Screaming police, somebody needs to come to the door right now. Yeah, I'm going to need your ID and let me in. Why? I wasn't in there. Yeah, now you're now you're in here during our investigation here. So, what's your ID? Did I commit a crime? You're obstructing our investigation right now by pulling our attention away from what we're doing. You can help go help them. I'm I'm just saying they don't answer their questions. You guys saw us coming. You shut the door. Answer the door. Answer the effing door. Really? Now, you're a Doctor Judge follower. You know better than that. You don't have to answer the door if the cops are banging on your door. As long as they don't have a warrant for your arrest or a search warrant for your home, you have no obligation to open the door. You have no obligation to talk to them through the door. You have absolutely no obligation to step out the door onto your porch and talk to these police officers. This poor couple has never followed my channel, but bless their hearts, they're about to learn a lesson. This is a house party that the police have been called to about a noise complaint. So, they go knock on the door and they bang on the door until they get the homeowners to come out and they talk to the police officers. Mistake number one. Don't ever open the door for the police. If they get a warrant for your arrest, they get a warrant for your arrest. If you haven't called the police and you don't need police services, there should be no reason that you step out on this porch to [music] talk to them. Let's see how it works out for them. Somebody's going to show up in the alleyway that's a Doctor Judge follower. Be on the lookout for him. >> [music] >> They're all hanging out right there. You can see all their heads. Notice where these cops are standing. They're standing in the alleyway behind a fence. You know why? Cuz that's the curtilage of this home and they're not allowed to go on the curtilage of the home without a warrant. The curtilage of your home is protected area. It's protected under the Constitution. So, these cops are doing a good job standing back behind the gate. They might be legitimately suspecting some criminal activity afoot. The cops don't have the right to go on the curtilage yet. Although, they do have the right to go to the front door and knock, which is what they did. They knocked rather loudly and eventually they got the homeowners to come out. Let's watch that. Oh, now the knocking's getting louder. >> Screaming police, somebody needs to come to the door right now. >> No, they don't. Okay. How are you doing? Good. 441 to contact 411 to back. So, what's going on tonight? Wait, wait. I don't answer questions. This is the hat the guy needs. He can just point to the hat. >> Why when I showed up everyone started screaming back door and everyone tried coming out the back door. >> tell you. I was literally literally downstairs. I was literally down there playing on my phone. Okay. All right. I'm having a good time. We were about to send everybody home anyway. We're getting really tired. 553 and code four. You can all leave now. You can all leave. Hello. When we knock on the door, answer the door. Yes, sir. That's incorrect. You're a Doctor Judge follower. You know better than that. You can push back and you can say, "We don't want to talk to you." And you can walk back in your house. You don't have to come out and talk to them, folks. Just because the police knock on your door doesn't mean you need to answer it. And in most cases, you shouldn't answer it. We'll be contacting the property owners. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. This is not okay. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. How many of these are underage in there? I I I don't answer questions. I don't answer questions. This is not appropriate. Yes, sir. You guys saw us coming. You shut the door. Answer the effing door. >> Yes, sir. Do you understand? Yes, sir. Everyone needs to leave. I'm not worried about giving out MIPs. Thank you, sir. What I am worried about is this behavior. 100%. Okay. Understood. Do you rent the lower level of the apartment or this house or >> No, I'm just really really good friends with the homeowners. Okay. Are they not here? No, they're here. They will be out in the next couple of minutes. Okay. We can deal with loud parties, okay? Thank you, sir. We can deal with a lot of things. Yeah. But you need to answer the next time. Okay. Answer the door. I'm sorry, sir. I won't have anything to say. Okay. Thank you. All right. Everyone needs to leave. Yes, sir. All right. >> Okay. I'm not interested in sitting here and writing 100 tickets. Yes, sir. I'm just interested in the noise problem. Okay. You don't get to write 100 tickets because you don't get to come in. And we're not going to tell you anybody that's in there. I mean, really seriously, why subject yourself to the wrath of the police department knocking at your door? Just don't answer the door. Turn the music [music] down, but don't go to the door. While waiting to speak with a tenant at the back gate, a viewer named Brendan arrives in the alleyway. >> Spoiler alert, Brendan is the Doctor Judge follower who happens to show up in the alleyway. Let's watch what