Are you guys good? >> Yeah. >> Is this your car? It's broken down. >> It's not broken down, >> my man. What's your name? >> I didn't give it. >> Yeah, I know. That's why I'm asking. Well, we got to call. We'll we'll explain it to you in a second. Right now, you're just going to talk to me. You're going to give me your name and we're going to go from there. >> I'm not going to give you my name. >> You're currently detained for an investigation. What is the deal here? >> Why did you stop over here? >> Because we got a call here and currently you're under an ordinance violation for working on your vehicle. If you're not going to identify yourself, you're going to be detained in handcuff. >> You can't detain. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> If you were nice and you weren't being announced, we would have been out of here. still have to reasonably articulate a crime. >> I'm losing brain size. God damn. [music] [music] What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Rita City Police Department over there in Pennsylvania where these Rita City Police officers rolled up on this guy saying that they got a call. These officers got a call about two Puerto Rican males had a lady tied up, but they just see this guy work on his car. They thinking that's suspicious. So, they need his ID. And obviously, he wasn't going to hand that over. You already know when you don't give an officer your ID, they get very much in their feelings about that. So much so that they told this guy, "Well, you know, since you don't want to give us your ID, you know, you're breaking the ordinance because you're working on your vehicle." It just goes to show that officers will literally find anything that they can to put on you, especially when you don't want to give your ID to them when you ain't even commit a crime. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video. >> Uh yeah, just turn off. >> What's going on with it? >> The lights aren't working right. >> Are you guys good? >> Yeah. >> It's just your car is broken down. >> It's not broken down. I'm just trying >> or fix the lights. >> Okay. Do you have an ID, don't you? >> No, I don't. I'm just sitting in the vehicle. >> Is that his car or yours? >> It's his car. >> I just want to get his ID. My man, what's your name? >> I didn't give it. What's up? >> I didn't give my name. >> Yeah, I know. That's why I'm asking. Do you have an ID on you? >> No, I don't. >> You don't? Okay. What's your name? >> I have an ID on me, but that's under threat of arrest. >> What's that? >> That is under threat of arrest. I don't know why you got out here. >> Well, we got to call. We'll we'll explain it to you in a second. >> Yeah, sounds like Sounds good. >> So, right now, you're just going to talk to me. You're going to give me your name, and we're going to go from there. >> I'm not going to give you my name, but I'll I'll understand. >> And And you're not going to give me your name line >> because I don't have to legally. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I don't want to. >> Yes, you do. And I'll wait for that. I'll remain silent till my lawyer gets here. >> Okay. Call him then. >> Okay. I don't need to call. >> Okay. >> I have the right to remain silent. Anything I say can will be used against me. >> Okay. What What is the deal here? >> The deal is Why did you stop over here? >> Because we got to call here. >> Okay. Okay. That's fine. call all you want, but >> and and currently you're under an ordinance violation for working on your vehicle on a viol. I'm not working on my vehicle. Listen, listen listen. There's no there's no conversation. You're either going to identify yourself or >> First of all, you can't detain. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You're only breaking a city ordinance when you don't want to feed an officer your ID. >> There's no There's no conversation. You're either going to identify yourself or >> First of all, you can't dain. >> Put your hands behind your back. I I will I will show you my ID. I'll show you my ID. >> I'll show you my ID right now. >> Stop. >> I will show you my ID. >> We're past that. >> We're past that. >> Okay. We don't need to. >> You didn't wait for your supervisor. Yes, you do. >> Yes, you do have to wait. >> You might want to learn the law a little bit better. >> I know the law. We don't live in Germany. We live in United States of America where you do not have to ID if you're not suspected of a crime. >> Wrong. >> Well, not wrong. You guys are wrong. >> You're committing an ordinance violation right now. >> There's no ordinance violation. >> A couple Tik Toks doesn't mean you >> There's no Tik Tok. It's called >> You can You guys are wrong. You're wrong. And you'll get be sued then. I'll sue you. >> Go ahead. >> I will because you're wrong. >> Okay. >> I do not have to ID unless I'm being suspected of committing a crime. It doesn't matter if I'm stand I'm allowed to have a gun. >> Do you have ICW? >> No, I do. I'm not going to show you. I'm I'm remaining silent. I'm the right to remain silent. >> You're You're correct now. Now you do have the right to remain right to remain silent. And you have no right to touch me. You have no right to touch me. >> You're You're done. >> You are done. >> 305. I'm not IDMing either. Do not take