In this situation, there was a lady that called the police saying that this guy backed up into her car and he's saying that that didn't happen. Then you have an officer Gonzalez come. You go see the type of BS that he was on. So he ended up giving him two petty tickets and one in particular saying how he backed into this lady's car is careless driving and he said, "Well, how can you say that I did that if you didn't even go to see the video?"
