And if he's refusing to leave, we will force him to leave and he will not end up where he wants to end up. >> I'm willing to do for you. >> Okay. You can't do that either. >> I can't be in the street. >> here at this point. No, you can't hang out and loiter in the middle of the street. That's illegal. >> loitering. I'm going to sue you. >> Go ahead. >> I'm going to and you're going to get fired. >> If he doesn't leave, he's going to jail. Okay? That's what I'm >> staying on the public easement. >> He can't just be chilling in the road. He's disorderly, he's being argumentative, he's made statements that he intends to >> be argumentative? >> When he's being disorderly and we're doing it right now. >> That's freedom of >> Okay, no, that's not what freedom of speech means even remotely. Not even close. Hey now, that's not what freedom of speech means, okay? >> that just >> That's not what freedom of speech means. Here's the Are you voluntarily leaving this property and this street or we taking you to jail? >> tell me where I am on the street. >> He is in public. >> I would like to request a supervisor. >> You have the senior officer on on the road tonight right here. >> I would like your supervisor. >> Yeah, well, that's not an option right now. >> What? >> I'm putting you in jail for disorderly. >> Okay. >> You're going to lose your [ __ ] ass. >> Okay, you're not the first person to say it, you won't be the last. >> We got money for a lawyer. >> [music] [music] >> What's good YouTube? It's BB Gang back in with another video and another reaction. In today's video it's from the Richfield Township Police Department over there in Michigan where you had this Richfield Police Officer Officer Wyman and also this Deputy of the Roscommon Sheriff's County Office Officer English responded to this call about these people getting kicked out of their place. But thing about it is while they were getting their stuff out, you having this guy that was on the road and he was like talking back and forth with these officers and they were telling him that he needs to leave the property. But the thing was he wasn't on the property, he was on the street. You having these officers egos getting in the way, they say you can't be on the street either. And you will see that they ended up arresting this guy all because that he was being on the street. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video. >> There was there was an issue with you all. Apparently, huh? >> Yeah, they were they called her and both of her kids' numbers trying to verify stuff. It sounded they had an issue maybe with the card or something, but we waited to hear for like 40 minutes waiting on the U-Haul situation that like before I said I'd come out here like, "Yeah, the U-Haul, they have it lined up. We're ready to go. This isn't going to be like a 3-hour thing. I have it all registered and done online. I just have to go pick it up." >> So, I don't Wait, what was the issue with the U-Haul? There's no problem with that. It is what it is. >> I'm in trouble that someone Everyone keeps And every time I get over there, I come back down and something happens and I go back up, so And I was a little hesitant about leaving and leaving the two of them here alone anyways. >> Yeah. >> So, I decided this is no longer a suitable living environment. It's Sunday, so >> I have to have her take me to the Louis to pee real quick. >> Yeah, I wouldn't recommend that. >> We'll be right back. >> Goodnight. I'll be back to talk to Amanda real quick. >> I got to She needs to talk to you real quick. I don't know cuz my stuff's here. Yeah. And that my stuff's here. So, I'm not leaving my stuff here. Babe, I'm not leaving my stuff here. Let's go pee. I'm going to pee. I need to go. They're not going to let me go in the bathroom in there. >> Okay. >> Just run to Louis. >> You guys come with us. Okay. He can't stay here. They can't. We've got critical calls happening right now that we're tied up here because these two can't behave like adults. >> Oh, I can't be on the >> the two of them alone and I don't care who starts it. I don't care who starts it. I don't want them getting into a fight or anything. >> that our stuff is not >> I'll stand out here in the driveway. >> No, I'm explaining to you where we are right now. You have moved out. Your stuff is on the driveway. You have the ability to get your stuff up the driveway. We're being real reasonable with you about that and no one's trying to tell you you can't get your stuff up. What I'm telling you is that while you're doing it he can't stay here. So, there's two options. One is we're trying to work with you. >> We're trying to work with you. No, you can't stand anywhere near the property. >> I won't be on the property. >> Okay, he's on the easement. I understand what you're saying. He's on the easement. >> Here's where I'm at. At this point >> to fit where he Get little stuff in it. >> he has made it very clear that he intends to cause a problem as much as he >> No, I want to get my stuff. >> He does not He's not He's already done that and it's on camera. >> Okay, great. >> Okay, so we're trying to negate a further problem. Just explain. >> I don't want him to get in trouble and go to jail. I don't want him to get in trouble and go to jail. I don't want you to get in trouble and go to jail. I'm trying to find a peaceable solution for everyone to get this done. Okay, I've been trying to work with you. We've already been here for a long time. I'm trying to be patient. I'm trying to help you get your stuff. >> Brandy, small stuff. >> Okay, so what I'm telling you right now is we have very good legal standing to say he cannot stay here. >> Boxes. >> Okay. And if he's refusing to leave, we will force him to leave and he will not end up where he wants to end up tonight. So, what I am willing to do for you what I'm willing to do to try and make this cuz you can't do that either. So, what I am willing to do >> be in the street. >> at this point. No, you can't hang out and loiter in the middle of the street. That's illegal too. >> loitering. >> You are. >> Ego so bad she's willing to arrest him for