he does. Yo, what up? Sup? What's good, guys? Not much. Trying to get inside? Nah. No, you can walk around. Yeah, that's fine. Okay. Do you have ID on you? Oh, yeah. I do have ID. Do you mind if I snag it from you? A driver's license work? Yep. I want the physical thing or can you Yeah, if I could have the physical one. Okay. I just need some more cooperation. Yes, sir. We'll be cool with you guys if you're cool with us. All right. We appreciate you. Okay. Your name one more time? Sam. Sam. Nice to meet you. Good to meet you guys. Have a good night. >> Everyone needs to get out of here, okay? All right. Appreciate it. Thank you. I will say this, the front porch cop was cordial. He wasn't a jerk. You're going to see him get a little ticked off at [music] Brendan, who's the Doctor Judge follower. >> Are you renting this? Yes, yes, yes. >> for someone? 553. Okay. So, what were issue we have right now is the loud party one. Okay. And then as soon as we pulled up, everyone started saying cops were here and yelling back door. So, that's why I came to the back door. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's fine. >> as soon as I walked back here, there was a group of people trying to come out the back door. As soon as they saw me, they started right back inside. And then they're all hanging out in that little piece right there. Okay. So, how many of them are underage? I You don't have to answer the questions if you don't want to, by the Don't you work here, man? Honestly, I could not tell you. Yeah, you should probably leave, dude. Okay. I can go either way and You can tell them they don't have to answer questions. Cool. Or you can move on. We're going to put handcuffs on you if you don't identify you. Sorry, sir. For what? Did I commit a crime? You're obstructing our investigation right now by pulling our attention away from what we're doing. Chung got him. Chung got him. This guy's saying, "Hey, you don't have to answer questions cuz I'm a Doctor Judge follower." He learned to invoke his rights to remain silent early and often. And that's all he did, but the cops didn't like him telling these guys what their rights were. So, you can go go help them. I'm I'm just saying they don't answer their questions from a public public spot. It's a public spot. Now, they're going to cuff him. They're going to detain this kid for invoking the rights of the people that they were talking to. He was in a public place. He wasn't committing any criminal offense. He just pissed them off. They get to handcuff him if they feel like it according to what they think. What do you think? You work here? That's fine. I Good. Good. This is 441 to 10. Been drinking tonight? No. Ah, smells like alcohol. Hopefully you're 21. I I'm not, dude. I'm blowing your uh your breathalyzer. Yeah, you got ID on you? Yeah. Got it. Um yeah, if you want to I'll blow in your breathalyzer. Oh, you're not driving. Not even that. This kid's pretty adamant he wants to blow in a breathalyzer. I'm thinking maybe the cop doesn't really smell alcohol. What do you think? >> I'm just so lost on how you say anything that happened here with the body cam. So, does it smell alcohol or He's a lawyer, did you know that? Who? This guy. I'm not a lawyer. Why do you have to be a jerk, officer? He's a lawyer, did you know that? You know what? I'm a lawyer. And guess what can't be proven by the body cam? It's the smell of alcohol. It's what you always say you smell. That and when you pull a car over. I smell marijuana. Gives me PC to search the car. Did you really? I don't know. Body cam can't prove that. The only thing that can prove or disprove that is somebody's statement. And I believe the kid when he says, "Give me a breathalyzer. Give me a breathalyzer. Give me a breathalyzer. I want to prove to you I haven't been drinking." Guess where this citation is going? It's going in the trash can when this prosecutor gets it. Cuz they cannot prove this kid drank alcohol. The kid says over and over again, "Give me a breath test." What do you believe? I believe the kid. I don't believe he was drinking and I don't believe the cops even care. I think they just wanted to give him a ticket because he interfered with their ability to question people who didn't know their rights. And all the kid was doing was saying, "Hey, you don't really have to answer their questions." So, basically they violated his constitutional rights and they tried to make up a reason so they could keep their qualified immunity. I would give Brendan an A minus. He did a really good job at basically saying, "You don't have to answer their questions." And I give him credit for knowing what his rights are. I give the cops here probably, let's see, they were average. They knocked on the door, which they had the right to do. The cops in the alleyway didn't infringe upon the curtilage of the home. They didn't break through the gate because they knew they didn't have the right to go on this property without a warrant. So, I will give them credit for that. I'm not going to give them an F here. The cops that arrested this kid and cited him without a breath test get a D. And that's my verdict. What's yours? Stay on the Doctor Judge channel. Before long, you're going to learn something.
