Here's the deal. Here's the deal. Well, here's the deal. Here's the deal. Here's the deal. Here's the deal. Here's the deal. Here's the deal. Cuz here's the deal. Here's the deal. Either give me your ID or you go to jail. How about that? Catch me outside. How about that? How about that? How about that? Here's the deal. Welcome back to the Here's the Deal channel. Here's the deal. All right, we are looking at the Flandreau Police Department Facebook page. That's over there in South Dakota and the phone number over there just uh you know, incidentally is 605-997-3830. And the reason we're taking a look at the Flandreau Police Department is because there was an encounter with a YouTuber named Andy Balls. Now, Andy Balls has balls, like I said at the intro, and he exercises testicular fortitude in the face of badged armed tyrants who are trying to take him down the pipe. Why? What What crime did he commit? Did he leave a victim? Did he harm somebody? Did he threaten to harm somebody? Did he damage property and not offer to pay for it? No, as a matter of fact, the last one, he damaged property, it looks like. He's owned up to it and he's offered to pay for it. No need for police or insurance involvement. But, the police say his crime is that he failed to give his ID. Andy here has a little write-up and he basically says that this truck Here's his truck right here, you can see it. He accidentally backed into this man's building and I don't know if this is the building owner, but it doesn't really matter. This orange colored building. He backed into the building accidentally. He looks like he caused damage. He was made aware of it by his wife. What happened? He backed into it. Somebody saw that he backed into it. The person that saw it told the shop owner, "Hey, this guy backed into your truck." He left Andy left and he went to a restaurant across the street not knowing that he had done damage. His wife came into the restaurant and said, "Hey, somebody's saying that you ran into somebody's building." He immediately came out and tried to make it right with the owner and then the cops show up. And before we get started, tip of the hat over there to David at San Joaquin Valley Transparency. He's the one I heard about this video from. Check out his stuff. He's got a lot of good content that you want to take a look at and subscribe. So, let's take a look at this. You're going to kidnap me? So, what do you need my ID for? What is the crime I committed? Because you were involved in an accident. I'm not saying you committed a crime right now. Well, because you're Why is he shaking man? Are you all right? Are you nervous? No. You're shaking. That makes me kind of nervous man. You're over there with all these guns and [ __ ] all suited up and you're the one shaking. Are you all right man? I got to stop and just say I love it when somebody turns the tables on a cop and asks them the same questions that they ask us. Here, you shaking? You had anything to drink? Is it marijuana I smell? Where you coming from? Where you going? Love it. See what's going on here? You see him shaking? Yep. Are you all right? Do you Do you need medical attention? No, I'm What I want right now is for you to identify. That's what you want. That's nice. You can want anything you want, you ain't going to get it. Okay. Put your hands up on the I got to deal with that man right there. Put your hands up on the car. I said hey, maybe Put your hands up on the car. I love how he's ignoring him right here. He's just wants to engage in a conversation and ask why the road pirates are asking for his ID to make him insecure in his person's houses, papers, and effects. Okay? And I worked out with him that I will cover the damages. That has nothing to do with you. Nothing to do with you. Do your report. That's lovely. Okay, hands up. At this point, I wish to remain secure in my person, papers, and effects. Sir, I will charge you with assault and kidnapping. I'm not resisting. Why are you both up on me? He's not on you. He's holding your arm. I do not wish for this to happen, gentlemen. You are given a lawful order. No, that's not an order. Yeah, dude, my wrist is backwards. Come on, man. It's not backwards. Let's just say it's an unconstitutional order. You swore to protect my right to be secure in my person, and here you are trying to make me insecure in my person. Don't you see a problem there? Isn't there a conflict? Isn't that a a contradiction? Aren't you engaging in hypocrisy right now, officer? You're the one who swore that you'd protect me, and now here you are doing the exact opposite. And about these handcuffs, guys, I did a little research. There are a lot of handcuff injuries reported every single year, up to and including very serious nerve damage. So, I agree, these are torture cuffs, and we need to get rid of these. It's not right. It's not backwards. Come on. It's supposed to be like this so you can't So, I'm supposed to be like this and like break my wrist? Come on. It's not broke. No, but you're going to go try and sit me down in the back of your car all like that. You want me to break my wrist when I sit down? going to break when you sit down. This is totally unnecessary to somebody who's cooperating. Look at this. Am I even resisting? Is there a need for this, or is it just so that you guys can feel better about yourselves? Oh, yeah, real good about ourselves. Yeah, you too, huh? You know, there's real crime in this city. There's like murder and There is. Like failing to identify yourself when you're involved in an accident. is a crime. I want I want the charge for that. What charge is that? What law did I break by failure to identify? Let me see. Is South Dakota a stop and ID state? We're not stopping at a D. You're involved in an accident. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Show me Show me what law you're saying I'm breaking. You're over here throwing me in a car. I'm searching. Any knives on you besides this one? I have all kinds of stuff in my pockets that you are not uh free to touch, sir. That is my property. Imagine your profession being sticking your hands in another man's pockets. How could you go home at night and face your family and be proud of the job that you've done? And I want to one more comment about this guy's courage. Courage isn't the absence of fear. Courage is the ability to take that fear and control it and funnel it into something positive. He is staring down. He is standing up to badged, uniform tyrants who have unlimited resources to deploy against them. Exactly. And you're under arrest. They love that, too. Any other knives? I'm sure I got plenty on me. They love that power. They love to have control. with my property? Your property is in the front seat right next to where you're going to be. Well, it might behoove you to know that there's another small knife in my right pocket. And