You having the Sheriff officer stop and say, "Hey man, you can't walk on the side of road here." And this guy was selling and said, "Bro, that's all you got to tell me. Okay, whatever. Leave me alone." And yet, this officer felt some type of way about it. You have him say, "Hey, let me see your ID real quick." And you will see in this interaction and this officer didn't care about him walking on the side of the road. He just wanted to get his ID and just to run him for warrants.
