Hands on your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> So, you know what I always say about telling the cop on his body cam, I'm going to sue you. Don't do it. It just tells the jury that you're planning a lawsuit all along. And you don't need to do that in this case. This cop is way overstepped his bounds. He's on private property. And apparently this police officer thinks that black people can't own land and build barnaminiums for themselves. If they're sitting in front of a a barnaminium that's under construction, they're certainly most likely stealing. Tell me what you think. Do you agree with what this cop did? And comment below. If you support what this cop did, please tell me why. And of course, tell me what department you work for because you've obviously got to be a police officer if you think what he did was right. >> Court is now in session. you doing? >> You own this? >> Y'all own this property? >> What you think? That's all you got to do. >> No. I'm going to call now. >> We told you we own it. Ma'am, call him, baby. >> Ma'am, I'm calling out. >> Ma'am, what's your first name? >> No, I'm calling 911. >> You dead ass wrong. >> Dead ass wrong. >> Listen, until I can verify this is your property, I'm conducting a criminal investigation. I'm trying to do my job. >> You being [ __ ] hostile now. >> I'm not being hostile. >> Cuz you just pull up on our [ __ ] property and acting like we don't own that. >> Wait, wait. He cannot hear me. >> You dead ass wrong. >> It's 17 through 35 >> 60 attack. [Applause] >> Charlie Delta 01 echo delta advis you. >> I'm sorry on the first party. Charlie Delta 01 echo delta. >> Hey, stay in the car. >> Stay Hey, stay in the car. Get back in the car, man. >> Get back in the car now. This is my property. >> Sit back down in the car. >> I ain't being detained. >> Sit back. Yes, you are. >> Until I can verify you are read my name already. >> All right, hands behind your back. You're being detained right now. Hands behind your back. Drop it. Drop it. Put the phone in the car. Put the phone in the car. Drop the wallet. Hands on your back. >> Hands on your back right now. You're being detained. Okay. >> So, you know, I'm going sue you. >> I'm going to arrest me. Arrest me. >> Your shirt. Your shirt. >> You dead serious. You dead wrong, man. >> No, I'm stay right here from being detected. >> Walk over to the car now. >> So, right here, I paused it. Let's look. How far did this cop have to drive off of the roadway onto private property and then walk from his car to the barnaminium to encounter these people? This is not a a public road. It's not a parking lot frequented by the public. This cop has absolutely no right to stop or seize these people on private property without a warrant. He has no right to even be here. >> Marian, how step it up, please. Dead ass wrong, man. You dead ass wrong. This is my home. >> You have anything in your pockets that'll stick me, poke me, or prod? Any kind of weapons on you? >> No, I don't. >> Nothing illegal. No illegal substance. Spread your feet for me. [Music] >> Head ass. >> Oh, watch the door. >> Those everything. You dead ass, man. Yes, you did. You see me eating, man. you. That ain't right. This is my home. >> Watch your arm. >> 67 1012. One black male detained. Female stand inside the building cooperative. He was so one black male detain responding. You can slow your respond. I still have station 33. >> Clear the station. Clear the station. 1033 at 1524. 53 >> 46 limo 39 43 26 [Applause] 67. Mailbox says 17335, but the fence says 17327. Could possibly be the occupant. >> Did you hear that? It could possibly be the occupant. He's giving you an ID with one of the numbers on his ID. It's not the number that's on the mailbox. It's the number that's on the post, which means, oh, maybe that's a new construction and they don't have a mailbox yet. Why is this man, this homeowner, this American citizen in the backseat of your police car with handcuffs on? Sir, please run to the car. Run to the car to release him. Run to the car. Apologize to this man and release him. What do you think? Comment below. Another hit. [Applause] >> That's 104. [Applause] This is the Jackson. That's going to be possible. [Applause] >> It's 104. >> Okay. Where where where's the house? That's one. That's 335. >> Where the house is? You wait till the other officer. Don't worry about that. Listen, I don't know why y'all have to be so aggressive and hostile. >> Work on our property, sir. >> Okay, listen. Can I Can I explain Can I explain a little bit? Can I explain a little bit? >> Your trust. >> Can I explain a little bit? >> No, you can't explain. You trust that? >> Okay. >> And I'm suing you. >> So, next time I'll let someone just come in and break in and steal stuff. >> If you want to play that on our property, >> ma'am, how is I to know that was your How did I know it was your property? >> How did I know it was your property? >> Why did you come on here? >> How did I know it was your property? >> You don't need to know. I need you to arrest my husband. >> Your husband's not arrested. He's just being detained. >> Well, it sure as feels like he's arrested. He's in the backseat of your car with handcuffs on. Sir, this is our home. And you now know it's our home. Just apologize. Take the walk of shame. Go back to your car and release this man and leave with a sincere apology to these people. >> I didn't know. Oh my goodness. I'm not I'm not arguing. >> The house somewhere that ends in 335. Where's the house actually at? Cuz the number on the face is different than the mailbox. >> Man, you >> listen. Where is that house at? The 17335. Where's that house at? >> This is new construction house right here. >> Okay. This house. What is this house number right here? >> Right there on the front page. The 17 uh 17327. