Just because you're having a power trip because I I told you I don't answer your question, then you know it is what it is. >> He's getting mad again. Look, they're saying if I walk down this road and they don't know me, then they can stop, demand my ID, and frisk me. Yeah, y'all are wasting your time. And the taxpayers money, >> man. All I asked you was your name. I didn't recognize you. >> He got mad just cuz I wouldn't answer his question. >> That's normal. >> He got all mad just cuz I wouldn't tell him my name. >> You never lost your temper. Are you human? Okay. >> He's working right now. You're wearing a bag. If I had broken the law, >> I never said anything. You broke a law. [music] >> If officers don't know your name, they're going to say that you're being suspicious. What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Union Police Department over there in Mississippi where you had these Union Police officers detain this guy because they said he was being suspicious. this guy was doing nothing but just minding his own business. You having these officers come up to him saying that they got to call, they need to get his ID and that they need to frisk him. You having this guy letting these officers know that he ain't doing nothing wrong. He's minding his own business, but yet you having them saying, "Well, we need your ID because we don't know who you are." And just because these officers don't know who he is, they want to get his name. And you will see also he calls this officer out and said that he's being on a power trip. And this officer gets so upset that his ego got shattered that he had to run down to his car and go run his place and get his name. And it just goes to show, man, when these officers be feing, they get very much upset when you call them out for it. I'mma watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Derry versus Ohio. This cop saying they can stop and frisk you in Union, Mississippi without reason. >> If you're just suspicious, they're saying if I walk down this road and they don't know me, then they can stop, demand my ID, and frisk me. That's what these two cops are just saying right here in Union, Mississippi. If you get a call for complaint, >> so suspicious activity is what you're saying is a lawful reason to ask for my ID and stop and frisk me >> just cuz you don't. >> Yeah, you are wasting your time and the taxpayers money. >> Man, all I asked you was your name. I didn't recognize you. I ain't seen you in I don't even know. >> I know. And see, that's the thing. This guy here, >> I don't know him from Joe Blow. I don't care that he lives here. You should see my house. looks way nicer than his. >> Well, I hope. >> Okay. I have no reason. I wasn't messing with this guy. >> Comes to wherever you live and is suspicially suspicious. >> Hey, I'll walk out and talk to you like, "What's up, man?" You know, that's the way to handle stuff. >> Some people don't, >> man. You're on it lying to me. So, >> well, we'll see what everybody else says about that. >> When uh when there's suspicious activity around my house, >> what was suspicious? Just being here? I've been on Look, I've been here several times. This ain't the first time. >> I'm sorry that I didn't see that. Enjoy your life, dude. >> Enjoy yours. You You like You like working for the Union PD? >> I like working. >> Is this how you treat citizens? >> I don't treat you. >> Well, you lied to me. He He got mad just cuz I wouldn't answer his question. That's normal. >> I didn't lie to you, dude. >> Well, don't say. >> You said you can stop and frisk anybody for any reason. >> Read Terry Frisk. >> Well, I understand what a Terry Frisk is, but it's not legal. >> No, it's the US Constitution. The Supreme Court said it was. >> Okay. Well, let's see it. I would love to be educated on >> Listen, dude. I'm not here to fight and fuss with you. Okay. >> I just I feel like, you know, >> I don't want you to go away from here thinking cops are bad. Okay. >> In other words, next time we see you, you're going to lick our boots and bow down to us and not tell us no. >> But I don't want you to go away from here thinking cops are bad. Okay. >> Well, that's that's what I'm thinking. He got all mad just cuz I tell them my name. >> You ever get mad? >> Not for somebody not telling me their name. >> You never lost your temper. Are you human? Okay, dude. Just chill. Okay. >> But you know, here's the difference. Y'all are working right now. He's working right now. You're wearing a badge. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, just because All right. If I had broken the law >> or if I was suspected of breaking the law. >> I say you broke the law. >> You said you was suspected me >> of not breaking a law. >> Of not breaking a law. >> I never said anything. You broke a law. >> So, why would I have to provide my ID? >> Because I've got a complaint from a person. >> Does it's not a lawful command. And you said it was it's not >> when a when an officer if you have reasonable suspicion that's which is reasonable suspicion. >> So if so if I if I call y'all and say this guy right here is you going to stop him. >> Do you know him? >> I will question him. >> But you didn't see me do anything unlawful. I was walking right here. >> Nobody said you you did anything. Somebody calls dispatch and they give us a call. >> Okay. I understand that. >> We have to go find out what's going on. We don't know you from anybody else. We don't know him from anybody else. >> Right. But he's gone. I didn't ask. Did y'all get his ID? Did you get his ID? >> I know his name. He's Nicholls. His name's Nichols. >> Nice. >> Okay. >> He called from his house and said there's a an SUV parked in front of my house. He won't leave. I don't know him. That's what he said. >> Okay. >> And I'm sure you probably said this is a public street. blah blah blah. >> That's exactly what I told her cuz I was Hey, I was No, look look look. >> Why is that funny though? I was I was driving