This is his 9 mm duty weapon that he's pulled on the father of the young man that he pulled over on a traffic stop. This man really it went viral and made the news. This officer loses his mind. I won't say the worst bully cop video I've ever seen because I've seen a lot of bad bully cop videos. This ranks up in the top five. Watch the news clip from it first and then we'll go to the full body cam. >> And meanwhile in Colorado, a sheriff's department will undergo an internal investigation after one of its deputies allegedly tased an unarmed dad more than 35 times. Kenneth Espinoza says that he was driving behind his son last November when his son was pulled over. When Espinoza pulled over to check on his son, the officer can be heard on the body camera footage telling him to leave and that's when things escalated. We do have to warn you some of these images are disturbing. >> They are disturbing. Let's see how we got here. We're going to really break down frame by frame this cop's allegations that this man stepped on it when he grabbed the car and almost killed him. He really builds this up to make it look like this guy committed an aggravated assault against him and he hurt himself when the guy gunned it. Let's watch from the beginning. You're not going to believe what this bully cop did. How many times they actually tased this man and how egregious it was. >> Okay. What's up? Deputy Know-It-All Sheriff's Office, let me get your driver's license ready. Pull that dog. >> Ali, get back. >> That plate is a little snippy. What's the problem is? >> What's the problem? >> Yeah. [music] >> Yeah, you're following too closely. Can't you see the roads are icy? You see me slowing down and you're still coming up behind me. There's no reason for you to be doing that. >> in the ice. >> It's not good. Don't tell me how I should be driving. >> I'm going to stop it right there. I can already tell who this officer is. He is an epic bully. He doesn't like to be corrected. He wants you to know he's in charge. You're not going to tell him what to do. I can't believe how bad it gets. >> There's no reason for you to be traveling be that close behind a marked patrol car. Okay, when you find that stay in the vehicle your registration and insurance. I'll be back. >> Hey, you can see when the officer walks back to his car. There's another patrol car behind him with a pickup truck stopped as well. That's this kid's dad who just wanted to stay far enough behind but close enough to see. He wasn't creating a danger to this officer. I've got five boys. I would have been this father and I would have watched my son to make sure nothing bad happened. And all you cops out there you can be haters what bad could happen on a traffic stop? Well, I'm about to show you what bad can happen on a traffic stop. Watch this. >> Okay, I'll be out on a citation. He's trying to also locate his registration and insurance. Did he find you? >> No, he didn't have to be a super rude. He's going on my nerves. >> So, you didn't find your insurance or registration? Okay. All right. You're getting a citation so go ahead and close your door. >> As he starts to go back to the kid's car, he hears what's going on behind him and then he decides to go help his buddy. >> Now, do you always stop behind cops when they pull people over? >> I ain't stopping right here. >> Okay, you don't need to be here. >> I ain't stopping right behind you. >> okay? You need to go. >> No, I don't. I'm waiting on my son. He's right back out of somewhere. >> Leave. >> What did you just hear? Both cops, "You need to go." He said, "No, I want to stay here with my son." >> Leif. >> So, he puts it in drive and he starts to pull away. Before this officer grabbed the car, the officer doesn't grab the car and he guns it. He pulled away and the officer grabbed the car and put himself in that peril. This guy didn't do that to the officer. Watch closely. >> Leif. That's before >> Stay. Stay. Stay. Stay. Hey, stop the Get out the car. Get out the car. Get out the car. Get out the car. >> What are you going to do? You going to >> That's the file. That's the file. Can you >> Do you see this >> Get out the car. >> Do you see this >> out of the car. >> Do you see this? >> Are you recording? >> Yeah, we're recording it. >> Yeah. >> Okay, what do you think you're doing? >> I ain't doing anything. >> Now you're on a traffic stop. >> Get out the car. >> I'll stay put. >> Get out the car. >> This has nothing to do with anything. >> They don't have the right to do >> Get out the car. Get out. >> No, I got my control. >> Put it in park. >> I just did. >> Seat belt is off. >> You don't pull away from me. >> I'm not. >> You're going to get lit up. Okay, you're going to get >> You're breaking my arm, man. >> Hold on, I'm going to get out the car. >> the car. >> I want you to comment below and tell me who has lost their mind here. Who is being aggressive, who is being abusive, and who is being calm and confident and compliant. >> GET OUT THE CAR. >> Can you hold on? I'm not >> Get out the car, MAN. >> I'M TRYING. >> GET BACK OVER THERE NOW. >> I'M TRYING. >> YOU STAY THERE AND RECORD. Then >> you guys can >> GET OUT. >> HOLD ON. >> NOW, I'M GETTING OUT. