the Verona Police Department responded
to a call for a 37-year-old male
knocking on his door and attempting to
gain entry to his own residence upon
arrival officers contacted the suspect
later identified as Donovan who was
reportedly locked out of his residence
by his child's mother Donovan repeatedly
advised the officers that he was on the
lease and she has no right to lock him
out according to tenant resourc
center.com in the state of Wisconsin
only a judge can decide a tenant must
leave the property despite this Donovan
ended up receiving criminal charges from
this

the garage to get in but he has no keys

but they said that she can't get her

happen so she should try if she wants to
the judge the worst thing they can do is

obviously the second time when you were

the doorbell so when you first rang it
this morning and it was working and now

which made her call the police saying
you were trying to break down the door

can come besides saying what he's doing

here obviously you're not going to open

then if down the road you wanted to take
her to civil court for
something it's going to look better for
you versus her and then also you get it
documented with us so then we don't get
a phone call an hour later saying hey
hey he's trying to kick down the door
and now it's your you know so now but

when I hear that something that I wasn't
doing that can be a problem cuz that can

when I hear one of y'all say about

out of context and said hey he's trying

the neighbor who's sitting on the POR
said that Martha is very fearful of him
has kicked him out has told him to leave
has tried to break up with him and he
just won't leave
that's just basically what she did and
that she's very scared and she's trying
to get restraining order but they're
told she's told that she can't yeah and
she's lying she hasn't give me a
