That's it. >> What What is hard to understand about a warrant, guys? >> And then what's so hard to understand about them checking the the the fire our ordinance? >> You got to have a search warrant. >> They're going to go down there. They're going to check. >> No, you're not. I don't consent. >> If he interferes, I'll stop him. I mean, that's up to you guys. That's you guys issue. >> Okay. >> I kind of want to go down there and be like, "This is fine." But just to piss him off that um I'm going to mute. >> I don't know how to do that. You got to hold it. [music] Even firefighters love abusing their powers. What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video from the Wayne Police Department over there in Michigan where you had these Wayne police officers and these Wayne firefighters come to this guy's house and got straight to harassing him. This guy is no stranger to the police department and the fire department coming to his house and harassing him about his fires. I actually did a video on his situation a few months back and it's just crazy because it's a new year but still the same bull. so much BS that you even hear one of the firefighters saying, "I ain't going to lie, man. I just want to go on his property just to piss him off." They were talking so much about this guy that they ended up muting their body cameras. And you already know these officers love doing that. One of the officers that was there was a rookie. She didn't know how to mute her body camera. That's why you having this officer looking like this because he's trying to help her mute her body camera. They don't teach you how to mute your body camera in police academy. But once you're out in the field with them tyrants, that's the first thing that they going to teach you. And it just goes to show when you stand up for your rights, everybody that works in the city will purposely go after you. And that's what happened in this video right here. I'mma watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all thinking about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Hey, Herrera. Uh, can you come to me real quick? >> They said you guys were on scene. >> We We were They told us to meet up at Wayne and Gunwood. >> Oh, okay. >> All right. >> Well, we drove by and we were at in on Warrenville. No. >> Well, I mean, there's there's a fire down there. I haven't been able to assess it cuz >> So, what's the um if you guys don't if you guys if it seems like it's it's not within ordinance, you guys have to put it out, correct? And it's with >> it might they ordinance has changed a little bit. So, >> we just need to go down there and look at it. There are a few things >> and if he's willing to be an adult about everything, >> then we can just have a conversation. >> All right. Bolton uh wants you to talk to him >> because you're a female. I mean, I don't know. I don't know what it is. >> Um so, just >> tell him what >> basically that they have to go back. They have to go down there and >> we got to check it out and ensure compliance with the ordinance. >> Why can't you guys figure? >> I am kind of >> not my brother. >> Hello. >> We need to see a search warrant. We don't consent to any unlawful. Okay. >> No. >> No. We don't consent to any searches and seizures. >> You're trespassing. >> Stop. >> Mr. Mr. McFarland, >> you're trespassing. >> I got you. >> Don't come any closer. I need to see a search warrant. >> Listen, they just >> search warrant signed by a magistrate judge. That's it. >> No. >> Magistrate judge. >> Search warrant, guys. Fourth amendment applies. M. >> Mr. McFarland. So what they're trying to do is they're trying to they're trying to go down there make sure that it's within polic our ordinance. >> We got to have a search warrant. The fourth amendment if it's within ordinance then we're good. >> Fourth amendment. Fourth amendment guys. >> Yeah but fourth amendment. >> The ordinance is irrelevant. The fourth amendment guys. >> Okay. >> No >> Mr. Mlin they're going to they're going to go down there. They're going to check. You already guys already have a lawsuit right now. >> Okay. >> Literally a lawsuit. We're waiting on an injunction. >> Mr. McFarland. They're going to go down there. They're going to check. No. I don't consent. >> Okay. It They still have to do their job. They got to make sure that it's safe. Yes. >> The Fourth Amendment. >> Fourth Amendment. >> You guys are good. >> Fourth Amendment. This is not due process. You guys got to have a warrant to be on private property. This is the curtilage. Why are you on the property? >> They're going to go down there. They're going to check >> the curtilage. >> They're going to go down. >> You know what the Fourth Amendment is? >> Yes. >> It's in your mission statement. Why? Why don't you follow, >> Mr. McFarland? They're going to go down there. They're going to make sure that it's safe that and everything is within ordinance. Then we get out of here. >> That's it. What what is hard to understand about a warrant, guys? >> Search and seize the property. You need a search warrant. >> And then what's so hard to understand about them checking the the fire? >> Fourth Amendment, guys. >> All they have to do is check. I can he if he interferes, I'll stop him. >> Where do we >> Don't worry about it. I'll put hands on him on his own property. >> If he interferes, I'll stop him. >> Where do we live at? Do we live in >> I mean that's up to you guys. If you want to wake uh >> I mean >> that's that's all you guys issue. If uh if you want to wake up the uh the get one to make it up. >> Okay. >> All right. Let's we can go there. So you guys on there I mean it's I can't tell whether or not >> Yeah. That's up to you guys. >> All right. Um, I'll call Bowen real quick and I'll talk to the sergeant. >> We'll be with you in a minute, Mr. Fin. muting for tactics. >> Don't they love hitting that mute button? >> We're We're good. I mean, uh, let's Um it I mean it you guys uh think that it it'll get worse the fire looks like it goes through the uh to the woods. >> I kind of want to go down there and be like this is fine but just to piss them off that we're going down there. That's the only reason I want to go. >> Yeah. Um, I mean, end of the day, it's it's if it's too close for the wood, then it needs to be cut out. So, >> uh, what are you guys thinking? Like, I mean, if it's too close, >> if it meets the if it meets the ordinance, then he's fine. It looks like it further down. Yeah, we didn't like our that um but like without or I'm going to mute. >> I don't know how to do that. >> They'll teach you how to mute that button before they teach you how to value people's rights. So according to the