So can I record? Yeah, apparently he's her other half. Okay, so you guys stay 25 ft back and do not interfere. >> ft Hey, you're not going to stand like that with your hand in your pocket. Get your hand out of your pocket. Thank you. >> Yeah, I'll empty my pocket. Literally nothing. Empty pocket. You got your ID on you? >> We're not going to stop and stay out of the way. >> matter. Guess what? You guess what? You're going to jail. I asked you for your ID so I could write you a citation for littering. >> I emptied my pocket to show you that >> this. We're not playing this. >> So if you set something on the ground, it's littering. >> I emptied >> start pulling trash out of your pockets. I asked you for your ID. My headphones are not >> I asked you We're here. You're a loser. What? No, I had probable cause actually. >> No, you didn't. I threw my headphones on the ground, but apparently that's littering. >> [music] [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Citrus County Sheriff's Office over there in Florida where you had this Citrus County Sheriff Deputy arrest this guy for emptying out his pockets to say that he was littering. This guy was recording his better half dealing with the DUI investigation with these sheriff officers, and that's where you will see this sheriff deputy Deputy Brandon Brock approach this guy and told him that he had to be 25 ft away and then just started giving him a whole bunch other directives. And then as soon as this guy puts his hand in his pocket, you have in this deputy telling him to take his hand out of his pocket. So he decides to empty his pocket, and that's when this officer wants to say, "Oh, you know what? You're littering. Give me your ID." And this guy was trying to tell this officer all he was doing was just emptying his pockets, and the only thing that was in his pockets was his headphones. So clearly his headphones are not going to be trash, but that didn't matter to this officer because as soon as this guy hurt this officer's feelings, he didn't care about anything else because either way he was going to take him to jail. I'mma watch you give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. So can I record? Yeah, apparently he's her other half. I don't know. I guess he wasn't he wasn't leaning on a car or anything, but I guess he was giving he kept just interjecting with the lady. While Tim was trying to speak with her, so. Oh, okay. Good to see you. We're going to try to make it quick and I'm trying to get a little busy. All right. Do you take any of these prescription medications? All right. You keep Listen. You keep causing her to You keep causing her to talk to you, right? So, listen. Listen. Listen, let me let me explain something to you, okay? There's something called the Halo law. Are you clear of that, right? Are you clear of that? >> Elaborate. >> Okay, so you got to stay 25 ft back and not interfere and not not interfere with us. Am I allowed to express myself? Do I not have a first amendment right? Listen to me real closely. Is the Halo Listen to me. Listen to me. I'm asking you. Because you're interrupting with the investigation. Okay, every time >> is going to explain to you, but you won't just shut up and listen. I'm literally willing to shut up and listen. I'm asking a question. Does the Halo dot whatever this Halo thing is, does it trump my first amendment right to speak in public freely? >> Okay, so listen to me. >> Does it trump my first amendment right? >> that's the first part of it. That's the first that's the first law, okay? The second one is also called I'm waiting for it. Is that does it trump my first amendment right to speak in public? >> okay? Every time cuz from what I'm my understanding is that you keep interjecting, okay? And that's what's going on. But here's my here's Listen to me. Listen, can you let me talk for 2 seconds? >> you talk. >> Okay, I don't need to let you talk. You can just talk. All right, we're done. Next next next time you cause her attention to come off that deputy to you, you're are to have a good you're to jail. Okay? Am I being clear? Fair enough. Perfect. >> So, I have no First Amendment rights. You are interrupting with the investigation. So, when I talk to the >> interrupting with the investigation. >> talk to the moon You are interrupting with the investigation. >> the moon Okay, whatever. We're done with you. Hello, moon. Good. Oh. I don't please don't. He's interrupting my He's drawing her attention away. I can't be doing the investigation with you talking to the >> you guys. Please >> Is this an accident? No, no, no. Is this a traffic stop? Yeah. Oh. Hey, you can go ahead and get back in the vehicle. I'm in Okay, you're going to go to jail. Get back in the vehicle. You're going to go to jail. Okay, cuz you're going to learn real quick about case law. Get back in the vehicle. >> you. >> Get back in It doesn't matter. So, you're giving me an order. What is the justification >> Because this is a traffic Hey, Kim. First you said 25 feet. No, cuz things are about to change. This is a traffic stop, correct? But, that's the part We're still on a traffic stop. >> Okay. Are we on a traffic Are the laws changing? >> in the vehicle. What is your justification to have me get back in the vehicle? I'm not doing anything. Are we on a 10-50? I'll happily leave if I legally have to. If I legally have to, I'll leave. Is this a traffic 22. Okay, so you're good. This is not a traffic stop. Okay? But, you have got to stop. Stop what? >> Okay. [screaming] Interjecting. >> I did. You have got to stop interjecting. >> I did. >> And this is what I mean by this officer is trying everything he could to throw this guy in jail. Okay, so stop. Because every time you come over here and you run your mouth, okay, he's trying to conduct his investigation. You're taking her attention off of what he's doing. Okay? Are