my ID. Right. >> Are you the supervisor? >> What's your name? >> It doesn't matter. You don't need my You don't need my name. I'm being accused of a crime. Correct. >> It doesn't matter. Are you not a public servant? >> Then you need to answer my question because you're Yes, you do. Cuz you're a public servant. >> There's a law that says that. >> What is the law that says that? Are you serious right now? >> You tell me. >> You seem to know so much about it. Tell me. >> I do know a lot about it. I'm a lawyer today. I'm a lawyer. >> From rack? >> Yeah. >> From rack? Are you serious right now? It don't matter. >> In other words, if you would have just bowed down to us, we would have put you in handcuffs. >> Nice. I don't need to be nice. It don't matter. You guys are going to be sued in court and I'm going to win. Guaranteed. Okay. All right. >> So, I guess don't talk to them. >> You tell them to take me out of handcuffs. >> No. >> For what reason? >> What crime did I commit right now? >> For what reason? >> We're investigating. >> What am I being detained right now? >> You need to articulate a crime that I was suspected of committing to detain me. You understand that, right? >> Not to. >> Yes, you Well, you don't have to. Legally, by lawyerally by law, you don't have to, but you still have to have a crime that you can legally articulate that I was committing in order to detain me. in order. You understand that? And they're just hating me for no reason. No articulation of a crime. >> We do have >> Which one? Which one is that? >> You said we exactly. You didn't know that. Yeah. You didn't know that. Yeah. What does it matter? I I'd love to see what crime I'm committing. >> I would love find out. >> Yeah. Okay. We'll find out. >> We definitely will find out. We're going to be suing you. >> All right. Cool. That's great. I'm glad I'm glad we're going to be suing you. >> Unless you guys want to walk away right now or I'm going to sue you. I'm being serious. I'm being real serious. We're done talking. >> You better call your DA if you don't have a somebody up on top of you. You better >> I don't have anyone on top of you. >> You better have then call your DA and tell them that this is what you did because if not, I'm going to see I'm I'm being serious. You're wrong. I'm right and you're wrong. >> You didn't see the the amendment violations and [ __ ] like that. You didn't watch the YouTube violated tell you about it. >> What was violated? My fourth amendment for one is violated. >> Okay. What else? I don't need to give you my my papers >> just like we don't >> any anytime. No, no. You're a public servant. You can do whatever. You can do what you want. But you're a public servant. >> I'm not. I'm a citizen. >> I pay taxes, >> too. Me, too. >> Yeah. But you're still on duty. >> Okay. On our >> Yeah. Thank you. to >> detain. All right. So, what's your badge? >> 1313. >> Yep. >> Sam, it'll be on the paper. >> Can No, I don't care about the paperwork. Can you give me my cell phone? >> I'm taking the court. >> We are taking the court cuz you can't You cannot paper. >> You cannot How you going to do that then? >> You cannot detain somebody for no legal crime. You can laugh all you want. What is it? What's the crime? You don't have to tell. >> Yes, you do. When you when you arrest somebody, you do. >> And I'm arrested. So, what do you what are you? >> No, I just told you. >> Yeah. What is it? >> I don't have to tell you. You told You said that. >> I didn't say that. I told you you can't arrest somebody and search somebody. No, you can't. >> You didn't search you. >> Yeah, you did. He did. He patted me down and he took a search. It's not a search. It's not a search. >> Yes, it's not a Terry search. I can tell you that. >> It's not a Terry stop. >> No, it's not a Terry. Yeah, but even if it was, you still have to reasonably articulate a crime. >> I'm losing brain size. Godamn. >> We're not the one driving. >> You guys got body cams, right? >> Yeah. >> Good. I'm glad you guys got cams. >> You guys are going to get sued. >> Okay. >> I'm being serious. I can I can take your body cams in a request. >> Believe that. Oh, okay. >> Many times we're not stupid. You understand? >> Run. It comes back to possibly a family member, but not him. >> Yeah. Well, it's not. >> It doesn't matter. >> Can you get me that, please? I can't get it. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Okay. >> Stand up. >> I'm trying to stand up. >> Come over here. >> Wait, Tanner. I don't have a >> spoke $150,000 a year. >> Yeah, I do. >> I do. Exactly. You know how you how much money you make. >> Spread your feet. >> No. >> Spread your feet. Get off. >> That's right. Straight from the law. >> It's like officers just get a kick out of doing stuff like this. >> That's right. Straight from the lawsuit. >> I have nothing on me. Watch. >> I have an empty weapon that I found on the side of the road, but it doesn't even matter because uh >> Okay. >> Somebody told me that uh they stole my dad's uh gun. It doesn't matter anyway. You had no probable cause to detain me, so that's all that matters. >> Yeah. >> What What's your probable cause anyway? >> Told you five times already. >> That that um um Look at that. The judge The judge ain't going to care about that. Look looking at >> the