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> 574 106. >> That's 104. >> The 17335. Where is that house at? >> What you mean? Where it at? >> This is 1723 327. >> That's one piece of property. This is all one property. >> See, now if we just talked about it would have been a completely different conversation. >> You should have never did that, sir. You just pulled in here and assumed something and hey, what you do? I own this. That is wrong, man. You got this club on me tight and we stay here. This is our property, sir. We told you that. This is incredibly brilliant police work. This guy needs a medal for the kind of intellectual processing that he does. He's a genius. He realizes that this man's sitting in front of a home with a different number that's off by two numbers. Who cares at this point? You've got to know. I mean, you've got to be able to process quicker. I mean, really, seriously. It seems like they live on the property in the back now that I've talked to them, but they wouldn't talk to me when I showed up. I pull up the property. I was driving by. It's a new construction. They're starting a barn, like a barn dominium out here. So, I keep an eye on the place because I know how often those places get hit. So, as I'm driving by, I see a vehicle parked in front. This is completely unfinished. They've got the sidings done, but the inside isn't even touched. I see a vehicle parked in front of the house. Tail lights are on. It looks occupied. I can't see that there's another house behind the property. So, I walk up, go make contact. I'm like, "Hey, what are y'all doing here?" Just trying to talk to him. The guy gets instantly aggressive and defensive. Starts screaming me to get off his effing property. Says he owns this. Like, okay, if you own it, let me see some ID. I'll verify that and we'll be good. He showed you ID. At this point, you have verified it and we're still not good. This officer may have had good intentions just to give him just as much grace as I can possibly give him. He He did see a car parked in front of a new construction, which could be somebody stealing from a new construction. that does happen. So, if he's going to pull up and and patrol that and and protect these people from that, when he walks up there and sees a man and a woman sitting in the car, that's not reasonable to think that they would be she's dressed in a dress. And the man's sitting in the driver's seat, she's sitting in the passenger seat. They immediately tell him it's our property. Oh, I'm so sorry. I was just checking to make sure nobody's stealing. Have a nice day, folks. See you. And then leave. You got butt hurt because he told you to get off his effing property and then you wanted to escalate it and you did. He's in the backseat of your car now. Congratulations. >> He wants to get argument screaming at me and then the wife starts screaming at me and he provides me this DL and it says 17335. The house number is 17327. So the I the numbers are close. They don't match. So I still don't know that they actually live here or have the right to be on the property. The numbers close, but they don't match. Oh. Oh my. This This poor young man doesn't have sense to come in out of the rain. He starts getting out of the car. I said, "Sit back in the vehicle." He wouldn't listen. Wouldn't listen. I didn't trust him. So, I detained him and put him in the back of my car. Before I even did that, she called 911. >> All right. >> Actually, she and she won't give me her information. I mean, he appears to live behind the in the house behind the property 104, >> but she >> there is, but I can't see the house number on the building. There's So, there's a mailbox that says 17335 and then the fence post says 17327. I didn't see the mailbox when I pulled in. I only saw the number on the fence post. And on top of that, it's a new construction. There's a Carson out front with his lights on. I mean, how many times do we get them things broken into in broad daylight? [Applause] But she's screaming, hooting, and hollering and won't give me her information. I'm like, you know what? If I can verify that she's her his spouse and they live at the house behind, then okay, we're good. That's all I needed. >> So now you need more information. You need to verify that she's his spouse. Are you kidding me? Really? She on the region of the vehicle. Oh yeah. I didn't get a chance to. I was just trying to talk to him. Then he starts getting out of the vehicle and I was like, I don't trust that you're not about to either run or fight me. So you're going to sit in my car. Not trying to cause crap for