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm not getting >> Get out. Turn around, MICKEY. >> I'M TRAPPED. >> I'M JUST >> You're under arrest. >> Get up. >> Okay, guys. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm going down. >> Put your hands >> I'm going down. >> Put your hands behind your >> I'm going >> Put your hands behind >> I'm going peacefully, Don. Settle up. >> I'm going peacefully, fellas. This citizen is complying, 100%. He's not resisting. He's not fighting, Mr. F-word officer. He's itching to taze this guy. He wants to hurt him. That's what he wants. >> Damn, I just >> Get back. Get back. >> Hey. >> He's recording this case, [ __ ] >> That's fine. He can record all he wants. >> This This is [ __ ] >> What? >> God damn. >> I got >> Can you guys >> You do what you're told, all right? You think it's okay just to roll up on traffic stops? You're not doing what you're told. Now you go to jail. >> That's all right. I'm a citizen. >> Turn around and face the truck. >> I'm already cuffed, man. >> Hey, officers, you need to listen to this guy. He's already cuffed. They're not finished with this man yet. Wait till you see the rest of this after he's cuffed. Watch these cops just commit felony assaults and absolutely lose qualified immunity. No doubt about that. >> Get out of the car. >> You need to stay in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Get in. >> Get in the car. >> Get in when you >> I've got to >> Get in the taser. Get in the car. Get in the >> Get in the damn car. >> Yeah. >> [ __ ] Get in the [ __ ] >> car. >> You know >> ridiculous >> Do you think this guy's resisting getting in the car? Like, he's a big guy and you're tasing him because he's not moving fast enough for [music] you. That's felony assault, 100%. >> God damn. I don't [ __ ] >> As if I tase the car at 1 mil. >> GET BACK OVER THERE NOW. >> WHAT HAPPENED? >> SO, THAT'S MY ORIGINAL STOP. >> Here's the first opportunity for this police officer to tell what happened. Let's see if he actually tells the truth. >> He runs up behind me and he starts giving me lip. Walk back here. I tell him to leave and he's like he's not leaving. So, I say leave. So, then I try to tell him to stop. Punches the car while I'm holding onto the car. >> Okay. >> Put him at gunpoint. >> Okay. >> So, he backs up. >> I haven't heard anything. >> No, this and >> So, he punches the car while I'm holding onto the car. And you heard him say, I told him to leave and then I told him to stop. And you heard him also say he was giving Henry lip. Was he giving Henry lip? He was just basically saying, that's my son. I want to watch the traffic stop of my son. I'm at a safe distance. I want to do it and respect your safety. Where would you like me to be? They told him to leave. And so, he pulls off. >> Get out. No. >> All that time to stuff this man in the car, now they want him out again. Let's see if they give him the same time to get out that they gave him to get in. >> Get out the car. Okay. This is how it's going to work. Okay. You're going to do what you're told to do and that's it. Stand up. Stand up. Up against the car. Spread your feet. >> Come on, guys. This is ridiculous. >> Stop. >> Come on, man. >> I got his wallet. >> This is ridiculous. >> It sounds like we just watched a robbery. [music] They beat this man to the ground. He's got bloody mouth because it says, I've got his wallet. I don't get it. Why do they need him out of the car once they got him in the car? What was the purpose of getting him out of the car? Just to get his wallet? Why do they need his wallet? Can't they find out who he is on their computer? Man, they sure got it, didn't they? >> I got a [ __ ] taser piece in my You guys You're right me in the ground face. >> That's where I got him running at the location. >> Man, I'm not doing anything on my own guys. >> Lean up against the car. >> Jesus Christ. >> That's the first note that this party pulled up on my stop. >> So first of all, this is Deputy Mikael Noel. Let's listen to him tell the story again. This is the second time he's told another cop what just happened to him. >> And he started getting hostile with Lincoln said he was advised to leave. And then when he told him not to leave now cuz it becomes his stop too. He decides to step on the gas while I was