we clear? I understand, but I'm talking to the moon. Okay, and she's told you to stop, too. Okay, well, I >> So, stop. Just stop. Just stop. >> Ridiculous. No, it's no it's no trip. That The thing is you're not understanding. We are trying to conclude our investigation, okay? And if nothing's going on, you guys are free to go, okay? But, once we're done >> All I did >> So, stop. Tell her things were awesome. I'm allowed to tell her that. That's not okay with the judge. So, he's going to talk himself And I wasn't disputing anything. He's definitely going to break. Yeah. Were you driving? I've never heard him drunk, and he was driving. Cuz she got pulled over in the Well, I got caught up in the moving and all that good stuff. And then, I thought I'd stay the night, and then, next thing I know, I'm going Was there an agency agreement for here? No. No. No. I thought the auto policy was good. I thought we were on a traffic stop. You're illogical, like spinal cord problems. No, it's fine. I understand. Sciatica. I'm being out of line or being disrespectful. >> sciatica problems. He's going to keep causing her attention while we're talking. ankles, everything hurts. I Who is that? What condition is that? Um I don't know, but I got in a very bad car wreck, and it wasn't my fault. It was the car So, I'm going to search you. Mhm. You got home? They didn't take me for a drive. All right, let me see your Yes, I am. All right, so, what I want you to do is stand up. I was driving. For this next task He said I never said that. I'm going to go through three steps. One, two, three, and so forth and so on. You're going to count out loud each step. Okay? 1 2 3 4 Correct. As you make your steps, you're going to count out loud. You will touch heel to toe. Okay? What's she doing? She's not going heel to toe. I'm sure I'm like 13 by now. I haven't even counted that. She's not even counting that long. And she didn't do a series of smooth. I don't know. Checking her eyes, she had like a smooth pursuit. I couldn't tell if it was shaking at maximum deviation or not though. All right. So, I'm placing you under arrest Well, first of all, okay, let me talk to you. Your hands come behind your back. You're being placed under arrest for DUI. Well, can I ask you Don't Don't do that. Don't do that. >> do that. >> get slammed. There's no first of all. I'm I'm asking you nicely. I've done everything nicely. You're being placed in the car. Please, I'm asking you nicely. I I've done everything nicely. Can I have one second? No, you may not. >> Put your feet in the car or they'll get slammed in the door. >> you. I'm asking >> No. I was just asking if he could drive the car home, I guess. As long as he's not impaired. I have reason to believe he's possibly impaired. I I I agree in that matter. Uh So. I'm placing you under arrest for DUI in this vehicle. Hey, you're not going to stand like that with your hand in your pocket. Get your hand out of your pocket. Thank you. Okay. Huh? What's wrong over here? It's called doing my job, bud. What the Yep. Would it help you here if I empty my pockets? No, stop. Just stop. Just Just stop. Good. Good. There you go. You scared? You scared of this? Literally nothing. Empty pockets. Actually, um you got your ID on you? I don't. Okay. What's your name? I don't give it to you because I'm >> Okay, you're going to go to jail. I'm not going to jail. >> What's your What's your name? We're not in a stop and state ID. >> matter? It does. I'm not No. >> what? You just what You're going to jail. You refused ID yourself, you're going to jail. I'll put handcuffs on this man. >> and put them on. I asked you for your ID so I could write you a citation for littering. Littering? Yep. >> I emptied my pocket to show I had >> We're not playing this. No, you're playing a game. Are you kidding me? Yep. I emptied my pocket to show you I had nothing of threat to you. You're going to say I'm littering. >> Yep. So, I just want to get this correct. >> Double lock the cuffs. My You told me to take your hands out of your pockets, so >> And I empty I literally pulled my No, I pulled my hand out of my pocket. Stop being a [ __ ] idiot. So, you pulled your I literally showed him that I had nothing in my pocket. >> All of this just came out of your pocket. >> you. >> That trash right there, that right there, that right there. I just watched them out of your pocket. Wow. >> Yep. Wow. You must be bored. >> Wow. You must be bored. >> Yep. You're right. >> When you hurt a officer's feelings, emptying your pockets will be illegal. You're right. Thank you. >> I know. >> Thank you. Go ahead and walk him over there. I'll go to jail. Yep. Sure will. I'm going to talk to my I'm not even involved. What was your justification? Because you littered and I asked you for your name and then you said you didn't want to provide it to me. I did not litter. >> Okay. Well, we're not playing this game. I'm allowed to put something on the ground. No. >> Am I not allowed to >> All that's coming out of your pockets. So, if you set something on the ground, it's littering. That is not how this is supposed to work. Yep. No, it's ridiculous how you acted. >> supervisor. >> Well, he's right there if you want to talk to him. What is that? Am I not allowed to set something on the ground? Did I walk away from the thing I set on the ground? You're going hear from the lawyers. I said no, I've had enough. >> Oh my god. I've been waiting >> You're intoxicated. Okay? I've been waiting for you. >> You're intoxicated. What? You're intoxicated. You're right. Yep, and you're acting crazy. Who says I'm intoxicated? Oh yeah, it's outrageous. It's ridiculous. This is crazy. No, you're ridiculous. No, I'm not ridiculous. I was practicing my first and then I went right. >> I told you to take your hand out of your pocket and then you go and put your other hand in your pocket. I