you, sir. I'm sorry, but just that's that's all it is right now. But he's already pissed off and they're all talking about suing and they're going to file a complaint anyway. So, I'm sure you'll see it. Uh, who's headed up here? I didn't even get a chance to look. [Applause] >> 104. Okay. All right. I'll I'm still going to need one of them here so I can at least if we can talk to people the house to verify that they live here and they have the right to be on the property. Awesome. I just can't go back there right now. And they're all claiming that I came out here and was being aggressive and stupid to them and I wasn't. I was trying to verify who they were. >> But I'll check property appraisers to see if she's on it. If if she's on the property behind then okay. I mean there's no on that. >> Yeah. I mean, again, I didn't even know there was >> I didn't Yeah. >> And they put them in the back. >> Yeah. And I And I don't doubt that. I didn't know there was another house behind this. I couldn't see it from the road. It just looked like it was a big drive and a big piece of property. >> Yep. We'll do. All right. Bye. [Music] We're not going to take them off right now. But if I can verify that y'all live at the house behind, which I see your ID says that I don't see the house number in the back there. Once another you get here and verifies that that's your address, then we can get this done and over with. All right. I wasn't coming out your profile on you. [Applause] So, as soon as I get more information, cuz I don't have quite enough information yet to determine that you're really truly the homeowner and you're building this house and and I got the numbers mixed up, but one of the numbers does match your ID. But I need more information cuz I need to know if there's a house behind this house and make sure that that's your house and it has a the right number on it. Okay, I can't really call this cop a bully cop. He's a tyrant, but he's just too stupid to be a cop. His name is Deputy Riley Artman with the Marian County Sheriff's Department in Marian County, Florida. Please share this and make him infamous. That's what we do. When we find tyrant cops or cops that ain't got sense to come in out of the rain, quite literally, he's standing in the rain. You really shouldn't be a cop. >> I didn't know that until you gave me your ID. All right. >> Even then, I can't see that house right now. Just loosen the handcuff. Please put them in the front. >> Can you do that? Yep. Hold on one second. I'll loosen them. >> All right. Here's what we're going to do, Mr. Jackson. Kind of turn your back. Face that way. Which one's tight right now? Both. Both of them. >> Okay. Okay. All right. >> I ain't going nowhere, man. >> No, we ain't. >> I'm not going nowhere, sir. This is my whole way. Got >> I again, Mr. Jackson, I don't know that until I verify everything. All right. >> I'm just saying. >> All right. >> I don't know that until I verify everything. Man, you have verified it, sir. Wow. He's still scared of this guy cuz he has him turn around in the car to take the to loosen the cuffs and readjust them. He's not letting him out of the car yet. By now, he should have already made this decision. Maybe I put this guy in the backseat of my car prematurely. Here's what we're going to do. Go and step out. I'll put him around in the front and then you can sit then we'll sit back inside. Okay. >> Trying to get out this police officer that is on our property. >> Okay. Just go and face the car for me. Okay. >> You good? You good? >> All right. Face the car for me. >> My husband. >> He ain't arresting me, baby. >> He's not under arrest. >> I don't care. You put him in handcuffs on the property >> right now. He's just being detained. Okay. So, when I do when I release your left arm, >> just turn around and face me and I'll put him in the front. Okay. >> That we are trespassing on our own property. Can you believe this? Now he's taking a handcuffs off my husband on our property scale. >> Do me a favor. I don't care if you record. Take a couple steps back. Okay. >> You know, >> take a couple steps back. Step back, please. There's a couple wrong with it. Step back. All right. We'll be sued. I'm going to see my lawyer tomorrow. Just wanted to show you what happened. >> Stupid keys. Stupid. Hold on. All right. >> Go. You need to go live, baby. >> Turn me off. We have the property owner. >> Just go like that. Go like that. Nope. Turn your wrist that way. There you go. I don't want it to turn sideways on you. Okay. >> Mhm. >> All right. >> Adjust this one. Okay. >> I did not mean to make you drop your biscuit. All right. >> Man, >> somebody tell you they stay here, we stay here. That's how profile. You should You should never pull on nobody's pocket, man. >> I ain't going to argue with you, but you dead wrong. And you know you wrong. >> You in big trouble for this, bro. >> It's a matter of opinion. All right. It's my opinion, too. I don't know who else has the opinion that he's in big trouble. Raise your hand. Come on. Anybody support what this cop's doing at this point? Like, he should really truly have released this man already. The wife is calling the police and you know, you can hear her yelling in the I