Morning. How you doing? You understand the reason why I stopped you this morning, ma'am? Okay. >> You can't Excuse me. >> I'm bored. Can you see? Let me see your driver's license. Driver's license, please. >> I don't have it. >> You don't have it? >> Stop resisting. Okay. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop. Stop resisting. >> Leave me alone. I'm going to punch y'all in your face. >> Okay. Feisty pregnant woman. I'm fixing to punch y'all in y'all's face. This is just me. If you don't have a driver's license with you, and an officer's pulled you over, don't be this antagonistic. You can always say, "I don't answer questions without a lawyer." Certainly, when they ask you, "Do you know how fast you were going?" You should never answer that question. We've done a video on this before. You should only say, "I don't answer questions without a lawyer." And then they'll stop asking you questions. Don't say, "Do you know why I pulled you over? What are you bored?" That's a bad idea because it's just it pissed him off. So, you know, you're going to get written up at least. He's not going to let you off with a warning at this point because you've made him mad. Comment below and tell me what you think. Did this cop overreact? Did he use unnecessary force? Or was this reasonable? >> Court is now in session. >> Morning. How you doing? You understand the reason why I stopped you this morning, ma'am? >> Okay. >> You can't Excuse me. >> I'm bored. Can you see? Let me see your driver's license. I pulled you over because you came out of Metro West and you cross a medium when you're not supposed to and there's a sign there clearly says do not enter. >> Driver's license. >> What says do not enter? >> Driver's license. >> What says do not enter? >> Driver's license. >> Tell me what do >> 47. Can I get a couple too much? >> Driver's license, please. >> I don't got it. >> You don't have it? >> All right. Shut off the car. >> Shut off the car >> for >> If you don't listen to my order, I'm going to detain you in handcuffs. Shut off the car now. >> Okay. Go ahead. I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant and I'm pregnant. Step out. Step on up. Step up. >> No. No. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Okay. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop. Stop resisting. Leave me alone. Stop. I got her. I got her. Seat belt. >> Leave me alone. Get the seat belt. I didn't do the seat belt. >> It's not on. >> It's not on. It's not on the car. >> Y'all better leave me alone. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> Leave me out for what? >> Stop resisting cuz you're resisting a lot. For the car, >> I'm going to punch you in your face cuz it's working. Oh, okay. I promise. I just stop. >> Ma'am, >> no. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Stop. Stop. Stop resisting. Resisting. Stop. >> Try resisting. >> You're hurting my arm. You're hurting. >> Stop resisting. >> You're hurting my arm. >> Stop resisting. Now you get charged with resisting violence. Stop. >> Stop. Resisting. Stop. Stop. Stop resisting. >> Stop. >> Go. >> Did you heard that one officer say he was going to get his taser? Oh my god. Don't tase a pregnant woman. She's resisting. Certainly. She's pulling away, but you've got three officers. You've got her under control. Heck, I think you've got handcuffs on her at this point. You've at least got one cuff on her at this point. Bad idea to tase this woman, even if she is resisting. Comment below. Tell me if you agree. I will tase your ass. So step the back. >> Stop resisting. >> You're just bored as and I got the way to be. >> Stop resisting. >> You're hurting my arms. Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> I don't give a >> Stay back. >> Let me go. Yep. >> Stop resisting. Let go of my leg. Let go of my leg. I can walk. >> Stop resisting. Stop holding me like that. >> Stop resisting. >> Let go of my leg. I can walk. >> Stop. >> Stop kicking. >> Let go of my leg. >> Let go of my leg. I can walk. >> Stop. >> You mother pushing on my Let go my leg. I can you up. >> Let go of my leg. >> I can wait. >> 48. You guys want a 43? >> No. We are 104. We have >> at least two more. >> Let go of my arm. >> Stop. >> You guys are spit on your arm. >> You're not listen. If you spit on us, we'll get charged back for ourselves. >> Stop. >> Stop. She's You cause all these problems. