Police been following me for no reason. Pulled me over, said I couldn't maintain my lane, but I didn't cross over the white line or the yellow line. He was riding my bumper almost the whole entire time. He had no reason to pull me over, yet here he is pulling me over. >> I ask everybody who does the same thing that you guys were doing, is there anything in the vehicle you guys have any issue with me check? >> Yes, I do. No, I do not consent to any searches or seizures. You have really no reason to pull me over, officer. I'm >> you the reason for the stop was you were unable to maintain your lane. >> I didn't cross over the yellow or the white line. I did maintain my lane. So, I'm going to be late for work. Do you want to write me a citation? Go ahead and write me a citation. Folks, so this is what's going to happen. Our partner is going to run his K9, so I'm going to ask both of you to hop out of the car for me. Jesus Christ, man. I'm going to shut my door to my car. No. Go back over there. Go back over there. You got to go and cuff I want to shut the door to my car. Shut my door, please. For our safety, For my safety, I just wanted the door shut to my car. >> on edge, okay? Well, it puts me on edge when I get tailed all the way here and then pulled over for no reason. >> [music] [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video it's from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, where you had this guy get pulled over by this Putnam County Sheriff officer. At first, he noticed that the Sheriff was following him, so he pulled over to the side, let him pass, he got back on the road, and the Sheriff decides to follow him again. And he's going to work with one of his work friends, and you will see what this officer pulled him over, made up like a BS reason saying that he crossed the white line. And that is one very important thing that I do want to mention, man, and get a dash camera, something recording you because even for me right now, I have a camera that's outside of my car that records everything. For some odd reason, when I have that camera on, I never get pulled over. But when I don't have the camera on, I get pulled over. Like it's actually kind of ironic. They see this camera in the back, they're like, "Nah, I ain't finna mess with that today." Because there's two things you will learn in this video. One, a dash cam could definitely prove an officer's lying, and two, make sure you always keep your phone charged. I'm going to watch it and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video. Okay, so police have been following me ever since Cloverdale and they pulled me over as soon as I got into Greencastle for no reason. I pulled off to get him out from behind me and he followed me anyway. Then I drove all the way into right before I got into Greencastle following the speed limit and he pulled me over and said I couldn't maintain my lane, but I didn't cross over the white line or the yellow line. And he was riding my bumper almost the whole entire time. He had no reason to pull me over, yet here he is pulling me over. He has no reason to pull me over, Jody. All right, folks. So, I ask everybody who does the same thing that you guys were doing. Is there anything in the vehicle that I need to be aware of? >> No. >> Nope. You guys have any issue with me checking? Yes, I do. I It's not my vehicle. I just wanted a ride to work. No, I do not consent to any searches or seizures. Okay. I just wanted a ride to work. >> I understand. So, is again, is there any reason that you turned off there on 800 South >> Because you were blinding you were blinding me. I told you that. And he couldn't see from behind >> was he was riding too closely. >> reason. I drive this route every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so All right. You have really no reason to pull me over, officer. I'm recording this for my safety purposes. That's fine. I'm recording as well. So, no issue with that at all. >> And I told you the reason for the stop was you were unable to maintain your lane. >> I didn't cross over the yellow or the white line. I did maintain my lane, sir. All right. It is kind of hard to see when you're driving. But, I just My vehicle's at work. I I wanted him to take me to my vehicle [laughter] this morning. Yeah, and you're I'm going to be late for work, so All right, if you want to write me a citation, go ahead and write me a citation. Okay, I'll be right back with you. >> All right, thank you. Absolutely did not have probable cause to pull me over at all. And this is why you should always record when you're being pulled over. All right, folks. So, this is what's going to happen. My partner is going to run his K9. He can't do it with people in the car, so I'm going to ask both of you to hop out of the car for me. Jesus Christ, man. Just wait. Just a second, please. [ __ ] dude. You guys have no right to pull me over. whatsoever. Yeah. I thank you. Yeah, sure. This is totally an illegal stop. >> Listen, I understand how you feel. I didn't stop you, okay? I'm just here to help, okay? >> All right. Yeah. Totally violated my rights right now. Okay. We're going