and when I got to almost right right little past that tree, I stopped in the road. I wasn't on grass or nothing. >> I believe. >> And it's because look, he was parked right in the center of this road. There was no way for me to go around. So, what am I to do? >> What am I to do? >> I don't know. I just like how I can't get around. >> That's what I told him. >> Okay. And and that's fine. But he didn't tell us any of that. >> I know he didn't. And that's the thing. And y'all didn't ask for his ID. You didn't ask for nothing. And you you jumped out of the truck >> and said, "Hey." >> And started following me and threatened to arrest me. You threatened to arrest me. >> I stopped you right there. I didn't even stop you. I had my window down and said, "Hey." >> Yeah, you did. >> Because you were walking in people's yards, walking off. >> No, I wasn't walking. Whose yard did I walk in? Right there. >> I walked on the park. I walked right here on this public easement, sir. Yeah, this right here, this is a public easement. I I stepped across. You see the sidewalk that continues? That's where I stepped. >> I got it on camera. >> So, you can't lie. The camera don't lie >> cuz there's my side, there's your side, then there's this camera right here. And it don't lie, buddy. >> But just because you're having a power trip, >> because I would I told you I don't answer your questions and I don't and I'm not. Then, you know, it is what it is. He's getting mad again. Look, this officer got so mad he's doing the I need to speak to the manager type walk. He's getting mad again. Look. >> Oh, you're going to run my tag. Okay. >> On private property running somebody's tag. That's lawful. >> You also know reporting anybody without consent. not not a public service and and you know when they're doing their duties that private citizen >> if I'm in public I can yeah I'm on a public easement right now >> nobody trying to call you >> then why is he running my office >> well I mean that's why I wanted a supervisor here which y'all refused to give me >> if you go to say hey I know >> I do know Ken I I know you very good and I don't want no problem. >> I just I want to understand why >> you get mad because somebody's like >> when I haven't done anything. You even said I haven't done anything. >> You even said yourself just a second ago on camera that I have not done anything unlawful. >> And he did say that I haven't done anything unlawful. I mean, he said that now he's running my tag just because cuz he's mad. >> I just want to know your name. >> You want to know my name? So bad. For no reason, though, cuz you just said I haven't committed any crimes. He got mad because I I failed to provide. I did a All right, man. I'm >> cross the road. >> This guy here, he's all upset. All upset. ran my tag and everything just because I wouldn't give him identification and still didn't get my name. This dude, these two right here, they're a problem. Talking about his kids and stuff, man, I had never messed with anybody's kids. This dude got all butt hurt cuz I didn't tell him my name or nothing. But it's because I didn't break any laws. Absolutely crazy, bro. Absolutely crazy. Feelings enforcers. And that's just another episode of officers not getting used to getting told no because from the beginning they had to use the excuse of well you know we don't know who you are. What type of law is that? >> If you're just suspicious they're saying if I walk down this road and they don't know me then they can stop demand my ID and fris me. Yeah you are wasting your time and the taxpayers's money. >> Man all I asked you was your name. I didn't recognize you. >> I didn't recognize you. So I have every right to waste the taxpayers's money. And then you having this officer try to do some cosplaying, trying to say, "Look, man, I just want to show you this so you don't think all cops are bad." And trying to follow up with, "Well, man, you know the reason why he got upset that you didn't give your name because he's human. We're all human." No, man. He's a tyrant. That's what he is. >> But I don't want you to go away from here thinking cops are bad. Okay. >> Well, that's that's what I'm thinking. He got all mad. >> You ever get mad? >> Not for somebody not telling me. >> Have you ever lost your temper? Are you human? Okay. >> It's not a human trait to get upset when someone doesn't tell your name. That only applies for tyrant cops. And boy, this officer got even more mad when he called him out for being on a power trip. >> But just because you're having a power trip >> because I went I told you I don't answer your question. Then you know it is what it is. >> He's getting mad again. >> Well, he got real mad when he told him that he was on a power trip, but I think he got even more matter when he said that he wasn't going to answer his questions. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about these Union Police officers for detaining this guy all because they said they didn't know his name? You having these officers first saying that he was being suspicious. And he let him know that's not a crime. Then you having them say, "Well, we don't know your name." And he was letting these officers know, man, y'all had no right to stop him. And then you having this officer get even more matter when he told him that he was being on a power trip. And then you having another officer saying, "Look, man. I'm going to show you this so you'll know that we're not all bad cops." No, bro. It's not being a bad cop. It's about being a tyrant. And then you also having this officer saying, "Well, you know, it's human. We're all human. You know, if you don't want to give your name, it's okay to get upset when you don't give your name to us. No one gets upset when you don't give somebody's name. Only Fiend and Tyrant officers. And that's in this video right here. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe. And y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music] >> [music]
