Man, I swear when officer pulls somebody over for this, you automatically know that they're just bored and they're just trying to pull you over for something. Because no officer who wants to handle some real stuff going on is going to be like, "Hmm, this person didn't pull over 100 ft away." And you having this officer just be on a power trip for no reason. And this guy was calling him out about it. I'mma watch it and get my reaction. I'm not trying to be difficult with you. >> Yeah, but you've got me pissed off because you have no reason to [ __ ] with me. >> That's your problem. >> Exactly. You've made it my problem. >> Can you stop moving your hand down? >> What what do you think? I'm in a pair of shorts, dude. >> What does that have to do with anything? >> Exactly. >> Is your driver's license okay? >> Yes, it's okay. >> Or expired? >> No. Look at the mother >> I'm just trying to figure out what it is that's got you so upset. >> You You pulled me over for no reason. >> I told you the reason I pulled you over. >> Come on, dude. That's a bogus ass excuse, man. >> of the vehicle code. >> Because I don't like people like you either on power trips. No, but you know how to bend them and break them. >> How am I breaking it? >> Listen, dude. >> Because I pulled you over >> me over for using my blinker. Obviously, I didn't do nothing wrong. So, you were sitting there watching me for some reason and then all of the sudden you get behind me and follow me. Now you call all these people here for what? >> Okay. So, do you have proof of insurance with you in the car or not? >> Listen, dude. I already just told you. >> Yeah, and I and I'm asking you again. >> You can run my name. It'll tell you that I have insurance. >> Now, just me personally, when I get pulled over and I already know that the cop is on some BS, I just give him my license and insurance and I just don't say nothing else because at that point, especially getting pulled over something petty like this, I'm not going to give him the time of day. >> have proof of insurance with you in the car or not? >> Listen, dude. I already just told you. >> Yeah, and I and I'm asking you again. >> You can run my name. It'll tell you that I have insurance. >> Well, it's not attached to your name, right? >> Well, >> Do you still live in San Diego, sir? >> Staying up here while I'm working. >> Okay. So, you have a new address, is that correct? >> I mean, kind of sort of not really, but I'm just working up here right now, so just kind of staying in my car. >> Okay. All right. Understandable. How long have you been staying in the area? >> I don't know. Like 6 months. >> Okay. Okay. Mr. Marsh, is that correct? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Let me ask you this and I'm not trying to upset you. Okay? Are you on probation or parole currently? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. Look, man, it doesn't have to go like this, right? I didn't yell at you. I understand you're upset. I understand it's a small violation in your eyes. >> You were parked in a parking spot and you popped a U-turn after I was disappeared, whatever you were doing. I didn't even know what for sure. It was just all kind of funny that you all of a sudden is behind me for no reason and then you want to pull me over with some bogus excuses when you know I was using my blinker. Come on, man. This is not my first rodeo. You can say all the excuses you want, but at the end of the day, we both know what it is. >> Yeah, at the end of the day you violated the vehicle. >> No [ __ ] I used my blinker. No. >> No? Okay. I'm going to have him hop out. Hey, man, do me a favor. I'm going to have you step out with my partner, okay? >> For what? >> Cuz I'm telling you to step out of the car. You can either do that on your own or we will assist you. Okay? >> I bet you will. You got >> Hop out, dude. Sit tight, dude. Put your phone down. Put your >> No, I'm not putting my phone down. I'm recording you guys. What's your badge number? For what? >> Cuz we're having you step out. I want you to have anything in your hands or sit down right there, dude. >> Come on. >> Go ahead and step out. Keep your hands where we can see them. >> You see my hands, man. So, you don't need to be putting me in cuffs. I haven't done nothing. >> We're not putting you in cuffs. We're just bringing you back, okay? >> You want to make a video? You guys are pieces of [ __ ] man. >> Go ahead and have a seat right here, man. >> So, why are you grabbing me like this? >> I'll see. You just sit down, mister. >> Yeah, I am, [ __ ] We let talking, man. >> Sit down for me. >> Can I just stand here if I'll be cool? >> No, man. You You passed the point of not being cool. Can you just sit down for us, okay? Thank you. >> Passed the point of not being cool. You should ride. >> The point of not being cool was what? >> You're not being cool. >> Okay. Well, that's your opinion. >> It is my opinion. It's It's straight-up facts. You had no reason even put me. Yeah. We need to be done with this. This is some [ __ ] Says I didn't put my blinker on 100 ft before I turned. I wasn't even 100 ft from there when I pulled out of parking spot, so I don't >> You