then her mom gets upset with me

samantha
and they're still coming at me grabbing
my shirt and everything and i'm trying
to push them away

so she keeps she keeps pulling on my
shirt you can see they ripped my shirt
and they're doing all that and she's
still coming at me i
pushed her away anna fell to the ground
samantha started coming at me
even more you can't do that to my mom
don't do that to my mom she's freaking
swinging at me
and i freaking i push her down the
ground that's when jennifer grabbed that
bottle and just

grabbed her and threw her to the ground
and all three of them are right there
and then my my back is against the
freaking stove
if mikey runs around he comes in he gets
in between us and he's telling him stop

up and she comes over here she starts

jeffrey gets up samantha and all three
of them are over there

i don't even remember where anna went a
couple of minutes later
but jennifer and samantha out there on
the front and i go out there and tell
samantha you just need to freaking leave

and at that point did they were here

so when i talked to the da's office i

cynthia or marcus i talked to both of

they know exactly what was going on so
what we're doing was not
you know pressing charges we're not
going to be arresting you based on you

better on household member battery two
counts or whatever what we're doing is
we're gonna send to the da's office just
for review
okay so we're gonna be summons for
criminal complaint probable cause and
do you receive mail here at this
residence okay so that's the best thing

the the whole one i got five people i

know the only thing is is when he came
on scene all of them were separated

separating everybody

going on all their stories are

put these charges and everything on you

how we tell people like a book these are
the charges of what it could be and

i've already been having my supervisors
telling me otherwise
and i know the department's already been
going through a lot of crap so this is
the best route that i can go
okay so with the season of the weapons
you know because of a domestic situation
i just have to seize them they're not
being evidence nothing like that just
being held for safekeeping

um just give it about 48 to 72 hours

sergeant cassin and he'll go and tell
you what day or what time you can get
them back

and go back home she lives in

back but we advise her not to because of
