looking for another ID fix give me your ID I need to see ID because your brake light because your turn signal activation failure the air freshener hanging from your rearview mirror is obstructing your and they're on his dash cam so when I request it it's on this camera that my lights work he went back to his vehicle also the white shirt or the official Sergeant has made it he's made it here he's talking to him now he's right there leaning on the vehicle talking to him and as soon as he get here I'm not going to say nothing I'm gonna pass him my license and tell I have everything recorded and I can play back everything that he just pulled me over for no reason because I called it as soon as I pulled up and I knew it was gonna happen when I walked out my father's building every time they always sitting there every time they try to say I'm doing something wrong first it was brake lights now it's my windshield it is it's all type of ridiculous things how you doing you're a sergeant yep how you doing here you go I'm gonna give you everything because um he pulled me over for no reason have it on camera I caught it on camera as soon as I walked out my father's building every time there's an officer sitting at Pioneer Plaza because I help my dad he's handicapped I gotta come back and forth and help him every time there's an officer up there they always Target me when I'm leaving this this is the second time okay I asked why I'm being pulled over I follow every traffic law he said then he said my brake lights and then the windshield okay partial incident basketball you know it happens I can understand that but you know came with a tough guy attitude all put me in them hey I don't want no trouble right I just want a white shirt or a sergeant if what you call it okay need to change them that's that's actually a violation title 47 as well having covers over your lights it's not it's not literally a cover it's it's tint it's meant for the lights it's light tint you can buy it at a store it's meant for it first came up here and you have your driver's license insurance in your hand is it not just easier when I ask for it it's not just easier at telling me what the reason for pulling me over is instead of wasting time and trying to find a reason by the way of course it's easier to just give up your rights but if everybody kept giving up their rights none of us would have any rights left to give up I told you what the reason was no you didn't when you first when I pull you over I don't manufacture we can go back on the video when I when you first walked up I we're pulling you over it's kind of a simultaneous type thing kind of like you know explaining yeah I got you but in your tail lights even tag lights all that stuff has to be able to be seen from at least 50 feet minimum okay and with the dark tent over it especially through the daytime like this you may not see it you there's it's hard to see or you can't see it okay I can get it I can get it but like I said you know once again if y'all if it's that much of an issue I'll get it fixed there's no problem but it's just pool is not a big issue issue okay and I get with that but still it is an issue when I add you know request the thing like the with the law that I would the law that I learned was you're entitled to what you did right like you got to know what you did right and he will tell you okay or any other Deputy will tell you there but I will tell you there is nothing that states that you I have to tell you before you give me your license but there is something that states that you have the unalienable or unalienable right to be secure in your person which includes the security and secrecy and anonymity of your identity which these cops promised to safeguard but are obviously betraying that promise well I guess we read two different books you know but yeah we can agrees to disagree you're not ever going to come up and ask for it and then sit there and turn around and walk away yeah but you know I I just need to know why like I just don't get why why you're wanna you know why you want to just point the finger that's all I'm saying then I would definitely ask for a supervisor okay is that 10 percent whether it's us tpd another state if they come up here and ask for it and you give it to them and they walk off oh I'd definitely be asking for a supervisor yeah I can get it but like I said I've been in too much situations this year I'm gonna just take it to safer out how I feel this safe for me and I'm gonna just leave it at that Streeter thank you I I would let you know the actuality is that if you're on a traffic stop and you are refusing the ID yourself you have opened yourself up to be arrested for obstruction I can understand you that's your opinion versus mine if you're gonna arrest me arrest me that's all I can say you know and that tells you everything you need to know about a man who would take another man to a cage just because he failed to comply with an unlawful ID order that's like we got like I told you we got two different opinions so you can take your opinion I'm gonna take one I'm a voice mine you're gonna voice yours
