[music] >> Pull into the parking lot. Pull into the parking lot. Oh, yeah. Pull into the parking lot. You all saw what I just saw. Trooper Ryan Wingo just crashed into the back of the car that he was pulling over for following him too close. You can't make this up, folks. Let's see if he tells the truth. Trooper Wingo realizes there's a car behind him allegedly following too close. The car that was following him too close didn't hit him. He's the one that stopped in the middle of the road and did a big 360. Not even a U-turn. It was a 360. It was a zero turn. There's a blue car right in front of him when he does the whole zero turn, and the car that he really wants to stop is the red car in front of that blue car. Pull into THE PARKING LOT. 60 HOT SPRINGS. GOING TO SEND UH ONE OF THE normal units over here to the uh shoe factory. Had a car slam on his brakes in front of me. Had a car slam on his brakes in front of me. Is that true? I don't think that's true. He's going to try to spin that for everybody that arrives on the scene, but you saw what I saw. What did Trooper Wingo do? Trooper Wingo has very thin blue skin. You're going to notice that in just a minute cuz this is going to escalate more than it should have. Watch this video. License, registration, insurance, sir. Then why are you pulling me over? Cuz you're following me too closely. You nearly ran into me. No, I did not. You slammed on the brakes. You had no brakes. You had no turn signal or nothing. I had to turn around on a car that was speeding. I'm doing my job out here, sir. Give me your license. You hit me. Don't worry. Don't worry. I'll see you in court, dude. Now deep down I know Trooper Wingo [music] has got his stomach in knots right now. He's like, "Crap. That whole thing's on video. I'm going to try to spin it as best I can for me." But you saw what I saw. He didn't stop inappropriately. He should have given a little more room, not put his blue lights on immediately, waited till he got behind the red car, and then blue light. He's stopped him too soon, and that's why he crashed. 60 Hot Springs. Had a car following me too closely. Nearly ran into me. Turned around, got behind it, and he slammed on his brakes in front of me. I was unable to stop. We could just hear the officer on the phone with somebody telling the story of how I had this car follow me too close, almost hit me, so I turned around to pull him over, and he slammed on his brakes in front of me and made me hit it. He's in the spin room. He's trying to spin it. I just don't think he's going to succeed with that. This cop's already agitated. He's got a short fuse. You're about to see it. I want to see the damage done to my car. Give me a minute. We're on a traffic stop right now. Once I get done with my traffic stop for following too closely >> not following too closely. Clearly you were. You hit me. You stopped in the middle of the roadway, sir. No, YOU DIDN'T STOP. >> STOP. I GOT OVER, and I was I was in the lane trying to speed back up. No, I was trying to speed back up. Okay, sir. >> you slammed on your gas, and you hit us. Okay. So okay. Well, I'm so I told you why I stopped you cuz you were following me too closely. >> wasn't. You hit Okay. We'll see you in court. Okay. Do you have an ID on you, ma'am? I should. You don't need her ID. Yes, I do, actually, for the accident report that you so that you so want, sir. Yes, I do want it. >> Okay. You [ __ ] hit me. There's no damage between our vehicles, though. >> give a [ __ ] Bro, you Get out of the car. GET OUT OF THE CAR. Do you think what he said should have led to him being yanked out of the car? The cop's going to call it disorderly conduct in a minute. Is it? This is first amendment protected speech. This guy could have flipped him a bird if he wanted to, but this cop's got a very short fuse, and he's already agitated because he's going to have to try to explain to his supervisor why he crashed into the back of this car. Now there's no damage. It's not a very significant accident. The cop should have just owned it and said, "Yeah, I probably should have performed that stop better." Cops don't own stuff like that. They want to make it look like you're the bad guy. This cop loses his mind. Let's back up and watch that again. Get out of the car. GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OKAY. I'm getting out. There's no need for that. Why are you doing that? You're under arrest for disorderly conduct, sir. They call you dad. There's no need for that. There's no need for cussing. There's no need for that. There's no need for cussing. Cussing is first amendment protected speech. There's no need for what you're doing, officer Trooper Wingo. And after you cuss me Stand up. Stand up. I'm trying, okay? Come on. You're about to see Trooper Wingo go back to the car and copsplain to the wife while he's in the backseat. