I need to be able to get my things out of this truck comfortably. >> Can I help you? >> No. >> Why? >> Why would you? Why would you want to? Just to see what I got in my truck. Why did you harass me from the get-go for my ID when you don't have any probable cause to ask me for my ID? >> Don't be a street lawyer. We don't need probable cause. We're investigating a situation. >> You do need probable cause to ask me for ID. >> Okay. If you don't give us your ID and if we keep asking then we can arrest you. Do you want to be arrested or you sure? I don't care. >> Move and let me get my stuff out of the truck. >> Okay. The only reason why we're not going to just allow you to go in by yourself is we don't know what's in there. >> That's I'm not going to >> That's not going to work, man. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you what's going to work. [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Carpentersville Police Department over there in Illinois where you had these Carpentersville police officers harass this guy one for his ID and two they wouldn't even let him get into his vehicle to get his stuff out. You had this situation where he was working for this company. The company called the police on him. They didn't want him to drive the vehicle no more. And so he was just going to get his stuff and leave. You having these officers first they wanted his ID. He told him no. And then second when he was trying to get in the truck they wouldn't even let him get in the truck at first cuz they saying well we don't know what you got in there. But like these officers were just being difficult for no reason. And you will see that these officers were really just trying to be on a power trip. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> I mean, I >> I feel threatened now. You're being recorded. >> Well, I don't know why you're being threatened. And guess what? You're being recorded, too. I might have. >> I mean, I >> I feel threatened now. You're being recorded. >> Well, I don't know why you're being threatened. And guess what? You're being recorded, too. about body cam. Body cam body cam. >> You're lucky he hadn't been recording from from the get-go. >> He has been recorded from the getgo. >> He's been the only only man that's been doing his job. >> He has been recording from the get-go. So if you like the hard pie, I don't care. >> What are you going to do? >> I'm not doing anything. It's going to be on you. >> I know you ain't going to do nothing. >> So as soon as they take their truck, you're on your own. He's not being reasonable and neither is the other other gentleman. And now they're being recorded. >> I couldn't hear you. >> I said he is not being reasonable and neither is the other gentleman. >> Who's the other gentleman? >> The the officer that just came over and told you that y'all are about to get sued, man. >> Okay. So, how can we how can we get rid of this situation? Make it better. What do we need to do? >> I need to be able to get my things out of this truck comfortably. >> Okay. Can I help you? >> No. >> Why? >> And why would you? >> Okay. >> Why would you want to? Just to see what I got in my truck. >> No, I don't care what you have in your truck. >> Well, then you don't need to help me. >> All right. Then >> I know I know y'all are investigating. You don't need to investigate me. >> Not investigating anything. >> You don't have no reason to investigate me. You should be investigating that company instead of harassing me like this man did from the get-go. >> Man, >> why did you harass me from the get-go for my ID when you don't have any probable cause to ask me for my ID? >> So, hold on here. Don't be a street lawyer. We don't need probable cause. >> I'm not a street lawyer. I'm just lawfully inclined, my man. >> Okay, we got called here, right? >> But retards. >> Okay, I understand. Whatever you think of them, we don't need probable cause to ask for your ID. Okay, we're investigating a situation. >> You do need probable cause to ask me for ID. >> Okay, so here's what I can tell you. If you don't give us your ID and if we keep asking, then we can arrest you. You want to be arrested or you want to go out of your day? >> You want to be sued? >> Sure. I don't care. >> Yeah. They never care when it's not taken out of their paycheck. >> You want to be sued? >> Sure. I don't care. I'm just telling you what can happen. >> You You and that other gentleman are going to lose your job. He'll be the only man that keeps his job. >> We don't want to do that. So, why don't you just get your [ __ ] and go? >> I'm trying. >> Nobody's stopping you. >> Leave me alone. >> Nobody's stopping you. >> Do you have the keys to the truck? >> He's stopping me. He's at Look, look. You see what he's saying? >> Do you have the keys to the truck? >> I got my keys. >> Okay. Are these the keys? Before you go in there, >> please. >> Before you go in there, where are the keys to this truck? >> Right here. >> Okay. We need to hand them back to you. >> After I get my things out of the truck. >> Right. >> After I get my things out of the truck. >> Okay. So, we will find out from them. >> They may want the keys. >> Stop