Are cops really more likely to pull you over at the end of the month? I know all of my cop friends out there and I've got a lot of cops that follow this channel. They're going to say, "We don't have quotas. You know we don't have quotas. We never had quotas." You have performance metrics and productivity standards that kind of act like a quota. Your sergeant at the end of the month, if you haven't pulled over enough cars or you haven't written enough tickets, he's going to come down on you and say, "Hey, what's going on, David? I mean, you know, last month you made 10 felony arrests, you wrote 30 tickets, and this month you've written 10." Because they really do keep up with these productivity standards and performance metrics. So, even though they say they don't have quotas, they kind of got quotas.