to have to step on back over here in a second. You can You can take it with you if you want. Yeah, I am. And yes, I am. Sorry, Jody. I'm just going to have you guys hang out right here. I'm going to bring my dog out and ask you guys a couple questions real quick. I don't answer questions. >> fine. That's fine. I can't see. I'm going to shut my door to my car. I can get it. No, go back over there. >> Yeah, don't touch me. Do not touch me. >> Go back over there. Are you going to go and cut >> I want to shut the door my Shut my door, please. >> please Please go and shut Please go back to the front of the car. Yeah, we got to stand for our safety. For my safety, that's why I'm recording. >> Damn, you can't even close your own door without them saying that's officer's safety. I just wanted the door shut to my car. >> on edge, okay? What puts me on edge when I get tailed all the way here and then pulled over for no reason? What are you looking at? Athena. What are you looking I was taken out in an ambulance yesterday cuz I was really dizzy. Yeah. And I left my car at work and I needed to get a ride to work. >> Feeling better? Not really. Yeah. Honestly, not really. But they couldn't find anything wrong. My blood pressure was fine. My blood sugar was fine. Well, they are harassing me for no reason on my way to work. What's your shift start like? 4:00 or 5:00? 5:00 or 5:30. His starts at 4:30, though. I think it's called something else now, isn't it? >> Uh Knitwell, but everybody knows it as Athena. Yep. We good? Can I go now? Huh? Are we good? Okay. Give me just a second. And here he's walking him around a second time. This the that pulled me over? That's our Deputy Mankins. Thank you. What's your name and badge number, please? Mine is Officer Clement with Greencastle PD, 108. Thank you. And your badge number, sir? 203. And your name? Corporal Thank you. And that's the K9 officer, Officer Dewitt, 205. Thank you. Thank you. Um This is the dog indicated to the presence of the odor of narcotics. There ain't no way, dude. That dog did not do that, but and I I I do not consent to a search of any way. You've already pulled me over illegally. I didn't pull you over. Well, he did. I mean, I'm not trying to be a dick, but he caused me to be late for work. Yeah, I'm very frustrated. You had no reason to do that to me, pull me over, none whatsoever. He was riding too closely. I pulled off so that he wouldn't be on riding too closely so I could see to drive and he followed me all the way here and I maintained my speed, my broke no laws, didn't cross either white or yellow line and he still pulled me over. Okay, so bear with me for just a second, okay? I understand you're frustrated. I don't even work for the same department as that man, okay? Okay. >> Um but he has made a stop. He has asked me to run my dog, okay? My dog alerts to um the presence of narcotics. He did so here, okay? Now, that is the presence of the And unfortunately, his phone did end up dying, but basically from reading from the post, these officers searched his car, didn't find anything, end up giving him a bogus ticket, but it really does show how they really be lying just to pull you over. And that's what I was meaning about to get a dash cam because that could dispute anything that this officer is saying that you did, especially when you have that dash camera. Because in the beginning, you have him say he was unable to maintain his lane, but I best believe he would have saw that dash camera, he would have gave him a warning. >> So, the reason for the stop was you were unable to maintain your lane. >> I didn't cross over the yellow or the white line. I did maintain my lane. >> And that's why it's a must to get that dash cam. Him wanting to shut his door is apparently officer safety. >> Go back over there. Go back over there. >> touching me. >> Go back over there. Are you going to go in cuffs? I want to shut the door to my Shut my door, please. You're going to stand for our safety. For my safety, that's why I'm recording Shut to my car. on edge, okay? What puts me on edge is when I get tailed all the way here. >> Yeah, when you're getting followed and profiled, it'll put anybody on edge. And it's very important to always record, but it's very much important to have your phone charged. But that's my take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about that pun intended deputy for pulling this guy over, continuously following him. He pulls over, you having this officer waiting for him to get back on the road, pulls him over, then wants to say, "Oh, you couldn't maintain your lane." Obviously, we already know officers be lying about stuff like that just to find a reason to stop you so they can search you. But I like I said, if you had that dash camera and they see you have one, for some reason, that ticket is going to be a warning. It happens every time. Even happened with me. An officer said that I didn't stop at a stop sign. I had that dash camera. But it's also a reminder to always have your phone charged. You never know what will happen with these officers. That's my take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
