like 4,000 block. >> Stop for straddling lane lines, man. >> Straddling lines. Yes, sir. Driver's license. Was >> Was I really straddling the line? How was I How was I driving? Can you explain to me how how it >> Give me your driver's license. I told you you're straddling lane lines. Look, your left front and rear tire cross the lane line. You did not maintain your lane. >> You have a valid driver's license from where? >> That is val. >> Yeah, Sean Thomas. >> Clear. Go see if you see anything in plain sight. Sprink through. We cancel the record and uh see if there's a dog or whatever. >> Where's your insurance for the vehicle? >> It's on my phone. >> It's on your phone. >> Yeah. >> You have any insurance? >> I do have insurance, sir. >> Well, we have zero proof that there's any insurance. >> I'm I can show you. I can literally show you. I promise you I can show you. >> Your phone's not working. >> Yes, it do. It do work. >> It's overheated. I just told you that. Man, if you leave it in front of the the AC, I swear to God. [music] [music] What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video from the Oklahoma City Police Department where you had this Oklahoma City Police officer, Officer Laser, pull this guy over saying that he was straddling the line and they were doing nothing but just fishing and nickpicking. He literally barely touched the yellow line and his officer said, "Oh yeah, we got him. Let's pull him over." And you will see that these officers were really just trying to pull him over to try to catch him on something. And since they couldn't catch him on anything, they said, "Oh yeah, you know, since you can't show us the insurance on your car, we're going to tow your vehicle." Mind you, he had the insurance on his phone. He having this officer say, "Oh, well, you know, your phone's too haunted. Yeah, you won't be able to show us, so we just go tow." And it just goes to show how dirty these officers really plays. I'mma watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. And right there is what the officer said that he shadowed the line. There was nothing left. So this was all our >> where like 4,000 block in North Kelly. No, actually I don't know where driving. >> Hey man, you got driver license on you? Stop you for straddling lane lines, man. >> Straddling lines. >> Yes, sir. You remember driving lessons? >> I said I was straddling lane lines. >> I went to duck. >> What? Was I really straddling the line? How was I How was our driver? Can you explain to me how how it happened? >> Give me your driver's license. >> I told you you're straddling the lines. Look, your left front and rear tire crossed the lane line. You did not maintain your lane. That is the reason for the stop. Okay. >> Okay. >> It's not a big deal. So, don't make it a big deal. >> I was just asking. I was just asking how. >> All right. Um, set all your stuff down. Put your hands on the steering wheel. We're going to talk in my car. Okay. >> In your car? >> Yes, sir. >> Why do I have to get out? >> Cuz that's how I do my traffic stops, man. It's safer for everybody involved. set your stuff down. >> I don't feel safe getting out. >> Okay, I understand that. Pennsylvania versus men, which is a United States Supreme Court case, says that Can I speak to the supervisor? >> I will start a supervisor over here. However, you will still be getting out of the vehicle. >> Can I speak with them first before I record anything? >> No, sir, you cannot. >> Frank 745, can you head over here? So, >> put your hands up on the steering wheel. Do not tell you to. Do you understand? >> Okay. Okay. So, >> put your hands up on the steering wheel. Okay. Do not >> Can I wait for the supervisor before I get out the car? >> No, sir. You cannot. Okay. Unlock the door for me. Keep your hands right there. Do not move. Okay. Set your phone down. >> Can I know what I'm being pulled out the car for? >> I've already explained it to you several times. >> Can you Can you please explain it to me again, sir? >> I will once we get back in my car. Put your hand back up there. >> Recording. >> We're recording. Every single one of us on the camera. Step out, please. >> Is Is everybody's body camera? >> Yes, sir. Step out of the vehicle, please. >> Why am I being pulled out the car? I don't understand this. >> I can't speak with speak with with your supervisor. >> He's on his way. >> Basically, >> I feel like that this isn't that this is illegal. Okay, sir. I'm sorry you feel that way, but it's not. >> Anything illegal? Any weapons or anything on you? >> What is the law? >> No, I don't have nothing on this. >> Are there any weapons or narcotics in the vehicle? >> No. Okay. >> And you guys are not allowed to search my car. >> Okay. Take a seat. Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> No. >> Okay. >> Why don't Why would I need a medical marijuana card? >> I'm just asking because people have those. >> Why would I need state of Oklahoma? In the state of Oklahoma, it's if you have a medical marijuana card, it's legal. It's legal to possess marijuana. >> Why would I need one though? Why did you ask him that? >> I asked everybody that all the way in the park >> violation. So before he pulled you over, he's got to have a traffic violation on you to pull you over. That is his probable cause to make your make distract >> but to search for >> we can't just whip in behind you turn on the lights don't work. >> So when they was doing that was that searching or like >> what >> when they was doing that with that whatever they was doing right there. >> Oh no we can look inside your car from the outside all day long. >> And if we see something in there that's that's illegal. That's probably the cop. >> All right. Well there may be times. Hey man. Can I search your car? Yeah man. You can search my car. No, I can't search. All right, you can you can go back and forth on that all day long. Uh, but if I'm looking in your car and let's say that I know I'm hypothetically and I know that you you're a convicted felon. If I see a gun in that car, automatic problem when you search that car. I see weed in that car. Hey, you got the medical marijuana. No, sorry. Search your car. Okay. So, that's that's that's how that works. All right. I'm coming back to this car. doesn't make it any more of an issue. This is the way we do it. We always continue to do it because legally we allow it. >> Okay. That was the reason why we felt like something. >> This is uh you'll be like one of the 30 traffic today >> safest man for us to do it for you for everybody. >> All right. Anything else? >> I'll see you. >> Sure. >> Huh? Good. >> You have a valid driver's license >> from where? >> That is val. >> Yeah. Sean Thomas, [snorts] >> go see if you see anything in plain sight. Frankly, will you cancel the record and uh see if there's a dog available? Your call has been updated. >> Notice how they tried to tow him the first time because they thought he didn't have a license. >> Huh? >> He said, "Where's your insurance?" >> Your call has been updated. >> Where's your insurance for the vehicle? It's >> on my phone. >> It's on your phone. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I know y'all seen my Y'all could y'all can pull up my insurance. >> Your updated. >> I would have to call somebody to get it. >> So, do you have insurance or not? Yeah, I got to call her to get the the paper. >> Your call has been updated. >> New message. >> I got to call my mama to get the the paper. >> Did you hear me? >> What' you say? >> Say he's going to have to call someone for the insurance >> to get to get her to send me the paper. No, it's definitely insurance though. >> I could just call her and have her send me the paper over >> right there. I'm sorry. We start right here again cuz >> she paying on my insurance. >> You don't have any insurance? >> I do have insurance, sir. >> He's on game probation, but just cuz he's in the car insurance. He has to be driving. I do have insurance, sir. I can call my mama. She paid She paid on my insurance. >> Well, we have zero proof that there's any insurance. >> I'm I can show you. I can literally show you. I promise you I can show you. >> Okay. Your phone's not working. >> Yes, it do. It do work. >> It's not It's overheated. I just told you that, >> man. If you leave it in front of the the AC, I I swear to God, I can call my mama, man, and get the insurance real quick for you. We do. I do got insurance. >> Then you won't get a no insurance. until we had a failure to provide purpose. >> Come on, man. And this is another example how officers purposely try to make your life a whole lot harder. Because for one, this stop was complete BS because they saying he shroud of the line. This is literally all he did. And this officer said, "Oh yeah, yeah, let's pull him over." And that just tells you they were doing nothing but just fishing. He even knew that these officers were on complete BS because he knew that he was driving correctly. >> Was I really straddling the line? How was our How was our driver? Can you explain to me how how it happened? >> Give me your driver's license. I told you you're straight on the lane lines. Your left front and rear tire cross the lane line. >> Nothing but just some good old nickpicking. And these officers were really just trying to find a reason to tow this guy's vehicle because he literally could have showed them the insurance. >> I do have insurance, sir. I can call my mama. She paid She paid all my insurance. >> Well, we have zero proof that there's any insurance. >> I'm I can show you. I could literally show you. I promise you. I could >> Your phone's not working. It's overheated. I just told you that, >> man. If you leave it in front of the the AC, I swear to God I >> But I bet if these officers needed to get in his phone, they would have found out how to get it to work. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about these Oklahoma police officers for pulling this guy over first? Man, they want to say, "Oh, you striding on the line." This guy barely touched the yellow line. And then you having these officers wanting to search his car over here looking through just trying to find something on this guy. And on top of that, he had insurance on the car. He could show these officers proof, but they just weren't trying to see it. They were really trying to do everything they could to make this guy's life a whole lot harder. And this was just another example how officers really be playing it. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music]
