YOU WERE THE ONLY VEHICLE COMING from that way. >> He like approached her car. She didn't almost hit him. He walked up and slapped her car cuz he was mad at her. She clearly didn't see him well and this guy loses his mind. He's in the wrong line of work. He doesn't need to be a police officer. I don't believe he got disciplined to the point that he got fired in this incident, but he should have been fired because he was just screaming irately at her.