judge ain't going to care. I'm trying to guess. >> Let me guess. You're going to sue us. >> I'm already going to see you cuz you got no problem. Call us. >> See you there. >> Yeah, we'll see you. >> Yeah, I know. >> This would have been gone. >> Yeah, in two seconds. >> Their car was broken down and I was just going to write their names down. >> See you on a bean. See you. >> And now Park is getting arrested for a gun. >> Yeah. All right, that explains him as well. We checked the trunk. There's nothing back there except random stuff. I'm just making sure there's nothing crazy. But >> he'll get he'll be able to give you a phone call once he figures out he's going to see a judge. Once he sees a judge, he'll set bail and and he'll be able to give you a he'll get a phone call. He'll be able to call you. He chooses to call you. And then at that point, you know, if you guys are able to make bail, then you can walk down and pick him up. But right now to walk all the way down there is just going to be >> counterproductive. And he's he knows his mom's number. >> I mean, I'd hope so. >> I hope so. I I I don't have a first I don't even know if I should go down the bonds or not. Should I wait until he gets booked or judge to go down to bails or can I go? >> Yeah. No, you'll have to wait till he calls you because you're you're going to have no idea what he needs. you know, they they have a whole list of all the bail >> down down down to central processing. They have a whole list of all the bail bondsman's down there. So, like he can even call him while he's down there. Um and then he can call you, give you uh give you their information, um their phone numbers and whatnot. And >> when I go down, can I just grab that list? >> No, there's no >> You can't go to You can't go to central processing. You That's why I'm saying if you go if you go down, you're literally just going to sit outside and have no idea what's going on. Whereas you can just I'll figure it out. I understand. I'm sorry. I never did. >> Uh car license, but apparently he has criminal history. So it might be more at least >> at least. Yeah. >> Okay. >> This had an empty bar. >> Well, supposedly he >> Yeah, but it's to ground or something. >> Some family member. >> Yeah, it's a >> whatever. Okay. All right. We'll take him down. Um 113. >> Yeah. All right. Good deal. >> Yep. >> No one tied up. >> What's up? >> No one tied up. >> No. No. This was going to be a >> Sorry for the inconvenience. Someone just thought this was your name. That way in case it was, we have your names and then you can get out of here. >> And then the police have to run the [ __ ] mouse like this. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. These guys law degree from Tik Tok and YouTube. Hey Les, >> even if you're just working on your car, if you don't give officer your ID, they going to do everything they can to put you in jail just for that. Because from the beginning when they was asking for his ID and when he said no, you having this officer saying, "Well, you know, you're breaking a city ordinance >> right now. You're just going to talk to me. You're going to give me your name and we're going to go from there." >> I'm not going to give you my name >> and and currently you're under an ordinance violation for working on your vehicle when there's no ordinance. Yes, there is. >> I'm not working on my vehicle. >> And that's what I mean, man. officers will pull anything they out they can to get your ID. And then you're having this other officer say, "If you would have just been nice, none of this would have happened. >> If you were nice and you weren't being nice, >> I don't need to be nice. I don't need to be nice. It don't matter. You guys are going to be sued in court." >> I'm losing brain size. God damn. >> When you don't bow down to law enforcement, they think you're the one that's being stupid. It's crazy how these officers got to call up about somebody being tied up and they knew that this guy was not the person that they got to call about, but you already know the first person they see, they just got to get that ID. >> What's up? >> No one tied up. >> No. No, this was going to be a >> Sorry for the inconvenience. Someone just bought this book for you. Make your names that way in case it was >> This isn't who we got a call about, but screw it. Let's just try to get his ID instead. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about these reading police officers for rolling up on this guy first saying that they got a call about somebody being tied up, they pull up on the guy that's working on his car. Two completely different situations. But you already know, man, the first person these officers see, they going to try to get that ID. And when he said he wasn't going to give his ID, that's when his officer saying, "Oh, you know, you're breaking a city ordinance. You know, if you would have just been nice, none of this would have happened." And it just goes to show when you don't bow down to these officers or just hand over your ID when they're feeding for it, they will try everything they can to get your ID or just to take you to jail for anything. This is just another example of that. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. >> Make sure to like and subscribe. >> Y'all have a wonderful day.
