calling Bennett uh these guys they're looking at him now he's expired 21 years of age black male he uh I got him at the I was stationary at the 43 mile marker and he come up with overpass at 87 and I tried to catch up to him so I can get a tag on it because I knew he was still boogieing and then when I caught up to it and was able to get the tag that's when I run the tag and uh uh I turned my lights and Sir on the deck point there and uh he was weaving in and out of traffic but I caught up to him and uh I turned my lights and siren on at that point there and then he protect me and continued accelerated uh after he brake checked me because he knew I was taking it and uh he continued on that's when I was able to get up beside him and uh hit him no no no serious physical injuries he's just he's got some abrasions is what he's got [Music] okay I think they there's an ambulance back there the ambulance they have him up here uh transport no is it is is he now he's good he refused I gotta have a signature from them okay I gotta have a signature for you guys stating that they refuse transport uh because the jail won't take you he is not able to use transport could you could you if one of you guys could transport him out to the county I would deeply appreciate it I got an inventory the car and I've got to get it towed I've got you okay thank you appreciate it thanks so much
