This guy was not having it. And he was telling these officers that they had no right to even approach this lady or even to get her ID. And you will see where these officers got very upset for the simple fact how he was standing up for this lady and he was not having it at all with these officers. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> You didn't say that. That's what you told me. This is public property. This is freedom of speech. You can't tell people to leave public property when they're practicing freedom of speech. What's wrong with you? >> Really, what's wrong with you? >> Who's Whose rights are you supposed to be guarding? >> So, if she hold that right there just like you have ID, >> she don't need an ID. Y'all are dismissed. >> You have an ID. >> She ain't going to give no damn ID. >> No, she's not. Don't wait. >> Do you have ID on you? >> I'm not giving you an ID either. >> Okay. >> I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Leave. So, actually, you are being disorderly right now. >> Okay, then you you need to arrest me for disorderly conduct. >> We're not here to do that. >> You need to arrest me for disorderly. You just set a charge, then then arrest me and get your buddy here to do it, too. She's going to stay out here and have this sign and y'all ain't going to do it. This is a guarded constitutional right. Is it worth a million dollars to arrest me and her? We're doing it together. >> So, I'm just here to ask her to move along. She ain't moving along. >> Okay. >> She ain't moving along. >> No one's moving along. She's got that sign. She sit here and first amendment to her content. You need to go read a book. >> Get the money out of here. >> It's still city property. Don't talk to her. >> I don't want that. I'm just telling you that you're going to have to move. >> She's not moving along. I'm going to stay right here with her. Unless you're going to arrest us, we're going to stay right here. I'll stay here all week. >> She's a grown woman. >> She is a grown woman. And she is definitely being bombarded by y'all's ass. >> We ain't having a >> I'm not going to let y'all violate her first amendment rights. I'm not going to do that. >> This is not nothing about you. >> I'm here with her. We're buddies, aren't we? Me and your friends. I'm going to hold this trouble. You are the trouble. Are you going to retaliate against her? >> Yelling. >> There's no yelling. I just talk loud. I want you to understand what I'm saying. >> Your body came on. >> Good. That's what we want. We want those. >> And when you got cars passing on the road, I'm pretty sure you're going to want to talk loud so you can hear them. >> It's going to look good in court. Don't speak to her at all. Don't talk to him. >> I'm a constitutional advocate who listen. >> I don't want to hear you. >> I don't want to hear you. I don't want to hear anything you say unless it's your right. You're within your rights and we're going to let you go. >> All right. Go be safe. >> She understands. She's going to get >> She's not going to give you any problems at all cuz she's right here in her spot. She's in her Who wants to be nice to you? You stopped a woman going to her mama's funeral. You're a horrible person. >> She was speeding way off the street and didn't have a driver's license. >> I'm not going to I'm not going to listen to your [ __ ] explanation. You know what you did. Don't let them [ __ ] on you. That's what they're doing. >> Y'all ain't going to do nothing. You're looking like fools right now. You're supposed to be guarding her rights. You're supposed to be guarding them. >> You're violating. Is this worth a million dollars to you? It's worth it to me. It's worth it to her. She needs a million dollars. >> And you know the good thing about that is you don't have to have that qualified immunity. Stay here. You need to stay here. >> She doesn't have to listen. >> I can tell anyone. >> She can make her own. >> Well, if she want y'all have intimidated her, you've blocked her, right? >> I think it's you. I think you're the problem. >> Oh, you think I'm the problem? Then you need to do something about it. >> What do you want to do, sugar? Um, I don't understand what what your goal is. >> You don't The goal is for her rights not to be violated by stone like you. >> It's a city ordinance. >> It's not a city ordinance that violates constitutional rights. Shut up. You're dumb. You're dumb. >> So you can be educated. >> Why don't you educate me? >> I have already told you. >> Why don't you educate me? Educate me. >> Let me tell you something. You know right now, you know I'm right. That's why you're not doing anything about it. >> Anything else? >> I don't need from you. >> If you'd like to follow a complaint, you can do so. >> Oh, don't worry. We're going to do that for sure. You violated the First Amendment right >> and that's good enough. >> I don't need anything else. We're heading out. >> What the hell would I need from you? >> I hope you have the day you deserve it. >> That's one thing for sure. Officers don't like it when you stand up for your rights. Because in the beginning, you having this guy when he was standing up for this lady's right, saying that she didn't need ID. having this officer said, "Well, you know, you're being disorderly." >> He ain't going to give no damn ID. >> No, she's not. >> Do you have ID on you? >> I'm not giving you an ID either. >> Actually, you are being disorderly right now. >> Okay, then you you need to arrest me. >> Well, you're being disorderly when you stand up for your rights, I guess. And this is crazy at first how they were trying to get her ID, but you having this officer on the side just talking to her and say, "Oh, you know, yeah, it's fine. She can just leave >> and we're going to let you go." >> All right, go be safe. >> She understands. She's going to get your phone. But unfortunately, these officers did intimidate her to get her to leave. But a good thing that she didn't have to give up that ID, though you stay here. You need to stay here. She >> She doesn't have to listen to you. >> I can tell anyone. >> Well, if she want y'all have intimidated her. You blocked her, right? >> I think it's you. I think you're the problem. >> His officer said he was being disorderly a whole bunch of times, but didn't want to arrest him for it, though. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about the Dixon Police Department. trying to get this lady's ID and violate her rights, but you having this guy right here standing up for her and these officers weren't like that. You having this first officer say, "Oh, you are being disorderly. Can I get your ID?" She knew she was about to get that. Like, I don't even know why she was even trying. But it just goes to show, man, like officers really don't like that. When you stand up for your rights or you stand up for somebody else's rights, they just look at you like you're crazy or try to say, "Oh, you know, you're the problem. Oh, no. You know, you're being disorderly." And this is a prime example of that. This lady wasn't doing anything wrong. He was trying to tell these officers what it was, but unfortunately they end up intimidating her into getting her to leave. At least she didn't have to give up that ID. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] >> [music]
