But yet, when this guy told him that he didn't want to talk to him, that's when this officer felt some type of way saying, "Hey, well, what's your name?" When he didn't give him that name, you already know what these officers going to do. Get in their feelings and put you in handcuffs. And then even towards the end, he's like, "You know what? Your resistance, I'm going to take you to jail for that." And that's one thing they're quick to do when they don't get what they want. That's my take on it, though.