did it twice. You were talking about it. >> I used my blinker every time. He just is say he's I just didn't use it to his standards, obviously. >> What do you say? >> I'm done answering questions. >> Okay. That's fine. California gang task force. >> This dude don't [ __ ] >> Mr. Marsh, what now? >> Mind my own business, this dude wants to harass me. >> Are you affiliated with any gang? >> Listen, don't talk to me with your [ __ ] dude. >> No? Okay. Mr. Marsh, I know you don't want to answer any of the questions. Okay. Which is fine. You don't have to answer any if you don't want to. Okay. Do you actually have insurance for your car? >> Yes. >> Okay. You have proof of registration with you in the vehicle? >> Should be. >> Should be. Okay. Where are they at? >> In the glove box. >> Listen, dude, we're not going to go through this. I've been through this before. You all want to say my car is not registered, you're full of >> I'll be filing a lawsuit on you guys for this. I'm not saying it's not registered. I'm asking if you got proof of it. >> I don't have to show you proof of nothing. Run the VIN number. Do your job. >> Okay. So, I'm not going to write you any tickets, okay? I feel pretty inclined to do so since you think the law I stopped you for is made up. >> Listen, dude. >> to do that because I don't ordinarily write tickets for it. >> No, they only use it to pull people over so you can search their car. >> up. And I'm not going to do that because I don't ordinarily write tickets for it. Okay. All right. And your registration and insurance is good? Interactions don't have to go like this, you know? >> Exactly. We didn't have to go down this road at all. >> You're right. You could have just been cooperative. >> I could have been nothing. You could I you you know what? You could have just left me alone. We could have all did a bit of light. You know what? >> My job is to enforce >> Coulda, woulda, shoulda, but didn't, right? >> So, I did that. If you have an issue with it, you can contact the Newport Beach Police Department. I'm Officer Buffington. That's >> Yeah, I do have an issue with it. >> All right. Like I said, I'm not giving you any tickets. You're free to go. Here's your license, all right? >> He got called out for his fishing, so he didn't write him a ticket. Even though this guy used his blinker, this officer had to say, "Well, you didn't use it 100 ft away." In other words, I had to pull you over for something. >> Ain't no violation. Cost no violation. I used my [ __ ] blinker like you said. You admitted I used my blinker. >> Yeah, you did, but you have to use it continuously for 100 ft. >> Oh, get the [ __ ] out. I wasn't even 100 ft from the stop sign when I pulled up to it. >> one of the reasons why I don't argue with police officers no more when I get pulled over because they're trying to look for something. If you argue with them, they're going to be like, "Oh, well, you're being hostile, man. You're being argumentative. I need you to step out the car." Because once you start arguing with them, and trust me, I get it. They really do be pissing me off, too. But I'm not going to give them what they want. They want you to get upset so they could take you out the car. >> I'm going to have him hop out. Hey, man, do me a favor. I'm going to have you step out with my partner, okay? Cuz I'm telling you to step out of the car. You can either do that on your own or we will assist you. >> Dude, I bet you will. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Sit tight, dude. Put your phone down. Put your >> No, I'm not putting my phone down. I'm >> And trust me, they will use any excuse to put some hands on you. To prove my point even more, this officer didn't even write him a ticket. He said, "Oh, I normally don't write tickets for that." Yeah, because you use it as excuse to pull people over so you can search them or do some fishing. And that's why I say, man, I just give them what they want. I just don't say nothing. It's not even worth arguing because you already know they're on some BS. >> I'm not going to write you any tickets, okay? I feel pretty inclined to do so since you think the law I stopped you for is made up, but I'm not going to do that because I don't ordinarily write tickets for it. >> Yeah, it didn't have to go like that. You could have just left him alone. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this Newport Beach police officer for pulling this guy over over him not using his turn signal 100 ft away. Like I said man, when they pull you over for that it's complete BS. They're clearly trying to find something to stop you for and this guy was calling him out for it. But like I said man, I just don't argue with them no more because they try to use that excuse of oh, you're being hostile man. Get out the car. Trust me, they will try to do anything they can to put some hands on you. That's why me personally, I just give my license and insurance and I tell them well, do what you got to do. Write the ticket whatever. I don't care. And I say one word at all. I'm not going to give them what they want and you shouldn't either. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day.
