His name was not Elijah Graham, but a Devonte Harris. He was charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Additional misdemeanor charges include fleeing and eluding police, obstructing a peace officer, and obstructing identification.
