. The bad apples are making the entire American police organization look bad. >> Right. >> Correct. >> I make the analogy my president was the guy that got in the passenger seat >> and he said you can't do that. >> Yes. >> Do you feel that way? >> Yes. [laughter] That is not even the president got in the passenger seat and said, "Hey, you remember that qualified immunity you got? Well, I want federalized qualified immunity. You thought you had a Kevlar blanket right now. We're going to put an extra blanket of protection over you." That's exactly what police don't need. This is mental midgetry on display. >> That makes That's where I think that's where I think we are. But what is your take on like how are we going to get civics and get police to understand that the constitution is the supreme law? Yeah. Not their everyone think Glendel thinks I'm the god. >> Yeah. >> And in this county and that county but collectively outside of US Marsh you see what I'm saying? I I've talked to US marshals brother as well. >> Yes. >> And he literally told me he said I know what you're saying bro. He said I That's above my pay grade. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. In other words, I'm not going to say anything bad about my fellow thin blue line thug tyrants. >> So, how do we I almost want to say, how do we get city cops up to the level of US marshals that understand the constitution? >> US marshals are out there enforcing the drug laws. They're out there enforcing the laws of political parasites. They are the roving band of domestic enemies. we definitely don't need on our backs >> and understand enforcement of it and not overstepping their bounds with regards to what would you say is a solution? >> Yes. >> The American voter, we as the voters have to become more educated on our own constitution. >> What would you say the solution is to being on the plantation? The solution is to get all of the plantation slaves to vote for another slave master. That is the answer. Now, that other slave master is going to come along and keep us on the plantation and make us think that our lives are better when nothing actually improves. So, we actually get lied to even more deceptively than we were under the first plantation owner. But the answer is to get the slaves to vote just a little bit harder next time. >> Sorry. >> Cuz that always works. >> Oh, you mean when you say our own, you mean the Constitution or the or your state constitute? I say both. >> Yes, both. Absolutely both. Because just what you said, you go to Glendale. >> You know that city. >> And they think they're on their own world. Every city you go to. Exactly. You bring up the Constitution, they start calling you uh um radical radical and you troublemaker. >> Uh what's that word? Um >> the oxymoron word. Um >> um I can't think of it. What they call you? Uh when when you when you question anything in law or whatever. Uh um >> a YouTube lawyer. >> Not conspiracy theorist. What's the other word? I can't believe this. It's going to hit you in about you'll be walking 10 minutes from now. >> We'll be over. But that's [laughter] what you get called when you say constitution. You know how many times I personally have dealt with a police officer saying we're not talking about that right now. That's what do you mean? >> Name one law enforcement officer that doesn't take it to that point. Name one law enforcement officer that's not concerned for his own safety. Name one law enforcement officer that doesn't believe that Pennsylvania versus Mims is not the supreme law of the land. They believe Pennsylvania versus Mims is the supreme law of the land over the Constitution. Every one of them believes that. Every one of them believes that when they give a command, it's a lawful command. And if you don't obey that command, like right now, you will get charged with obstruction or resisting. >> Yeah. >> You took an oath. You take a oath to your county. >> Right. >> Right. Absolutely. Like you said to that to that city, they what here's what I've seen uh in six years, you get a reflection. >> Was the oxymoron he was thinking of was sovereign citizen. Is that the oxymoron he was thinking of >> of what that city or what that county, you know, their ignorance or lack of involvement is what you start seeing on the streets. For example, >> let's get a picture and then we going to talk. >> That's where this video ends right here. But I want to show you the accompanying video that came with this over on X. Watch this interaction right here. And just think, are we really just talking about a few bad apples or is this a systemic problem filled with a bunch of corrupt people who don't give a damn about steamrolling over your constitutionally protected rights? >> I don't like you backing up all on me with your gun and all that. >> Okay. Well, you you're free to leave then. >> I need the form. I need a complaint form. >> For what? >> And what you mean I'm free to go? I knew I was free to go. What the [ __ ] you mean? Like you can hold me here. What the [ __ ] The three of you come like we about to have sex. >> What did you mean I'm free to go? It sounds like you're trying to tell me to leave. >> Do what can we do for you today? >> I just told you you can give me a [ __ ] complaint form and you can make me understand why you're not exceed receiving paperwork in the records. Where are your records department? What is the law? I thought it was the Constitution. On the record, for the record, do you believe that you had some I'd appreciate you your hand not being near your gun? Do you believe that there is something that's above the Constitution? How did you just kidnap a handicap man, drag him out the out of the thing? Did not I don't have to lower [ __ ] >> or what? >> Or you can leave >> or what? You can't tell me to lower my voice. You heard of the Constitution. I can speak freely. I'm speaking freely cuz when I speak in a lower tone, you [ __ ] act like you can't hear nothing. So, I want to speak clearly. See, this is what the paperwork should look like that I need to get from you. See that? That's what it needs to look like. See the last page? No, I want you to see the charges. See? Assault on a police officer. There you go. Because I went upside a motherfucker's head. Do you understand? >> Are you threatening? >> Okay, we're not threatening. We're g I give promises, right? That's what the Supreme Court says. >> It says what? No, I can read it for you, >> Mr. Shabbaz. Mr. >> Mr. Shabbaz, what? >> What can I do for you? >> I just told you you can answer my [ __ ] questions and you're not. What is the law? I can get a I can get a complaint form. That's what you can get me. >> Well, I can get you a complaint form. >> Okay, go get me a complaint form. [ __ ] out my face. Go get it. Come back. I'll be here. >> No, you didn't. I GOT YOU RECORDED. YOU LYING. F. >> YOU SAID