holding on to the vehicle. >> Let's go back and watch that. >> Leave. That's the first >> can stay. Stay. Stay. Hey, stop the Stop the gas pedal. >> Do you see the car pull away before he reaches? What really happened here is the guy did what he said do, leave. He starts to leave. Officer changes his mind mid-sentence and goes, "Stop. Stop." And tries to physically stop the truck himself by grabbing the door handle. He says he was hurt by the door handle. I don't see him get hurt there. Just don't see an injury. >> I'm going to need a statement from you. Hey. So he witnessed that he tried to run me over when I keep telling him get out the car. I was holding on to the car. He backed up. I squeezed by the door. >> Now his effing hand got squeezed by the door when he backed up. Do you see that? I didn't see that. I still think he hurt his hand in the fight, which by the way, was unwarranted. >> Okay, what to do with this guy over here? >> So that's my original stuff. He rolls up. And I didn't even notice he was behind me. So Henry was talking and trying to tell him leave. So Henry goes back to his car. I was walking over here trying to like tell this guy, "Okay, well, you got to get out of here." Uh he was like, "No, he's not leaving." So now as like, "Okay, get out of car. Get out of the car." So he tries to take off. I hold onto the car trying to open the door. I start to get out of the car. Get out of the car. Stop the car. Stop the car. He guns it while I'm holding onto the car. So I had him like Then he puts the car in reverse, backs up, almost hits Henry's car while I'm still holding onto the car. And then we try getting him out of the car and he kept He kept He had the car in drive and he accelerated but it didn't go anywhere. >> Oh my god, this fish keeps getting bigger and bigger. He backed up and almost hit Henry's car. Did you see that? I didn't see that. You're hollering over to this witness, "Hey, we need to get a statement from you about what you saw happen. We all saw it happen." This body cam footage for you, brother, is not going to be your friend. >> What did they see? They saw the whole thing? Okay. They saw he tried to run me over with the truck. >> Oh my goodness, he gave him the witness paper and said they saw the whole thing. He tried to run me over with the truck. Truck He tried to run me over with the truck. I'm through watching this video. We can end this video here. Comment below, tell me what you think. If you got anything nice to say about Officer Noel, I'll be anxious to hear it. I can't find a nice thing to say about him. In a lot of cases, our body cam footage ends with the cuffed and stuffed into the car, but it just so happens we've got some footage here from the jail. Let's watch that. Maybe this officer will redeem himself. Nah. >> No, just come on. All right, get out. >> Can you give me a few minutes? >> No, get out. >> Just a second, man. I can't move. I can't move, man. >> Shut up and listen, okay? It's not TIME FOR YOU TO TALK. It's time for you to listen cuz I'm done WITH YOU. OKAY? THIS COULD HAVE ALL BEEN PREVENTED, OKAY? SIMPLE. I ROLL UP TO SEE WHO THE HELL IS PARKED BEHIND MY DEPUTY CUZ I DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS AND YOU START ACTING LIKE A OKAY? NO. NUMBER ONE, YOU ROLL UP YOUR WINDOW WHEN I'M WALKING UP TO IT, THEREFORE I HAVE TO KNOCK ON YOUR WINDOW to get your Oh, you don't know who I am? >> I didn't have your lights on. >> stupid? >> I was behind you, though. >> DOES YOU MOM NOT WEARING TELL YOU WHO I AM? >> He started pounding on my truck and he told me to stop. I put it in reverse to back it onto the curb so that you guys didn't have to do that. >> Do you know what stop means? >> Yes, sir. >> Does that mean drive your truck? >> But my truck's on. >> Let me ask you a question, okay? Does stop >> Stop means >> Does stop mean put your truck in gear and try to drive away? >> No, he told me to drive away. >> You just said he told you to stop. >> He told me to drive away and then you were yelling, "No, no, stop him, stop him, stop him." So he started pounding on the hood of my vehicle. >> Okay. That's exactly what happened. You said he told you to leave. You said he told you to stop. He did tell him to stop. That's the problem. You were giving conflicting orders. And then all of a sudden, you both flipped the script on this guy and tried to act like he was a fleeing felon. Both of them. Bully cops. Obviously, he didn't redeem himself here in the jail. He showed us exactly who he is. He's a bully cop to the core, and he's one with very thin blue skin. You know what I say about bully cops? When you find them, you should expose them and eradicate them from the force. Both cops, trash. And if you like this video, you'll love this one.
