It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Sarasota Police Department over there in Florida where you had this Sarasota Police officer pull this guy over saying that his license plate lights were too dim and he was not having it. And she was just lying. She was just trying to make up a reason to pull him over. And then she was trying to also say that his tent was too dark. So you would just see that these officers were just clearly messing with this guy for no reason at all. And he was not having at all. And they were also trying to say, you know, you didn't roll your window down too. And that's Pennsylvania versus Mim. I ain't never heard officer use that before. Know Pennsylvania versus Mims, man. You got to roll your window down. I ain't never heard that before. Hell, even I said the same thing in officers. What law is that? And they never could state that for me. And you will see in this video, these officers could not state the law and what that was. And this guy was just making these officers look very foolish. I'm going to watch and give my reaction. That's an unlawful That's an unlawful order. Period. Boink blank. End the story. Has nothing to say. Sight the case law. >> Okay then. Site the case law. >> If you can't sight it now, I don't know what you're talking about. Site the case law. Defending it. >> Site the case law. >> I'm waiting for you. You're the police. >> You're the lawyer. >> It's sight the police. You You the police. Sight it. >> Okay. >> Sight it. >> Sir, can I say something real quick? >> Please do. >> So, if there is dark tint and we cannot see into a vehicle and you don't roll down that, we can open your door to look inside of that. I just want to let you know that. >> So, that'd be a violation of Fourth Amendment. You can't open the door. That's a violation. >> Sight the law. Sight the law. Cight the case law. >> If you not speaking the case law, then I don't know what you're talking about. That's your opinion. Your opinion has [ __ ] to do with nothing. >> It's not my opinion. It's not >> that is opinion. Cight the case law. >> Cight the case law, man. I'm ask the case law. >> Situation in the future. >> Cight the case law, man. >> That's violation of fourth amendment. Best violence fourth amendment. Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Come on, man. I'm not slow. Come on, man. You're slow. Come on, man. It's not an argument that would happen, but you still ain't sight the case law. So, I don't understand what you're talking about. I still understand what you're talking about. >> Okay. Y'all just sitting here let her just violate my fourth amendment, right? >> Y'all just violate my fourth amendment, right? Don't worry about it. I got a good lawyer now. >> I keep them. >> Come on, man. I keep me a good lawyer, man. >> Yeah, I always do. Come on, ma'am. >> Come on. >> Do you have any questions for me before I give you this warning? >> Officers give you that warning when they know they wrong. >> Do you have any questions for me before I give you this warning? >> Warning. Get on the sidewalk. Get on the sidewalk. Just get on the sidewalk. Get on the sidewalk. Get on the sidewalk. Get on the sidewalk. Mom, I know. We know that. We know that. So you can get going. >> So are we are we done? >> So it's going to be a warning. >> A warning. >> Hold you over. >> Okay. >> The reason it's a warning. >> They they said that my light my tag light was uh out or dim or something. >> I know. Ain't nothing on my tag light. Get on the sidewalk. Get on the sidewalk. Get on the mark. I got this. We got We got this. We like We know that. >> Exactly. We know that. >> Yeah. We record everything. We record everything. Yeah. Take a picture of that. And I want I want copy. Hey. And I put a request in for I want to request your cell phone. >> Yes. I want Hey, I want I want a video of that, too. >> Don't worry about it. I'mma get that. When you catch officer in their life, for some reason, they want to give you a warning. Because from the beginning, when this officer was on a power trip telling him to roll down the window, you already know it's going to be some BS. >> It's not a law of order. >> Roll down the window all the way so I can see inside. Roll down the window all the way so I can see inside. >> If you scared to do your job, just say that. And then you having this officer just straight up lie talking about, well, Pennsylvania versus meals, man. You know, you got to roll down your window. I ain't never heard officer say that before. >> What's Supreme Court case law decid? Pennsylvania versus >> that that's just get you out the vehicle. That has nothing to do with tent. That has nothing to do with tent. Solid. Site the case law. >> He's saying he don't need to because he know what he's saying is complete BS. And for some reason, when you catch an officer in their lie, they want to give you a warning. >> Do you have any questions for me before I give you this warning? >> Warning? Yeah. Keep on violating my rights. Come on. I got a question for you. Just violate my rights. >> Ain't nothing wrong with my tag. >> And just another case of officers trying to nickpick on something to pull you over for. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this Sarasota police officer for pulling this guy over first saying that it was his tag light and then wants to save for 10, but yet his tag likes are 100% visible. And then even on top of that, he has a prescription for his tent. So this officer really just pulled him over for no reason and she wasn't liking that. He was calling her out about that. And then you have another officer say, "Oh, well, you know, Pisavian versus Mman, you got to roll down your window." And like I said, every time I got pulled over and the officer told me that, I literally told him, "What law is that?" And then they never want to tell me that. They just want me to get out the car at that point because I'm proving them wrong. And how you knew that this officer knew that she messed up, she end up giving him a warning. And like I said, man, when you catch an officer in their line and you call them out for that, all of a sudden, you're getting a warning now. You're not getting a ticket. And that's what happened in this case right here. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe. And y'all have a wonderful day. [music] >> [music] [music]
