That's assault. >> I told you exactly what I was doing. >> Mhm. What's your name and badge number? >> You You worry about him. You worry about me. >> I'll I can ask I can ask him what I want to ask him. All right. You've already violated enough rights tonight, sir. Listen, you have best for you to be quiet. >> Mr. Mr. Mr. Brown, sir, you have every right to film anywhere you want to film. >> Yeah, they trespassed you off of here >> for what? Articulate the crime that I committed. >> Have to do that. >> You're wrong. You're wrong. You also had no right to get my ID. >> You had no right to get my ID. You had no right to search me. >> You You admitted I broke no law. You admitted I broke no law. You're going to be in deep [ __ ] I'm coming I'm coming for your job, buddy. >> Okay. If you come back on this property, you will be trespassed. That's when you will have broken the law. >> If you rob a bank, you'll be in trouble, too. If you violate my rights, you will be in trouble personally. >> Okay, you can start stepping now. >> I'm on public property. >> I'm free to be here. You want to violate more of my rights, bud? No right to >> call your supervisor. Yes, they have. I've got you on on camera violating. >> You've been trespassed. >> You admitted I committed no crime and you forced me to ID. You're more than welcome. >> You calling a supervisor? >> Nope. >> No. >> I've already trespassed you. Get the stepping. >> I'm on public property. >> I'm on public property right here with your stepping. Okay. >> Yeah. I've heard worse, big man. I've heard worse. >> So have I. So have I. You don't know who you're with. I'm not one of those homeless hackheads out here, bud. >> I'm a two-time Iraq veteran. I I know my way. >> Then you're doing it wrong. >> No, sir. >> You swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, and you just broke all of my rights. >> You broke all of my rights. >> You're having your rights. >> You violated You violated my rights. >> Finger. You violated my rights because you're an imbecile. >> All right. You have a good evening, sir. You >> prime definition of officer that just has to be in charge. Because at the beginning when he was asking for his ID and he said, "No, you having this officer said, "I'm going to have to put my hands on you." >> Put my hands on you and that's going to be a bad day for us both. This job a long time. We're big men. I will put my hands on you. It's going to be a bad day. I need your identification now. >> Even after this officer gets his ID, this officer was so power hungry, he just had to search him real quick. >> It It is But it is my prerogative. You have my ID. >> That's my prerogative, sir. I need you to turn around. Turn around. Face that way. I'm just frisking you for weapons. >> And then even towards the end, you having this officer say, "All right, get to stepping." Even though he's on a public sidewalk, >> will be in trouble personally. >> Okay, you can start stepping now. >> I'm on public property. No, >> I've already trespassed you. Get to stepping. >> I'm on public property. >> No matter what this officer is doing, he's going to take every moment to try to flex his power. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this Phoenix police officer for just being on the biggest power trip. even though that this guy left this property, you having his officer say, "Oh, well, we need I need your ID." And when he said no, that first time you having that officer say, "Oh, I'm going to have to put my hands on you. It's going to be a bad day." He was really implying that he was really going to hurt this guy. And then even after he gave him his ID after being threatened, you having this officer that wants to search him. And then on top of that, when he ever he gets done and everything, he wants to tell him get to stepping. Like this officer was just on a big power trip all because of he got told no. And it just goes to show when you tell officer no, especially when they feing for that ID, they going to do everything they can to get it and some more on top of that. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