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? MA'AM, there was no need for cussing me out. Until he can calm down and act like an adult, he's going to sit in the back of the car. >> Let me speak to your supervisor. He has severe anxiety. Severe. You won't let me talk. You're just trying to interrupt me the entire time, ma'am. I'm sorry. Okay. Until he can calm down and act like a human being and stop cussing me out for no reason, so I'm trying to explain to him what happened. But he doesn't want to let me talk, okay? So do you want to let me talk or not? Yes, I'm sorry. Okay. Are you going to let me talk? What? A bullet. Comment below. Tell me if you agree. 60 Hot Springs. I got disorderly subject. I got a disorderly subject. Right. >> You going to calm down or you going to continue cussing me out for no reason? Are you going to I'm asking you a simple question, sir. Are you going to calm down? >> want your badge number and your name. He keeps saying, "I just want your badge number and your name." Legitimate. Okay. Well, are you going to continue cussing me out or not? Cuz I was that and you're going to say sure, then I'm not going to have you sit out here and cuss at me for no reason. I think he's got a reason. What do you think? Did this citizen have a reason to cuss? There's no fifth. You're You're not incriminating yourself, sir. Uh you're not incriminating yourself. You just asked him if he's going to quit cussing you out, which is the reason you arrested him. That is a legitimate question to say, "I don't answer questions without a lawyer. I'm pleading the fifth." Which by the way is a good time to promote the Dr. Judge hat and I plead the fifth. If this guy'd been wearing this hat, it says I plead the fifth on the front of it and Dr. Judge on the back. So for all you Dr. Judge followers who want to wear the verdict, go check out my store at the link below. But let's keep watching this video. I'll put these away for now. Now we've got some other officers on the scene. Let's see how these cops do their cop talk behind the scenes about what really happened. I was coming this way. He was I saw him riding my butt. I didn't really care. Car was doing about 60. I'm going to overtake him. Turned around. When I turned around, he starts laying on the horn. So I'm like, "Okay. So you're going to lay on your horn. I'm just going to pull you over for following too closely." When I turned around, turned back around to come behind he moved straight over from the inside lane to the outside lane. Moved straight over and just slammed on the brakes. There's some context right there I just didn't know before. So I think when the cop made his original decision to make the U-turn, he was going to go do something else, and then when this guy honked at him, he thought, "Well, F you. You can't honk at me. I'm the highway patrol." He should have done the whole thing differently. It doesn't make any difference. And what you did slamming on your brakes >> slam on my brakes. That's his word. That's not mine and my wife's. That's fine. I didn't slam on my brakes, so You heard this guy saying, "What you did, slamming on your brakes." And the citizen did a very good job at saying, "That's his story. That ain't what happened. You're going to get this body cam and dash cam. You're going to be able to see what happened." But just because he says I slammed on my brakes in front of him doesn't mean that that's what happened. Good for him pushing back. So let's watch what happens. Is he going to go to jail, or do you think they're going to let him? So they let him go. All of this theatrics for cussing me for no reason, disorderly conduct, cuff and stuff him in the backseat, only to let him go when you really come to your senses and realize he probably hasn't violated the law. So what grades do I give this Trooper Wingo? I've got to give Trooper Wingo an F because I think he's a bully. I think he's a tyrant. I think that he is easily offended. He had no reason to arrest this veteran for simply cussing. Veteran, I give a B because he could have invoked his right to remain silent earlier and more often and said, "I don't answer questions without a lawyer." Well, I mean I can't really discredit him for honking at the cop. He didn't threaten this officer. So I'm going to change my grade. I'm going to give this citizen an A minus. I'm so impressed with this citizen. I want to send him the official I plead the fifth Dr. Judge hat. So Charles Donner, if you're out there and you watch this video, give me a shout, and I'll give you a free hat. I plead the fifth. That way you won't have to say it so often. You can just point at the hat. If you want to wear the verdict, or you want to wear the amendment, get it in the link tree below. We got hats. We got T-shirts. Check out the link below and wear the verdict.
