This officer was blocking the road. I honked the horn, then he honked his horn. Now he's got me barricaded and he won't move over and he's got his lights on. >> Do you have your ID, sir? You're the one obstructing the road. Okay, can I have your ID? He's harassing me and holding me up because he wants to block the road. It's harassment, it's retaliation. And today's video is from the Toledo Police Department over there in Ohio, where you had this Toledo Police Sergeant, Sergeant Kervel, who stopped this guy because he got honked at. You will see that this guy was on this road, this officer was in the middle of the road blocking traffic talking to somebody. So this guy decides to honk his horn at him. And you having this officer getting his feelings about it, so he decides to pull right in front of this guy, stop him from moving at all, get out and demand for his ID. And you will see that this officer didn't even tell him what he was being stopped for, but it's pretty obvious he stopped him because he got honked at. I'm going to watch it and get my reaction. I just gave this officer my valid Michigan driver's license and he's telling me that I don't have a license. And now he's saying that he's writing me a ticket. At this uh police officer, TPD 149, sergeant somewhere or another, has got me pulled over. Uh he's ran my license. He said he's giving me a ticket. He says He said okay, he was blocking he was he was parked in the middle of the road just talking to someone, right? And so I asked him I honked my horn. I said, "Can you talk to him somewhere else, you know?" Then the police officer pulled up and then he he blocked me so that I couldn't go get by. He asked me for my ID. I said, "For what? What did I do?" Then he asked me for my ID. And then I gave him my license. He said I can't have a Ohio license and a Michigan license. I said, "That's not true. According to the BMV, you can." And then he said, "Hold on." He took my license. Now he's saying that he's writing me a ticket because I don't have a license. He's been sitting in the car holding me up for about 5 minutes or more. And he's got his lights on and I haven't done anything. Not one single thing. Nothing. He had no Huh? What's he charging you for? I don't He's saying I don't have a license, but I have a valid I do have a valid license. I was at the BMV last [ __ ] week. Last week I Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. I got a I got a valid Listen, the only reason why he's doing this is because he was parked in the middle of the street and then he retaliated. He's retaliating because I honked the horn and and he was blocked in the middle of the street. You know? And I said to the person he was just he was just chit-chatting with someone in the middle of the street. Had the whole street blocked off on Marlowe, right? So I'm I'm sitting there there's another car waiting to get by. I'm waiting behind that car. And then I honked the horn and I said, "Can you talk to him somewhere else?" Okay? So then that guy came over. The police pulled up and right in front of me put his blue lights on, and came up got out of his car, and came up over to me and asked for my ID and stuff. Okay? And like I said, I asked him for what, and then after I asked him for what, he's like, "Well, you know, what's your name?" All this type of stuff. I said, "Why? What did I do?" He said, "What's your ID? Let me get your ID." I gave him my license. And then he tried to say I can't have a Michigan license and an Ohio ID. I said, "That's not true." Okay? You can't have an Ohio ID and an Ohio license, but you can have a separate ID, and you can have a separate license. There's nothing illegal about that. Okay? So, you know, I have He's been sitting in the [ __ ] car. He's He's just I don't know what the [ __ ] he's doing. I don't I don't want to back up or move because I don't want this [ __ ] to say that I'm trying to flee or something. Or you know you know what I'm saying? If there's there's another car trying to get get out, and if I move the truck, I don't want him to say that, you know, I was trying to, you know, get away or, you know, some something like that. So, where are you at? Where are you at? Okay. Well, I I don't know what this motherfucker's going to do. I don't I don't have no war I don't have no warrants. I don't have anything. Nothing. And I have a I I have a I have a I got a valid I have a valid license. I got my paperwork I got my paperwork for my license right here in my bag. Yeah. I No, tell side tell side I need I need help. All right. 1901 Marlowe? I'm at 1931 Marlowe right now and this this cop is pulling me, man. All right. Okay. All right. All right. One thing is for certain, officers are going to police their feelings because from the beginning when he asked them what the issue was, this officer did not want to tell him. >> Do you have your What is problem, sir? And it's crazy how they could be in the wrong, but all because if you honk your horn at them for some reason they're going to say that you're in the wrong. >> He's harassing me and holding me up cuz he wants to block the road. And sadly, after the video ended this officer ended up giving him two tickets, two bogus tickets. Like I said, man, all this guy did was just honk at this officer to move out the way to having this officer honking at him because he got in his feelings and then proceeds to get out the car, ask for his name and his ID and all this all because that he got honked at. And it just goes to show the fact that this is a sergeant right here and he's acting like that. It's no telling how that police department really is. That's my take on it though.
