Even if you're a police officer, you couldn't possibly agree with Paul Underwood and how he handled this situation. This happened in September of 2022. Actually, September the 4th, so literally maybe 26 days later. He is suspended from duty. So, that's good. At least the police force took quick action. In March of 2023, Paul Underwood was arraigned for a felony and a misdemeanor charge resulting from this beatdown. As well, he should have been. >> Oh my god. [Music] >> Oh my god. >> Help. He's actually been charged with with criminal offenses resulting from this, but there's no disposition yet. I don't think it's gone to trial yet. I can't find anything about the disposition.