being on a public street. >> at this point. No, you can't hang out and loiter in the middle of the street. That's illegal too. >> loitering. >> You are. >> I'm walking. >> Nope, you're not. >> Yes, I am. >> So, here's where we're at. Okay, we have very good legal backing for that, but I'm trying to that, okay? >> Go ahead. >> I'm trying to avoid a peaceful solution. >> been Oh my god, I'm professional since you guys. >> I know he's against me right now, whatever. If Deputy English is willing to give him right over the storage unit and we're able to get him a chair that he can sit in at the If he wants to sit there and wait while you're getting your stuff, that's fine, okay? We would like to avoid this escalating any more. We just want to be peaceful and want to get it done, okay? But I can't leave the two of them unattended and we also have other calls holding for us and we can't sit here. We're about to get pulled off. So, we're ready. You're leaving one way or the other. There's a nice way to do it. >> So, are you saying that if he doesn't get up >> If he doesn't leave, he's going to jail, okay? That's >> No, but I'm saying on the public easement >> He can't just be chilling in the road. Also, he has made it very clear at this point that he is refusing, and this is the statute is if we can the the behavior is clearly going to continue, okay? He has made that very clear the entire time I've been here, okay? >> No, I have not been behaving. >> Right now, he's being extremely disorderly. Disorderly, he's being argumentative, he's made statements that >> Really being argumentative? >> At this point, he's At this point, he's being disorderly and he is considered I am considering the two of them a threat to each other, but right now but right now, he has agreed to stay in his house and he has continued to do that. He has continued >> In what way has he been disorderly? >> We're doing it right now. >> This is not disorderly. >> That's freedom of Okay, don't get us wrong. That's not what freedom of speech means even remotely, not even close, okay? What I'm telling you >> this whole time. >> What I'm telling you is we can sit here and argue this, but I'm not going to do it for much longer, and the bottom line is we are very clear legally on where we stand. We are very confident in our legal backing here. We are well trained in this. We know our jobs. We go through this all the time. You're not the first person to think you know more about our jobs than we do. That's fine. I have tried to work with you. I've tried to keep this calm. I've tried to get you your help. I've I've offered you multiple solutions. I just offered you a peaceful solution. >> alone about it. >> Who has the key? >> Either he's going to voluntarily leave within the next 5 >> Well, that's where we're going to get the key back first. >> but listen, I said I wouldn't stop but you I don't have the key, so it not a matter. >> you also made a statement, did you not, that you were going to keep the key? >> I could. >> Okay, so you could because you've already willingly moved out of the house. Right, that is not your residence anymore. >> But I can't do anything with a key that I don't have. >> Okay, well, we are getting the key back right now. >> That's fine. >> We are not going to just continue doing this right >> Okay, I have another question though. If you arrest him, what would be the charges? >> At this point, it's going to be for disorderly conduct or trespassing. >> Disorderly conduct, they love running to disorderly conduct. >> Disorderly conduct or trespassing. >> But what is he doing that's disorderly? >> He's talking. It's not >> No, he's not. >> He is. >> He's not speaking. >> Okay, again, I'm not going to go round and round and round >> No, I'm asking for an explanation. >> And I have given you an explanation. >> We're in over and over >> It is on camera. >> It is on my camera. It is on his camera. >> It is on his camera. It's on his camera. >> He has recorded. That's fine. He has his own recording of his bad behavior. >> You can pull your our camera. >> She said that she'll charge you with disorderly conduct. >> So, what then? >> Because you're you're talking. >> Oh, so talking. >> Okay, here's the bottom line. I need an answer. I need an answer right now. I need an answer right now. That's not what freedom of speech means, okay? That's not what freedom of speech means. Here's the answer that I need right now. Are you voluntarily leaving this property and this street or are we taking you to jail? >> You don't tell me where I am on the street. >> He is in public. I would like to request a supervisor. >> You have the senior officer on on the road tonight right here. >> I would like your supervisor. >> Yeah, well, that's not an option right now. >> Oh, yeah, then it's call 911, babe. Call 911. Right now. 514, could you please respond to our location with some expediency? I think he's Do we got a B&E going on right now and we're dealing with this. Disregard, we'll be all set. I'm done. >> I'm done. >> What? >> I'm going to put this engine back. >> Okay. >> I'm done with this entire situation. >> That's fine. You are going to lose your [ __ ] job. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> You're not the first person to say it, you won't be the last. >> Yeah, you what that I was looking at you, so it was what? I was trying to what? Yeah. Look at that. Charges will get dropped cuz I didn't do anything. I walked away like you asked me to. And I'm And then walking away right now. >> anything on your person I need to know about? Any weapons, anything that's going to stick poke or hurt us? >> pockets are empty. No, no, no. >> Okay, where's your ID at? >> It's in my wallet right here in my left pocket. >> Central 606 10 1 in custody. Do you need to advise that? Okay, anything in your other pockets? >> No. >> No weapons on you? >> No. It's funny how you're getting me for leaving. You told me to leave and I was leaving. >> Have one in custody. Okay, let's go get you in the car and then we'll get everything else sorted out. You were You were hot trotting all over here a minute ago. >> What? You don't