empty >> you start pulling trash out of your pockets. I asked you for your ID. >> My headphones are not trash. >> There was trash came out of your pocket and I asked you for your ID cuz I'm going to write you a citation for littering. Did I walk around? Did I walk around like >> Doesn't matter. Am I not allowed to set Am I not allowed Am I not allowed to set Am I not allowed to set something on the ground? >> doing this. It's illegal to set something on the ground? You weren't setting anything on the ground. >> to set something on the ground? Place your trust against the car. Spread your feet. It's illegal to set Spread your feet. Good luck. Spread your feet, man. Sure. There you go. It's illegal to set something on the ground? >> doing this with you. I'm You will be when we go to court. Okay. See how that qualified immunity works for you. >> Okay. I did nothing illegal. Nothing illegal. Which is why I'm so confident right now. You're confident cuz you're intoxicated. >> No, I'm not intoxicated at all. You're just being Sure. You know you are. Ridiculous. Whatever. Who was I with the wife? You want to give me your name now? Nope. Okay, well then you're going to be booked under John Doe, I guess. >> Look at them. That is my license number. I'm so drunk like you're accusing me of that I don't even know my own driver's license I'm not allowed to set something on the ground. >> No, you had trash come out of your pocket. Bro. Did I walk away from it? >> Yeah, pin. Did I walk away Did I walk away from it? Doesn't matter. It does matter. I'm not allowed to set something on the ground. >> going to write you a citation, but I was going to write you a citation then you refused to identify yourself. I did not. >> a favor and give me that license number again. >> a reticulable articulable reasonable suspicion of a crime. Do me a favor and give me that license >> No, it was actually an infraction. No, it's not. I did not litter. What was that license number, man? [ __ ] you're being ridiculous. Thank you. I know and I'm coming for you. Okay. I'm not allowed to set something out of my pocket on the ground and not walk away from >> Hey, Mr. Daniel, what's that date of birth? Good to know we live in America. Yep. Communist. What's that name again, man? Huh? You heard me. Free speech. Lib. Lib? >> A libtard. >> Okay. Something else, bro. You set your AirPods on the ground. That's littering. >> trash came out of your pocket. >> to Oh my god. Just stay with him for a second. Let me go if you want to run him on teletype. As soon as 10 pulls out, just pull in behind us. We're going to wait on the 1070. I got that sheet. Yeah, I got to give it to her. What what's he littering or something? >> Okay. >> And then he refused to ID himself. >> Oh, 10-4. All right, good deal. Such a doll, ain't he? You got handcuffs, too? Yeah. We're here. You're freezing. What? I'll say what you know exactly what That's the guy I don't play. You know what? We got to wait until they send a booking You know exactly what. What? Put the camera on here. You have to learn to watch your watch your camera. It is on. Just, you know, if you knew everything like you think you did then >> know everything. I don't even pretend to know everything. But apparently throwing my headphones on the ground You can tell me that I raised my articulous suspicion. It's what? No, I had probable cause actually. >> No, you didn't. I threw my headphones on the ground. That was it. Okay. But apparently that's littering. You probably shouldn't call them retards. I didn't call them retards. I'm calling you. Not them, you. Yeah, let's go. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. How do you feel about this Citrus County Sheriff Deputy for arresting this guy for empty in his pockets? Even from the beginning this officer was being very aggressive to this guy. >> Are you clear of that? >> of training. Okay, so you got to stay 25 ft back and not interfere not not interfere with us. >> He just got to remind this guy that he has a bigger ego. Then you have in this officer being confused if this is a traffic stop or this is a crash. As soon as he got word, hey, you know what, this is a traffic stop, you need to get in your car you going to go to jail. >> No, no, no. Is this a traffic stop? Oh, hey, you can go ahead and get back in the vehicle. Okay, you're going to go to jail. Get back in the vehicle, you're going to go to jail. Okay, so you're good. Cuz it's not a traffic stop. Okay. But nothing's more dangerous than an officer that doesn't know what he's doing. But the way how this deputy was acting when he was taking this guy to jail, the way how he was just laughing and smiling very much pissed me off. >> We're here. You're a loser. What? What? You know exactly what. What? And the way that this deputy was treating this guy and laughing and just having a joyful time that he was going to jail is kind of the reason why he got suspended. But let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about this vicious deputy, Deputy Brown, for arresting this guy for emptying his pockets out? You having this guy that was not doing anything wrong and this deputy is telling him not to put his hand in his pocket. He's showing these deputies that there's nothing You having them have a problem with that. Wanting to say, "Uh, you know what? Uh, give me your ID, man." Uh, yeah, "You're littering." And then when this guy wasn't giving up his ID, this officer wants to take him to jail and then laugh at him in the process. Wants to say, "We're here." And then when this guy was giving him the death stare, this deputy just wants to laugh even more. This is the main reason why he got suspended. The way how he treats the public, you can't have a deputy acting like that. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure you like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