trying to be smart, man. Stop trying to be smart. You ain't smart. >> Y'all just need to get out of my way. Let me get my things. Throw it on the street like you're asking me to do. >> Y'all see what he's saying? How much stuff do you have in the car? >> A lot. >> Traveling stuff, blankets, pillows, all that. >> I got everything in that truck, man. My life. >> Okay. In the in the back, too, or just in the front? Like, does it have a sleeper in the back? >> Yes. >> Okay. All he wants back is his truck and his keys. >> That's fine. I'm just trying to get my stuff out now. Okay. >> Like it seems like y'all are threatening me. >> No, nobody's threatening you. How can we do this peacefully where you can get your stuff? >> Move and let me get my stuff out of the truck. >> Okay. The only reason why we're not going to just allow you to go in by yourself cuz we don't know what's in there. >> I'm not going to >> That's not going to work, man. >> Okay. What? I'm telling you what's going to work. >> You got to call You got to call somebody else. You got to call your superior here. >> Right here. What do you need? >> He's harassed me from the get-go. >> Okay. >> Asking me one for ID when he has no problem because asked me for ID. Okay, >> this guy's mad because I'm not talking to him the way he wants me to talk to him. Now he's mad because I'm talking to him the way I'm talking to him. >> How do we want to settle this? >> I just want to get in the truck, get my things out now that I'm being harassed. >> Like your personal belongings. >> I got everything in that truck and there and he's trying to make it seem as if I have to give him my ID or he's going to take me to jail. That's not happening. Everybody gets sued. >> What's everything? >> All my personal belongings, man. >> I I got a lot of stuff in there. I mean, >> are you willing to get it all out? >> I have to get it out. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Cuz it seems that as if my truck's getting snatched from me at this very moment. >> How do we How do we get you from here to wherever you need to go after that? >> I I I'll figure that out. Nobody's taking me anywhere. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We'll figure it out for you. >> No. What? >> We'll figure it out. >> No, I'll figure it out. I'll figure out how to >> We'll let you figure it out. >> Yeah. >> Um so just get the stuff off. >> Yeah. He's got the keys. >> I got my key. I I I got the keys. If I'm going to enter that truck, that means I can use the keys to get my things out. He don't need my keys while he's >> You're not getting my keys and you're not getting my ID, buddy. >> Well, he's a driver. He's contracted to drive that truck. >> That's correct. >> Okay. >> Let's get your stuff. >> Yeah. >> Y'all please move out of my way. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Golly, there you go. jackass. >> You knew these officers were hurt. They couldn't get what they wanted because from the beginning when this guy even said that y'all don't have no probable cause to get my ID, you haven't had one officer say, "Hey man, we don't need no street lawyers." That's how you know an officer is going to be a tyrant. >> Don't have any probable cause to ask me for my ID. >> So hold on here. Don't be a street lawyer. We don't need probable cause. >> This officer even proves that if you don't give up that ID, we could take you to jail. >> Ask me for ID. >> Okay. So here's what I can tell you. If you don't give us your ID and if we keep asking then we can arrest you. You want to go over here? Sure. I don't care. >> You know them officers don't care because it's not coming out of their paycheck. Not even to mention all this guy wanted to do was just get his stuff out of the truck. And you having these officers that well, you know, we can't let you get it out because we don't know what you have in there. But once that supervisor came, he actually had some common sense. >> Boo. Let me get my stuff out of the truck. >> Okay. The only reason why we're not going to just allow you to go in by yourself cuz we don't know what's in there. But he's a driver. He's contracted to drive that truck. >> That's correct. Okay. >> All right. Let's get your stuff. >> Yeah. >> This officer went from well, this is how it's going to happen till that supervisor rolled up. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these Carpentersville police officers? We're trying to get this guy's ID. And then on top of that, they wouldn't even let him get in the truck to get his stuff out. You having these officers say, "Oh, we don't know what you have in there." Yeah, we can get your ID. And then even towards the end, you having that one officer come and having that notepad. Like he was ready to get this guy's name down. just for that supervisor to say, "Well, I mean, he he operates the truck, right?" I mean, yeah. Yeah, you could get your stuff out. Like, this supervisor was actually thinking with common sense. And that's just one of the few cases where the supervisor is actually doing his job and not just automatically agreeing with his officers. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] >> [music]