know about my disability. Shut up. >> here? >> Yeah, and I'm walking right now, so you can kiss my ass. How about that? Kiss my ass. >> Passenger's getting out. >> What's that? >> Well, someone else needs to come. >> It's fine. We got money for So, what was it when I left the property? What was I doing? What What was it? It's when I left. >> Give me this. You don't get this anymore. Have a seat. >> I have my phone. >> Yep. Go ahead and have a seat. >> Yep. >> You want a seat, Bubba? >> Yes, please. >> Where you going to sit, Bubba? >> Yep. Call my girlfriend TH right now. >> Was that TH when I dispatched you in Saginaw? >> No. >> Okay. >> I believe it was down in Denton. What? Like this Perfect example. Right? We have them priority calls and you still didn't even know what was coming out, but >> Well, >> like >> whole point was that I was going to have to leave and I told them that if there was priority calls, but now we're at a point where we couldn't um What do you want to do about his >> We can take it up to the jail and let them know. >> He does not have insulin pen. I mean, uh needle ball. He only has the extra >> So, they have a jail nurse. She won't be in for the morning, but I will let them know that we have his insulin, that he needs insulin. The jail nurse has those supplies. They'll be able to talk to her and get that taken care of. >> Okay, he will need it tonight. >> Okay, I will let them know and they can call the jail nurse. >> Um Will you ask him if he wants Will he bring his medicine bag? Does he have all his medicine with him? >> Uh I think >> Can you ask him if he brought his the rest of his medication? >> I think >> You cannot ask him right now. >> No, I'm uh I know he has a >> Always got to remember to mute that body camera. One minute I'll get you out of here. >> What's that? >> You want me to leave? >> Oh, you're good. I got all night. >> Okay, so here's the deal. Okay, so they're going to stay in there and if they come out and give you a problem, please call 911 and we'll send another officer back cuz they don't need to be bothering you, you don't need to bother them. We just want everyone to get the done what they need to get done and get on with their night like we've been trying to all time, okay? So, that being said, if they come out here and bother you, call 911 and they'll be in trouble. If you try and go back in the house, they're going to call 911 and you'll be in trouble, okay? So, everyone we just want to keep everything kosher and not have any more issues than we already have, okay? >> Sure. >> So, there >> Peace. Arraignment, will it be in person or will it be virtual? Like will he go to Roscommon or will he stay >> Right now he's going to the Roscommon County Jail. So, he's going to go get booked in at the Roscommon County Jail. Once he's booked in, he can make phone calls and whatever he wants to do, he can call you. In the morning he'll be arraigned by a magistrate, they'll set a bond at the courthouse in Roscommon in person. He's going to do everything in Roscommon. >> Okay. >> That's I just wasn't sure. >> Yep, everything happens up in Roscommon. So, we're going to take him up to the jail, get him booked in, he can give you a call from up there once he's up there. >> Great. >> So. >> So, can I have a number also for this whole thing? Like a >> Report number? >> Yeah, a report number cuz I'm going to need to give me a one minute I'll get you a report number. Cuz I'm going to need to FOIA request your stuff and I'm sure that my lawyer will need it. >> Your lawyer gets it in discovery. You don't even have to FOIA. >> Got everything off the hood? What you say? >> To arrest somebody while they were just talking on the street is just crazy. Her ego was so bad that she was going to arrest him no matter what. >> We will force him to leave and he will not end up where he wants to end up tonight. So, we're going to force you. >> middle of the street. >> What I'm willing to do to try and make this cuz you can't do that either. >> Yeah. >> So, what I am willing to do >> be in the street. >> here at this point. No, you can't hang out and loiter in the middle of the street. >> I don't care if you're walking, you're loitering cuz that's the only charge I can give you to take you to jail. But, apparently him using freedom of speech is where this officer drew the line. >> I need an answer. I need an answer. >> In USA? >> I need an answer right now. That's not what freedom of speech means, okay? That's not what freedom of speech means. Here's the answer that I need right now. You voluntarily leaving this property and this street or are we taking you to jail? >> You don't tell me where I am on the street. What? >> I'm not putting you in jail right now. >> That's that, you're not going to disrespect my authority, walk. And for some reason when they ask for a supervisor, she wants to get butt hurt and say, "Well, you got a senior officer here." That's not what they asked for. >> like to request a supervisor. >> You have the senior officer on on the road tonight? Right here. >> I would like your supervisor. >> Yeah, well, that's not an option right now. >> It's not an option, but putting the black gloves is. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comments section. How do you feel about this Richfield police officer and this Ross County Sheriff officer for coming to the scene over here complaining about it saying, "Man, we got other calls we need to go to." But, you're over here choosing to arrest this guy when he's on a public street and you're upset because he was using his free speech and you having this officer just getting her feelings literally for no reason. They asked for a supervisor, she wants to say, "Oh, you have the senior officer right here." And then when he was on the street, he said, "I'm going to show you can't do anything." Oh, well, no, that's a loitering. This officer clearly has some power trip issues and she definitely doesn't like it when you tell her no. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comments section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] >> Mhm. Mhm. >> [music] >> Mhm.