I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE IT TO YOU. IS WHAT YOU SAID. >> OR WHAT? >> You didn't leave. >> Make me leave. >> Make me leave. Put your hands on me. Give me a reason. >> Give you a reason. What? >> You just Hey, give me a [ __ ] around and find out. I told you it's easy to find me, bro. You just saw what happened in Venezuela. You going to find out what real D boys is. Goofy ass. I don't feel sorry for cops when people talk to them like that. That's where this video ends. Which leads us to our last video in this segment, which speaks for itself, cuz we're still trying to find that one good apple. >> SIR, IS EVERYTHING OKAY? >> YEAH. Why wouldn't it be? when you're walking out recording everything in these buildings and stuff. I don't think that's a good idea because it's a safety issue for them. We didn't let allow >> Am I breaking the law? >> Well, they don't allow pictures to be taken of them and stuff cuz of structural. >> Okay. Um but that would be their policy, right? >> Yes, that's their policy and probably one of the supervisors may come out and tell you to stop filming their building. >> Yeah, I won't do that. >> Okay. >> Um it's a first amendment right and I'm just walking been walking all around the city recording stuff. >> Yeah, I understand. >> And you know how that is. They don't pay me to follow their policy, so I won't do it. If they want me to put me on the payroll to follow the policy, I'll be more than happy to follow their policy. >> And I'm an executive, so they've got to pay me pretty good. >> OKAY, I UNDERSTAND. >> Can I get your name and badge number? >> Well, let me have your name. What is your name? >> No, I'm not giving that. >> My name's Detective Hunter. >> Detective Hunter, >> please. Yes, sir. What's your name? >> I'm not giving my name. >> Why aren't you giving your name? >> Cuz I have a Fourth Amendment right not to. Um, what's your badge number? >> It's 665. >> 665. >> Yes, sir. >> And you're basically telling me that I can't record here. You can't record their buildings. No, sir. >> I can't do this here. >> That That is their property, sir. >> Is this their property right here? >> No, sir. This is public. But this is their private property. >> And anything I can see, I can record. >> Well, sir, you can record it, but it's a safety issue for them. We have long suspected that they will just slap a uniform on anybody, any gender, any age, any IQ level, any low integrity level, just to fill that uniform with something. And yet, even in the something, you can just look at their eyes and know there's the depth of nothingness. >> I know they won't take anything inside the structures. They don't like people taking pictures. >> Did I go inside? >> No, sir. You're not inside. >> Okay, then what's the problem, >> sir? I'm just telling you that do not go inside their property. >> Did I go in their property? >> But that's not what she initially said. She initially said you cannot be doing what you are doing in the place that you're doing it. You can't be filming a private business from a public place. Now she's backing off. She's she's doing the tyranny twostep. >> Sir, you didn't. But your camera >> Why did you tell me not to go in there? >> Your camera did. >> No, my camera's been right here. >> Well, sir, you've been viewing the inside of the property. You walked all the way down in front of the structure there. >> Yeah. I can't look there. Do I have to close my eyes when I turn my head that way? >> Video, too. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, they don't like that to be done. >> I don't care what they like, actually. >> Okay. >> Anything I can see, I can record. >> Yes, sir, you can. >> Yes. See, there you go. You even admit I can, but you're telling me not to, >> sir. You can't record inside their inside their structure. >> If I can see in there, I can record. >> If I can see in there, I can record. >> G4S. And you do not have the um authority to take a picture of me, sir. I'm telling you, you don't have the authority to take a picture of me. I'm telling you, you cannot. >> I'm on public property. You're in public. You have no expectation of privacy in public. Again, it is amazing that people do not have problems with body cams, dash cams, Tesla cameras, red light cameras, flock safety cameras, satellites in the sky, the Google camera going by recording everything in 360. But for some reason, when there's another guy, just one more guy with just a a cell phone camera on a public sidewalk, everybody loses their freaking minds. You can't No, you can't film me. >> Why not? >> You can't film me. >> Are you in public? >> Private, huh? Can't film. >> This is private property. You just said this is private property. >> This is public here with the building. >> This is public building. I'm pointing to the building. >> Okay. The building. I can If I can stand out here on public and I can see that building, I can record it. >> Yeah, you can stand here. You just >> And I can record. >> You can't record me or my office. >> Yeah, I can record anybody I can see in public. >> Yeah. You right here. >> Yeah. So here. So, you just told me I can't do it, but then you tell me I can if I'm in public. I >> I want you to leave your comments because I'm really curious about what you think about this. Why do you think that people go crazy when one more camera is doing what thousands of cameras throughout the city are already doing and they're doing the cameras that are mounted on banks or you know the flock safety cameras and then you got signal trace, you got Raven technology, you got Shot Spotter technology actually absorbing the air waves in the air to see what you're actually saying. But they don't they don't have a problem with those cameras, those surveillance, those mass warrantless surveillance devices. But when some other guy comes along, why did they have a problem with that one additional private American recording in a public place? Why is that? >> I if I can see this building, I can record it. Now, if you want to build a wall around it so I can't see it, then I can't record it. Now, that gentleman right there, he knows. We've talked before. That guy right there, he knows perfectly well. I got another video of him. >> All right, that's where this video ends. I'm not sure how these videos end, but I just want to show you that when we survey the internet landscape, it becomes very, very difficult, impossible, I want to submit, to find that one good apple. There are so many bad ones that are so easy to find. You would think if there were few bad apples and a lot of good apples that the good apples would be the ones that would be recorded and they wouldn't have a problem with you recording them. It's a very, very strange and disturbing reality we're living in. Leave your thoughts in the comments section below. Thank you for being here. Thank you for subscribing.
