He's not resisting. He's not pushing. He's not pulling. He's not trying to keep his hands from going behind his back. He's fully compliant. That's not made for your comfort. And it's kind of obstructing to both your vision and your breathing a little bit. They're just making it hard on this guy cuz they can. And one of them, you heard him say, "Well, he's not really deaf. He can hear you. You just have to talk loud." How do you know this man's not deaf? How do you know this man at all prior to your interaction with him 5 minutes ago? So, this is out of Jacksonville, Florida. Officer Isaac and Joe Rich turn what should have been a regular police encounter into the kind of body cam that people just want to pick sides. So, which side are you on? Did the cops handle this correctly? I will tell you that as a police officer, if you're arresting somebody who is resisting and who won't put their hands behind their back, you're entitled to punch them as a distracting style punch if they're actively, and I mean actively, resisting you. You can certainly punch somebody that's fighting you. This guy didn't appear to be fighting anybody. He was just kind of just going along to get along and then smiling even when he was standing up and then he called him a piece of and within 3 seconds they're face planting him on the asphalt. I just don't think that was legitimate. I'm asking you, was that justified or are these just a bunch of bullies? >> What? Thank you. >> The audience around this, the optics of this weren't good. You know, if you're a cop and you can justify what they did, so maybe you're a cop who's been in this situation or something similar where you had somebody actively fighting you, actively resisting that you had to throw a kidney punch here or there, maybe a knee strike. Okay, I get that when it's warranted. I get that. I don't think in this particular occasion that was warranted. That's my opinion.