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. You caused all these crossovers. >> You did. You did, baby. >> Stop resisting that. >> If you're pregnant, then stop moving around. >> You're not trying to spit my face. >> You let me face out of you [ __ ] Let me grab you an attitude. >> Just send me another unit. >> Have my license. I just came from home. >> Well, you know what? You would have had a simple verbal warning had you not showed your attitude like that. >> Too bad. You're going to jail now. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> No, you're going to jail. >> Damn. >> Stop [ __ ] >> Damn. >> Unlock it and put her in the car. >> My stomach. >> Get on the other side. Pull her across. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. If you stop. >> Okay. What is that? Touch me, you stupid [ __ ] >> [ __ ] Let me >> let me go. >> I don't know what to say you. >> Let me go. >> She belted in. >> No, I'll take her in the car. >> All right, >> give her a minute. >> Yeah, you guys will follow when you take her. Um, she's claiming she's pregnant. >> Oh, wait. Back. >> No. 44. >> Someone has a hop. >> Stop kicking the back of my car. >> I need a gun. >> Well, you're going to jail now. >> Yes, you are. And if you fight in jail, they're going to book you. >> I know you don't. >> Simple traffic stop. >> Angelo. >> He said simple traffic stop. That's true. It was a simple traffic stop. She was antagonistic. I get that. But if you hadn't decided to physically detain her, could you have gone back and just written her a citation? She didn't have her driver's license. You could have written her a citation, even towed the car, but not necessarily taken her into custody. But I'm interested in what you think. Remember, this channel is all about you be the judge. I may be Dr. Judge, but in this video, you be the judge. Let me know if you think this was reasonable. >> Yeah. Oh, simple traffic stop. She got the attitude. She starts fighting. >> You know, you guys better about those. >> They don't work. They're not that effective in my opinion. >> Um, >> that car. >> Hey, just have you ever put this on before? >> No, but I've seen I've read about them policy. >> So, we have to hold her legs. >> Get her legs in a cup so she can't move. >> Wrap this around her legs. Tighten it. >> Flip it over to the I didn't do nothing wrong. I crushed the thing. I put my finger. >> There's a sign that says clearly do not pass it >> right there. You can fight it in court. >> I don't want it. >> But I need to go. I don't want to be here. >> Don't stop. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. She stops going around. >> She's not going around. Just Just shut the just shut the door for now. >> Shut the door. She's She's not She's not kicking. It's fine. >> I just want her to kick me. >> If she's not standing out, >> go ahead and shut this door. She's going over. What's your name? What's your name? What's your name? >> Yeah, she's okay. Perfect. >> I just literally made a U-turn. >> You didn't make a U-turn. >> We did not make a U-turn, ma'am. >> Uh, I guess we did develop battery. She's got a got a scrap. >> Yeah, she she got me. I mean, it's fine. Well, she was actively resisting. That was like she said she was going to kick him. >> Yeah. So, and right there is your intent. So, >> I made her laugh at that like >> No, you did not. I saw you >> right there. >> I didn't know she was pregnant or not. So, I didn't want to like put her face down with with the tactic we learned. So, >> I want her out of here before family starts showing up. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Well, you th officer's face and you follow resistance. I'm going to pull up next time so people stop driving. >> I'm not saying that she didn't spit in an officer's face. Maybe accidentally. I didn't see her physically attempt to spit on somebody in the video that I watched. It's possible that she tried to spit in somebody's face. She's in the back seat, unconsolable at this point, still trying to argue about whether or not she made a legal U-turn or whether he had the proper right to pull her over. Do you think that if she'd have read my book, she might not be in that situation? She got antagonistic with this police officer. I teach not to do that in this book and I teach on my on my YouTube channel on my Tik Tok channel. Don't be antagonistic with police. Don't be aggressive. Don't call them names. Don't ask them if they're bored. Don't do things that are going to set them off or piss them off. Just say, "I don't answer questions without a lawyer." Maybe this stuff would have been different had she read my book. Thanks for watching everybody. I'm Dr. Judge. We'll see you next time. Court is now adjourned.
