Let's unviolate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Deputy City Marshals over there in Las Vegas. Where you have these Marshals pull this guy over over his license plate. And then when he give them his license and registration, you have in this officer asking some questions. And obviously, he was not going to answer him. You even have an officer saying, "Hey, you know where we at?" He answered back saying, "Do you know where we at?" They were basically trying to say that he was under the influence. And this guy was letting have it. He was not going for it. He was letting them know like, I know my rights. Like, I'm not under the influence. He even had them admit that he was driving perfectly fine. So, why were they suspecting him to be under the influence? I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Good afternoon. I'm Officer Reed. The reason why I'm pulling you over is cuz you don't have a plate. Any weapons in the vehicle? >> Why Why am I being stopped after Why am I being questioned after That's valid, and my insurance is valid, and my license is valid. >> Cuz you had nothing That was a reason to stop you, but now I'm just making sure that there's no weapons in the vehicle. And you didn't even know where you were. >> No, I asked I said I know exactly where I am. I asked >> Is that why you had to look before I asked you? >> No. >> You said You didn't know where you were. >> My man. How how how are you going to tell me that I didn't know where >> Cuz I asked you where you were, and you said >> Why are you asking? No, I'm I asked you if you know where we are. >> where we are. >> I Okay, what No, I said You said, "Where are you going?" I said, "Here." >> I didn't say where Yeah. >> And I said You said, "Where are we?" I said, "You don't know where we are?" >> You said you didn't know. So, you didn't >> Where are you heading? >> Here. >> Huh? >> Here. >> What's Where What's your >> Here. >> Right where we're where we're at. Where are we? >> You don't know where we are? >> Nope. >> Going back on the video, looks like this officer is lying. >> Do you know where you were? >> No, I asked I said I know exactly where I am. I asked you >> Is that why you had to look before I asked you? >> No. You said You know you were you were, my man. How how how are you going to tell me that I didn't know where >> Cuz I asked where you at, you said >> Why are you asking? No, I'm I asked you if you know where we are. >> where we are. >> I Okay, no. I said You said where you going? I said here. >> I didn't say where you >> Yeah. And I said You said where are we? >> you didn't >> I said You don't know where we are? >> You said you didn't know. So >> How Why would I say I'm going here >> And I And you didn't know >> No, why That don't make no You're not making any sense. >> You're not making any sense. >> I said I'm coming >> Any weapons in the vehicle? >> I don't have to answer any questions. >> Got anything to drink, anything to smoke? [laughter] >> What are you doing? >> What you doing? Okay, man. Did you have anything to drink? >> What's the odor of the marijuana? So what we're going to have you do >> I have marijuana. >> Yes, but now we have to determine if you've been smoking tonight. Have you been smoking tonight? >> Tonight I haven't. I haven't smoked since Been about 60 hours. >> 60 hours, okay. >> 60 hours. >> 60 hours. >> Like almost 3 days. It's not 3 days. >> All right. All right, that's all we need to find out. We have to We smell marijuana, we got to ask you some questions. When you start saying I don't answer you >> around with an ounce, right? Up to >> I don't know. As long as it's I think whatever Whatever you buy Like you buy it from the dispensary, right? >> Well, you can I helped I helped legislate the marijuana laws out here. >> Yeah. So that was >> back in like 20 15 >> Yeah. >> I was I went door to door. >> Yeah. >> Had to get what? 10% of registered voters to >> Sign off on it? The petition? Okay. >> So I know that law pretty well. Did you guys Was I driving okay? >> Uh pretty much the only reason why I stopped you is um your registration. You don't have a plate on. >> All right, but that's good, isn't >> Yeah, that's good. >> My insurance is good? >> Uh did he He's Insurance is good, your license is good? >> And my driving was good. >> Driving was good. >> Okay, so >> But there's an odor of marijuana coming from the >> Right, and that's legal. >> Well, you can't smoke it in your vehicle, so >> Oh, was I smoking when >> It's not smoke It's not >> come billowing out when I rolled down the window? >> It doesn't matter It doesn't have to just like a chimney stack. >> But I wasn't smoking. >> You weren't How do I know you didn't just >> I'm going to pull over. >> It's your car, you should know. >> If he would have did that, you definitely would have still seen some smoke. >> It's your car, you should know. >> Even if I did, the smoke would come out the window. So, I smoked at home, not in the car. >> Smoked in the car, parked in park. >> Okay, so >> That's extensive. Even if I did smoke at home, it could have been days ago. >> Or it could have been 20 minutes ago. >> I wasn't We don't know that. That's why he's asking. >> We don't know that. >> So, what are you trying to do? >> Are you willing to perform some field sobriety tests? >> What kind? >> It's just uh you stand out here, you look at this, you walk here. >> I told you guys not you guys specifically. What Are you What Can you get your sergeant out here, please, actually? >> Oh, yeah, sure. >> Control 3 Victor 1. >> My man. >> And he's rolling up the window. Uh be advised, he just uh rolled up the window on >> All right, my man, I need you to listen. Our supervisor's on the way, but right now you didn't answer our questions about having a weapon. So, right now I'm going to ask you to get out of the car. If you refuse to get out of the car, I'm off them lawfully going to have to remove you from this car. Do you understand that? Okay, I'm going to need you to step out of the car for me. Because I'm giving you a lawful order. You didn't answer my question about weapons in the car. For officer safety, I'm going to have you step out of the car now. >> hear him ask me any questions about weapons in the car. >> You didn't hear me? I asked you, he asked you. It's all on body cam. >> I didn't hear that. >> Everything's right here. >> You said you don't answer