Did I commit a crime? >> Actually, you did. >> What crime? >> Uh, wearing the face mask. It's a city ordinance. Do you have your ID on you? >> I do have my ID. If I don't give it to you in my subject to arrest >> being detained right now. Yeah. You want to play? >> Yeah, I do want to play that game. >> I don't know why you have to be that way, but >> I don't answer questions. >> Your social. >> I don't answer questions. Everything's on the ID. I gave it to you. >> Your social is not on your ID. So, what's the last? >> You don't need my social. >> That's the only way that >> What do you need my social for? >> What I'm saying is is that how do I prove that this is you? >> You don't know your laws, do you, buddy? >> I do know my laws. No, we're [clears throat] going to identify you different ways. We'll do it through your fingerprints at the jail. >> If that's what you're going to do, arrest me. [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is for the Northern State University Police Department over there in Oklahoma where you had this university police officer detain this guy because he was wearing a mask. Everybody knows it's getting cold. This guy's just trying to keep his face warm. And you having this officer saying, "Oh, you know, it's city ordinance. You know, you wearing a mask. Can I get your ID?" And you will see that this officer was literally harassing this guy for his damn ID all because of he's wearing a mask. And it's just crazy because I could have sworn a few years ago it was like mandated that we all had to wear masks, but now officers would try to get your ID if you're wearing them. It's like they can't even make up their mind. And you will also see where this officer wasn't even satisfied with even getting his ID. He even said, "Hey man, can you tell me you're social, too?" And it just goes to show, man, these officers really just be messing with the wrong people. But when actual stuff really does happen, they're nowhere to be found. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Around. [snorts] >> Okay. >> So, anyway, >> what's your name in badge number? >> My name is Kevin Henry. Badge number three. >> Did I commit a crime? >> Huh? >> Did I commit a crime? >> Actually, you did. >> What crime? >> Uh, wearing the face mask. It's a city ordinance. >> It's a city ordinance? >> Yes, sir. Do you have your ID on you? >> I do have my ID. >> Let me see it. >> If I don't give it to you, am I subject to arrest? >> Be detained right now. Yeah. Game that you want to play? Yeah, I do want to play that game. Okay. Here you go. >> When's the last time you've been in trouble with law enforcement? >> Uh, I can't remember. It's been a minute. >> How long is a minute? >> I don't know. >> A minute in real time is literally 60 seconds. So, how long is a minute to you? [clears throat] >> I don't answer questions. >> You don't answer questions. Okay. >> You're going to write me. ticket. Write me a ticket. If not, I would like to go. >> Mhm. >> I'll answer questions. I don't answer questions. >> How am I supposed to know you? >> Uh, my picture's right there. >> Pictures covered up. So, [laughter] I don't know. I don't know why you have to be that way. But >> I don't answer questions. >> Where your social? >> I don't answer questions. Everything's on the ID. I gave it to you. >> Your social is not on your ID. So, what's the last? >> You don't need my social. >> That's the only way I can. >> What do you need my social for? >> That's the only way that I can tell who you are. >> You can ask me my birthday. I need to get my social >> on here. You >> Yeah, exactly. I can I can >> You can lie to me about the birthday that's on here. You've seen it just like I did. So, >> and I can tell you what the birthday it is right now on the ID. >> I know you can tell me what the birthday is on the ID. What I'm saying is is that how do I prove that this is you? >> You don't know your laws, do you, buddy? >> I do know my laws. This is how I'm trying to identify. >> I gave you my ID. Is that not my ID? Christian. I asked you. Is that not my ID? >> I don't know whose ID this is. >> Is that on my picture on my on the ID? >> I don't know the difference, sir. >> It's my ID. >> Okay, listen to the words that are coming out of my mouth. Okay, instead of just trying to argue, listen to I would like to be I commit any crime besides the city ordinance. That's not a crime. Is anyone hurt? >> Is anyone hurt? >> That doesn't matter. >> It does matter. When you commit a crime, there has to be a victim. >> No, there doesn't. When somebody runs a stop sign, nobody gets hurt, but it's still a crime. >> That's a victimless crime. Yeah. So is this. >> Yeah. Okay. So >> silly things. This is silly. >> So they just let me go. This is silly, right? It's silly, right? >> No, Christian. >> No, it is silly. You got me stopped for no reason. >> Can you check? >> It's [ __ ] cold out here and I'm wearing a [ __ ] mask to keep keep warm. >> By name, >> I asked you two different questions so that >> and I don't answer questions. >> So identify who you are so that I know that >> write a ticket. There's my there's my ID right there. >> No, we're going to identify you different ways. We'll do it through your fingerprints at the jail. >> Okay. And just like any tyrant, you got to threaten them with arrest. >> We're going to identify you different ways. We'll do it through your fingerprints at the jail. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> If that's what you're going to do, arrest me. >> Hooper spelling Henry Ocean Paul Edward Robert first of Christian Charles Henry Robert Ida Sam Tom Ida Adam Nora middle of Roy 1990 1212. It would be a native male. >> Okay. So the first question I asked you to identify yourself was when's the last time you've been in trouble? You said it's been a minute. So if you could tell me one charge that you got in trouble for in all of time, then I can say, hey, in this year, yes, I can see this. I can see through the Cherokee Nation system that you got this charge or I can see through the state of Oklahoma system that at one point you got this charge or I can say what's your last four. >> But you have my ID right there, >> sir. Your ID picture. When was the last time you took this picture? >> Um, you look different. >> Answer questions. >> That's the whole point that I'm trying to prove to you, man, is that when you took this picture, your face was skinnier than it is now. >> So, what you're trying to do now? >> So, what you trying to do? Arrest me? >> No. What I'm trying to do is figure out who you are. >> Why? [clears throat] >> I have already explained it to you. You're walking >> for what? And then what are you going to do? Write a ticket >> with your face. Are you going to write a ticket for that? >> My job is to make sure that you write a ticket for that is safe. >> It is safe. >> Okay. I ain't got no face. You don't know that unless >> I got no nefarious intent. >> How do I [clears throat] know that? >> I know that those people driving down the road have no nefarious. >> Are you going to stop him for no reason? >> I I didn't stop you for no reason. >> You just stop me for a reason. No reason. >> I explained it to you. I've explained it to you several times. >> Okay, >> that's me, dude. 812. >> Thank you. Have a good day. >> Name and badge number, though. >> I've already told you. >> Name and badge number again for my records cuz I didn't have my phone out. >> Questions. Have a good day. >> Oh, yeah. What a tyrant. Let me get your tag number too then. I just go write a complaint on you real quick with this number. Yeah. All right. Got it. That mother right there. Dumb ass. Have a good day, sir. Don't be stopping no one for no reason no more. Know your laws. >> Another example of a officer whining when they don't get what they want. Because from the beginning, you having this officer, even after he got his ID, this officer wants to ask, "When was the last time you got in trouble?" And when this guy didn't want to answer that, you having this officer getting his feelings about that. You >> been in trouble with law enforcement. >> Uh, I can't remember. It's been a minute. >> How long? >> I don't answer questions. >> You don't answer questions. Okay. >> And then you having this officer wants to know his social and I don't blame him. I wouldn't be saying it either. >> Why you have to be that way? But >> I don't answer questions. >> Your social answer questions. Everything's on the ID. I gave it to you. Even though he has his ID in his hand, but that's not good enough for this officer. And just like any tyrant, man, you got to threaten him with arrest. >> Take it. There's my There's my ID [clears throat] right there. >> No, we're going to identify you different ways. We'll do it through your fingerprints at the jail. >> Okay. >> Like I said, man, act like a straight crybaby when they don't get what they want. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this New State University police officer for detaining this guy all because of he was wearing a mask. And it's just crazy because I could have sworn man, we had to wear those once upon a time. But I guess now if you're wearing that officer sees as suspicious. But even though that this officer got his ID, that still wasn't good enough for him. He had to know his social. And when he told his guy like, "I ain't telling you my social. Like you got my ID right there." Then that's when he wants to say, "Well, if you don't give me your social, I'm just going to take you to jail and get your fingerprints." Waste more of this guy's time literally for no reason. All because that he's wearing a mask. Like, god forbid, man, that this guy gets cold and he wants to stay warm. I don't blame him either. But apparently that's suspicious to police officers. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music]