I really No, you are not allowed to reach into my pocket. I'll take the cuffs off and I'll get it myself. It's in your front pocket. You can't reach it anyway. Get in. Do not [ __ ] touch me. Just sick of being messed with. Oh, you can't just take the cuffs off, so huh? I'm from how dead set they are to get that ID. We got to have it. We want it. All right, have a seat. I'd rather not. I don't care what you rather do. Get in the car. What is your name? Sergeant Nuenfeld. Nuenfeld and Weber. What is your first name? Rob. Rob Nuenfeld and what Weber? Zack. Zack Weber. Get in the back of the car. This is against my will. All right, so they stuff him in the back seat of the car. Then they go up to this guy's business who got his building damaged. The guy actually tells the cops, "Yeah, he apparently backed in. A lady came in and told me they went across the street where he went to the restaurant after he backed into the building, you know, not knowing that he backed in the building." His wife goes in the restaurant and says, "Hey, you backed in the building." He's like, "Hey, if I did it, I'm going to make Man to man. A man doing wrong to another man and then admitting the mistake and being willing to correct it and pay for any any and all damages. Why do you need government involved? Why do you need insurance companies involved? You don't. A man can go to another man and resolve his problems. And that's one of the issues that Andy brings up to the cops. So, the statute that you need to identify yourself for is you hit the building. the law? Yes. Is that a statute or is it law? state codified law. It's a statute. It's not law. It says codified law and What sovereign writ that law? Huh? What sovereign writ that law? State of South Dakota is not sovereign. I know. It's a state. That's where you're at. No, I'm in a state of bliss. I'm in a state of being. Okay. I'm in a natural state. All right. So, I am not in the state of South Dakota. I am on the land of the Lakota. to the judge. All right. I don't need to hear it. You can explain that to the judge. Well, you guys are going to release me and stop wasting my time or I'm going to charge you for my time. Yep, you tried that once already. It didn't work so well, did it? Oh, you think I tried that? Yep, cuz I know who you are. Oh, okay. Let's see how that goes. You can identify yourself? Are you guys going to keep running your extortion racket because I've worked out with that man that I will compensate you in all damages. And I don't need no third-party interlopers interfering in the my affairs. Because he didn't Exactly. And that is exactly what government officials, state functionaries are. They're interlopers putting their noses in situations that it doesn't belong and they are not welcome. He said you didn't identify yourself. I identified myself to him. Not according to him. Okay. Then he can go to court and we'll have this conversation in court. But I have nothing to do with you two clowns. Yep. You have a right to remain silent. You're leaving the scene of an accident. Oh, I left while I was here the whole time? Did you? What was I not doing? Did you go in the building and tell him that you hit the building? I didn't know I hit the building, sir. Okay. So now we're coming out here and told you that you did. Yeah, actually someone else came in there and told me that I did. And then I came And then I came running right out as soon as I was told that I hit someone's building and I came out to see what was going on and I told the man, "Hey, if it was me, I'm sorry. I [ __ ] up. I will gladly fix it. What is it going to cost? I can fix it myself or if you want to hire your guy to fix it, that's fine." And that is exactly how two adults resolve issues without getting government involved. I have no problem compensating damages of anything I've done wrong. I do have a problem with road pirates sitting here trying to extort me and waste my time. So, what do you want to do? I'd love to be left to go about my day. going be left alone as soon as we get done with the crash report. Then why are you wasting my time? I'm not wasting your time. You're wasting my time cuz you won't give us your name so we can write it in the report. We get this over with and get you on your way. My name is none of your [ __ ] business. It is. It needs to go in the accident report. It needs to be given to the victim. Okay, I'll go talk to the victim. No, you think only government can solve problems. Your daddy didn't teach you right. You didn't know that your daddy never taught you that two men My dad is [ __ ] dead. Yeah. Don't ever talk about my dad. here, he didn't teach you right, did he? He didn't teach you that another man He didn't teach you that another man can go talk to another man and solve his problems. You don't need government intervention. I was 1 year old? I don't know. Exactly. The worst thing that can happen to any human being is that the government gets involved in the affairs of your life. You think you're having a bad day now? Wait till police show up. Wait till the FBI shows up. Wait till the IRS shows up. Wait till Congress shows up. Now, you're really going to have a bad day and a bad rest of your life. But it's brought you to what you are today. No, it isn't. Really? So, you can continue with him with his investigation or you can go to jail. We don't really It's not up to us. citizen. Turns his back on him. I love it. Last chance. Last opportunity. What are you doing, man? Why you being so rough with me? Oh, you're being so rough. Why are you throwing me around, too? I'll get in the car. Why don't you [ __ ] relax? I know, you just got to be a tough guy cuz you got me in handcuffs. You got that uniform on. The state gave you some title. You think you're king. I know, but why don't you calm the [ __ ] down? So, they end up taking him to the station and booking him. The two cops are Police Chief Zach Webber and Officer Rob Neunfeld. And he says, "After I sat in the back of the car, they closed the door. After some time, Rob drove off with my property on the hood of the car. I was never read my rights. I was confined by force without the authority of law. I was taken to another location. I call that kidnapping. At this other location, I was restricted to a bench. I was left alone for some time. Eventually, Zach came back with a ticket with my name on it. He told me just put an X on it. I know you're not going to sign it. I informed him that I can't sign with my hand cuff to the bench. Zach then removed the restraint from my right hand. I signed the ticket, quote, 'I claim third-party interlopers are interfering with my right to settle a debt in private.' Followed by my mark. I was told by Rob that I'm free to go. I told him I'm not going anywhere until my property is restored. I walked back to the car with Rob. Rob had lost my property and I informed him.