ordinance, right of entry and inspection, the fire chief and authorized officer agent employer representing the city of Wayne who presents credentials may inspect any property for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the provision of this section. >> Oh, so you're good to go on there. So >> um yeah, if you guys want to get on there, I can stop him. >> Yeah, yeah, we need we need to inspect that. Make sure it's not too close to the ground. pretty good. >> Okay. >> Hey, Mr. McFarland. So, they're going to go down there. They're going to make sure that it's Listen, you're not going to interfere with them. Okay. >> I'm letting you guys know right now. They're going to go downstairs. >> They already know. They already know. >> They already know. If it's within ordinance, then we're good. Okay. So, they're going to go down there. They're going to Let's go inside. Let's go inside. Thank you. question. Do you have a method of extinguishing? >> Do you see the water around? >> Well, not the ground water. Do you have a >> do you have a hose? Do you have a shovel in which to shovel dirt out? >> Yes, we do have shovels. >> Okay. Well, can I can I see them? Just that way that way I can that way I can say that you guys are >> Show him a shovel. Okay, there's a shovel. Look at that. >> Go [snorts] inside. >> Mo, do you have your phone on you? >> Uh, it's in the car, I think. Do >> you have your phone on you? No. So, M Mr. McFarland, you're you're you're uh beautiful pit. Uh looks like you're uh you're you're doing your best to come closer to compliance. Uh couple of issues just with the new ordinance. Uh I'm not sure if you've read through the entirety. I'm I'm guessing you probably have. your uh it has to be completely encased by the steel mesh with openings no larger than a/4 of an inch. >> Uh I don't have a tape measure, but uh that is definitely more than a quarter of an inch. >> Thank you. >> Uh we have this one, but >> I can I can get a tape measure if you if you want to dispute that. Uh it while I cannot guarantee uh I do notice you don't have any gas fired equipment out here that would utilize gasoline. You have the gas can sitting right there. >> I'd recommend number one keeping a gas can further away from the fire and then uh just make sure you don't utilize that to start the fire. >> Okay. >> But uh as long as you can get that lid to completely seal on there, I don't see any problem with it. >> Thank you, sir. >> Okay. But that lid has to be sealed completely on it >> like that. Go inside. >> And uh >> come on, let's go. >> And the the only other question that I would have for you uh is wherever your property line is? >> Yeah. About this fall, this tree roughly, >> how far back that way? >> Uh seven oh 100 ft plus. >> 100 ft plus. Okay. >> Okay. So yeah, if just uh make sure that that lid get uh you don't pile too much on there. so that the lid can uh conceal on your pit and you're good. Okay. >> Okay. >> You have a good night. >> Nice backyard. >> It is. It ain't that hard, but this with this lot. >> Yeah. >> It's not hard to move. >> Yeah. I mean, you have you have the space. >> Yeah. He has the space to do it. Are you able to just get his uh Reeves's uh name? Just added that in the CAD just in case. Uh >> Oh, yeah. >> I don't have a notepad. I could have got it myself. >> I know. I was like, what the hell? >> Uh don't update CAD just yet. Bolton said I think he wants us to go to 202 and we'll update it there. >> We could do that. >> That works. >> I'm just going to put the address. That's >> That's fire. >> They're well aware of who he is. >> Do you have like a a badge? >> Huh? >> You have like a badge? >> Captain Reeves 56. >> He does have a badge. >> That's right. It works. >> I don't wear it anymore. >> Only thing that you were just giving him like tidbits on how >> I literally read it right out of the ordinance. >> Okay. And it was basically just a height of the >> Cool. >> Yep. It's that he has to have a method of extinguishment such as uh shovel dirt or garden hose or some way of putting it out. The mesh has to cover it. >> And this is what I mean. They got a personal vendetta against this guy because from the beginning, you having that one guy that works with the fire department saying this, >> they the ordinance has changed a little bit and if he's willing to be an adult about everything. >> If he just let us go on his property and not say anything, we'll be fine with this. And then you even hearing the guy that works for the fire department even say that they just want to go on his property just to piss him off. >> I kind of want to go down there and be like, "This is fine." But just to piss him off that we're going down there. That's the only reason I want to go. All right. Um >> I just want to go on his property just to let him know that I could go on his property whenever I want. And boy, don't these officers love muting their body cameras? >> I'm going to mute. >> I don't know how to do that. I guess this rookie is learning from the best how to be a tyrant and mute that body camera. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about these Wayne police officers and these Wayne firefighters for coming to this guy's property just to piss him off? Just from the beginning, they was already making all types of comments towards this guy saying if he just beed an adult about this. Honestly, I just want to go on his property just to piss him off. And then you having these officers mute their body cameras on top of that. And then you having that one rookie officer saying, "I don't know how to do that." And they over here teaching her how to mute her body camera because you already know they gonna continue muting that body camera. And I swear, man, it really does need to be a law that officers cannot mute their body cameras. Leave it all for the people that got to edit the stuff out. Especially when it comes to people's addresses and anything like that. Leave it to them to edit it out, but don't have the officers just mute their body cameras because then you'll never know what was said. And that's what I'm saying, man. They get too comfortable when it comes to doing this. But going back to this gentleman, like I said, man, when you stand up for your rights and you don't let the government or police officers try to trample over them, you will have people from the city that will not like you and will say slick stuff about you, just like how these firefighters were doing. And even saying that they just wanted to go on his property just to piss him off. And I already know some people definitely ain't going to go for that. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] >> Hey. [music] [music]
