You're not going to pass it. If you've never heard slurred speech before, this is slur speech right here. Bloodshot, watery eyes, most likely. I can't see the eyes, but everything that the officers copy and paste into their affidavit exhibited right here. This is this is prime example of superimpaired behind the wheel of a car. Just saying. So, this personal breath test, it's called a portable breath test. Um, it's it's very controversial cuz they're not very accurate, but many states allow it and it's the first rung of of a ladder that you shouldn't be going up anyway. you should refuse all testing. But in some states, you don't have the right to refuse this personal breath test. And in Tennessee, you obviously do. We don't have this PBT here, but I teach people never take this breath test if you've been drinking or the blood test. Always refuse it. So, if I'm the officer on the scene of this particular traffic stop, I'm going to keep asking her to do tests because it's just comical. At some point, she's so drunk that there's nothing that she's going to do that she's going to pass. She's going to fail every test you give her. So, just load her up with test. If if I'm the cop, I'm having fun with this one.
