So, why would a body camera mysteriously fail when we need it most? We had the cops' word and we had the citizens' word. Well, now we've got this cool thing on the chest of every police officer in America called a body camera. But, if it's failing at mysterious times frequently, then you've got to call into question why that's happening. Is it possible for them to manipulate body camera footage? Absolutely, it's possible. But, it's so much harder now with all of the different things that you've got watching police to get away with a stuff like that. I don't worry about stuff like that because it doesn't happen very frequently and it's hard to prove when it does that it was illegal or something nefarious. If it keeps happening to the same police officer, then you either need to get him another body cam or you need to figure out what's going on. But, those things are just hard to prove.
