I stopped here today cuz another officer said there was an individual driving this car without a driver's license. You pulled me over cuz somebody said I didn't have a driver's license. >> Correct. >> So are you about caused a goddamn accident? >> Do you have your ID with you, sir? >> No. Yeah. Yeah, I do have my ID, but I don't need to show it to you. Then what the hell? Because somebody told you I didn't have a driver's license and that's why you're pulling me over. >> Another officer called me and said that they believe somebody was driving this vehicle. >> There's no officer. I didn't even come to North. >> This is a little nuance in the law and it makes this an invalid stop in my opinion. Hey, so here here's what happened.