mean, both of them are adamant. This is our property. You got a lot of really reasonable evidence to suggest that maybe you did make a mistake. You're just not willing to admit it yet. And you're going to eventually try to talk them into agreeing with what you did. Not me. >> Is that better? [Music] All right. So, she's just sitting over hoot and hauling recording. I don't really care about that. I need to try to verify the badge they have on his license. I need to try to verify if it's that address back behind there cuz you saw the fence has one number. Y >> the mailbox has a different one. >> Okay. >> Didn't see the mailbox when I pulled in here. I was focused on the car cuz where they're parked at right now, car was sitting there, lights on. I could see someone was moving around in it and it's a new construction. So, I figured, hey, 13. I need to check it out. So, I look at the lock box to see what the address is on a lock box. >> A lock box? Oh my gosh. There's a lock box that would have a name on it. Good for this new cop, man. At least he's thinking. >> No, they told me the address for this property. >> Just give us a minute. Y'all on my property. I can't believe this. >> This is the whole thing. >> Wow. >> Okay. We're on >> my husband on our property. Said we trespassing on our property. >> I need to try to get on property praise, but I can't get >> ma'am. That's fine. You do what you want. We're doing an investigation. We're doing an investigation. >> Ma'am, just give us a minute. Please investigation. >> Give us a minute. This is ridiculous. >> I guess the black have a nice house. >> I couldn't even tell what kind of Just don't don't acknowledge. Um, >> who did you hear that? That's really kind of what's going on here. I guess a black woman can't have a property like this. I mean, at this point, this officer still hasn't released this man. I don't I don't have any evidence that he's a racist, but you be the judge. Tell me what you think. Is this racially motivated at all? >> I can go check the law box. Would they have the person's name who owns the property on that? >> Yeah. Everything should be on the job box. >> I didn't again. I was focused on the car because of all this crap. >> It's a nice freaking barno. Yeah. >> Devon Joel. Yeah. >> Okay. Now you've confirmed it. How long? Let's count how long it takes him to release this guy. >> Yeah. But again, didn't know that off the bat. Actually, hold on. Let me take a picture of that cuz I'm going to probably end up writing something on this anyways. Not hurt. >> So what? You don't have anything, right? >> Nope. We're good now. I just didn't have a chance to get that cuz I was focused on them. [Applause] I've never seen like [Applause] >> Hey, because I was focused on the car, I didn't see the lot box there. And even then, I was focused on them. So, Joe just pointed that out, went over and checked it, and both their names are on the lot box, which is in front of the construction that they are parked in front of. So, I got nothing. I'm going to cut him loose. Uh, yeah. I'm going to write up a third. Do you want me to write something up on this in case they complain so there's documentation? Okay, 10. I'll do that. All right. Appreciate it. Bye. Nope. Nope. I'm getting him out. I'm getting him out. All right. Bye. [Applause] I count about a minute and 10 seconds. He should have belined for his patrol car to let this man out. I think he should have increased his heart rate a little bit. maybe run to the police car and apologize profusely. Sir, I'm so sorry. I should have looked at that first, but I'm too stupid to know it even was there. I didn't know there was a lock box that had your name on it. You had an ID that only had the address that was on the mailbox, and it wasn't the address that was on the post. So, you can see my confusion. And this man carries a gun, has a badge, has all kinds of power. Bless his heart. That's all I'm going to say. And it don't mean what you think it means down here in the South. All right, go and step out. I'll get those off. You check the lot box. Yep. You are the property owner again. I didn't know that pulling up. And because of all the chaos of y'all guys screaming to me, I couldn't verify that. Okay. >> No chaos there. >> There was a little bit, man. >> You dragged me. You dragged me like a child. >> I did not drag you like a child. Did not drag you like a child. >> Yes, you did. >> I said we're going to walk over my car and you wanted to start walk. >> You know better than me. You're not a rookie. >> You're free to go. Have a good day. >> You know better than that's why you let me do it. Childress. >> Childress. >> We're good. >> Are we good? Are you good? I'm not good. I don't like how this whole interaction happened. I don't like how this cop handled himself. And I don't like that we've got somebody that's that daff on the police force. Share this video. Make him infamous. He needs to go into another line of work and not Amazon cuz he can't drive for Amazon if he can't figure out addresses like that. He's He's not thinking that quick. Tell me what you think. Always comment below, like this video, and share this video with somebody you love. And I will see you next time.
