officer with the Springfield Police
Department conducted a traffic stop on a
vehicle traveling 52 mph in a posted 30
mph Zone before approaching the vehicle
the officer saw the suspect switch
places with his dog the suspect later
claimed that he was not driving the
Springfield Police Department reacted
the suspect's face prior to sending us
the

charged with driving well under the
influence
driving while ability impaired driving
under suspension speeding and resisting
arrest was later discovered that he had
two active warrants for his arrest out
