Everybody's talking about this tragic shooting in Minnesota where the ICE agent shot the protester who was in the car. Let's break this video down. So, the two agents get out of this gray truck. They're walking up to this Honda and they're walking with purpose that especially the driver. The driver is walking with a legitimate purpose to stop this woman. I believe he's already made the determination he's going to take her into custody. He wants her to get out of the vehicle. I don't think she intended to run over this ICE agent. I think she just put herself in a position where she's driving a motor vehicle, which is a deadly weapon, and it was headed in the path or the direction of this ICE agent who felt in fear for his life. In my opinion, he's not going to be charged with a crime here. He's not going to be charged with any any type of criminal homicide as a result of this. In my opinion, he's going to be sued most likely. There was a better way to approach this car. Another agent could have been shot as a result of this agent firing into the car. Obviously, you don't want to approach [music] a vehicle that you're trying to take somebody into custody from the front, but that's where this agent was. He was on the street. She was protesting the ICE agents out there. A really unfortunate situation that led to the death of this young lady at the end of the day. The investigators are are going to call this a justified shooting. The officer that fired into this vehicle was in the front of the vehicle. I don't think necessarily he positioned himself there on purpose. I think it [music] was again it was just one of these perfect storms where everything lined up. He was in the pathway of this vehicle. I don't think that he intended to approach this vehicle to take this woman into custody. I think he was walking up to the vehicle to help the other agents who clearly when they got out of their truck, they were with purpose. They [music] walked very directly to the window. The officer that was in the pathway of the vehicle had a firearm and he felt threatened by somebody that was driving a car, which is considered to be a deadly weapon. And and it is a deadly weapon. If you're driving a vehicle, you can kill somebody by running over them. And this officer felt like he was in danger of being killed, fired into the windshield. But as always on this channel, I want to know what you think. Argue below. Argue your point like a lawyer. Tell me whether you think that this this behavior on the part of this officer was justified, this was a justified shooting, or whether you think it was actually criminal behavior.