questions, remember? >> I don't remember that. >> Okay. Okay, so now you don't remember, but it was that you didn't answer. Okay. Uh go ahead and step out of the vehicle. >> Why? >> Or are you willing to answer the question now? >> What question? >> Do you have any weapons in the vehicle? >> I don't. >> You don't have any weapons in the vehicle? Talk to him again. >> I don't. >> Three Victor One, he rolled the window down. We asked him to step out, now he's refusing to get out of the vehicle. >> He didn't say there's a weapon in the vehicle. >> Could you please keep the window down? >> Why? >> We don't know what's in there, my man. >> Hey, partner. >> Okay. You can see everything I got. >> Okay. It's cold out there, my boy. >> I I get it, my man. Okay, I'm trying to work Okay, my man. I'm not >> I'm not trying to >> a supervisor I have a supervisor coming over here for you. All I'm asking is to keep the window down, okay? I I have no If you want to keep it like this, this is fine. >> I I'm not going >> Okay? >> I got good hot air in here, you know what >> You said what? >> I got good hot air in here, you know. >> Okay, my man. >> I don't want to let it out. >> I get it, my man. I'm going to get you here. >> He didn't uh He didn't answer >> Nope. Uh not >> He ended up answering >> He ended up answering, but he said that I we didn't ask, so And then he kept going up and down the window, so >> Driver, keep your hands on the wheel. >> Control, Three Victor One, he's reaching around the car. I don't know what he just grabbed. >> See him reaching around or something? >> Laptop? >> Driver, stop reaching in the car. Driver, just letting you know if you keep reaching around, you may be shot. >> One thing about cops, man, they're so trigger-happy. >> Standing on one leg and all that good stuff. >> All good. All right. But just listen to to him, okay? He's the primary officer, he's the one in charge. Just listen to him, okay? Do you have any weapons, anything on you? >> I told you I told >> Can I search? >> Officer, that's the third time I told you. >> Oh, okay. Can I search? >> Yes. >> Okay. Come over here. Put your hands behind your back. All right, separate your feet for me. >> Officer, I'm being treated unfairly. >> That's my leg right there. Okay. All right, listen to him right here, okay? He's the primary officer. >> Go ahead, man. >> All right, my man, put your hands behind your back. I'm going to pat you down one more time. Make it clapping. All right, you don't have anything in your sleeves, right? All right, no No hidden No hidden blades? All right, my man, at this time you're being under arrest for obstruction. >> How? >> Refusing to get out of the car is obstructing me from my investigation. >> I just I just went to court for this. >> Okay. >> I I didn't even refuse. >> You did. Everything's on body cam. >> Officer, he said he wanted me to do uh >> Okay, you can decline out here, but when he requested you to get out of the vehicle, you you did not. That's obstruction. >> How? >> I just told you. >> I went to court. >> You're hindering or delaying the investigation. >> I went to court I went to court for this. >> Okay. Well, you'll be going to court for it again. >> Let me Can y'all roll my window up? >> Lock my car up. >> All right, your car's going to be towed. It's at a closed business. >> They're not closed. I'm here to pick up a order. >> You know they trying to find something. They searched this man three times. >> Hey, take a step to your right. Face that way. Keep facing that way. >> You guys pulled me over and everything is good. >> Take a seat. Watch your head. You see anything over there right there? >> No, just uh tools. Just messing with them. >> And just tools? >> Like this like a power adapter. I would just say this is also tools. >> It's all considered tools? >> Yeah, tools. >> CDs? Clothing? More tools? >> More tools, extensions, ratchets. Yeah, more just tools. Oil, engine oil. >> How old are you, man? I can go check the computer, but I'm like >> I thought I was with you. >> So, I'm on the spectrum. >> I don't >> I'm >> You rather me check the computer? Or you can just tell me how old you are. >> I'm like I don't know why I'm going to jail. >> You don't know how old you are? >> I don't know why I'm going to jail. >> Okay, I'll just check the computer. >> But that's what I was saying. I was like, I said um Grubhub or something. But see, the thing is I Uber Eats, I think you're required to have a license plate. I don't know about Grubhub now. Grubhub just hires everyone. >> Mhm. >> You can take all that weed inside the jail anyway. Yard? >> It could take two minutes. >> You got a boot? >> Yeah, it'd have to be but I'd say keep it. >> I'm trying to find stuff for him. >> Show me evidence or there ain't going to be there ain't going to be no >> I mean Just leave it in the car then. >> Nah. >> That's it. You can't leave that. So, I >> I'll take it, bro. >> Okay. >> Thank you, bro. >> And if you if it weighs more than a What is it, an ounce? >> Yeah. >> Then it's a Well, actually I think it might have got moved up. >> I thought it went up to >> It might I think it went up to 2 oz. >> Oh, yeah. I think I heard that. >> Yeah. >> I don't think that's 2 oz then. >> Uh just book it in for safekeeping. >> The fact that they don't know what's the legal amount of marijuana you could carry is kind of terrifying. Like the only thing they're really trying to get is you have a firearm because if you have marijuana and you have your gun with you, unfortunately, they're going to put you in jail for it. >> Yeah. I don't think that's 2 oz then. >> Uh just book it in for safekeeping. >> All right. And then let me know if it is above 2 oz. >> But I don't even know where Where do you >> Put this in the locker cell, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah, that's all I was going to I was just wondering. All right, thanks. >> You got to wait for tow then? >> Wait for tow? >> Actually, no. You Yeah, you can use the >> Yeah, he's >> I don't >> All right, you got to show him the You got to wait for the tow then. >> Yeah. >> Do you still want to go to evidence? >> That's all good, bro. >> Okay. We checked the evidence. >> Okay. >> Just two little CDs, clothing. >> And then I'll I'll bring you guys the form. >> Thank you. >> All right, thank you. >> He said he wants to roll the window up. If you could do that for >> Yeah, I I roll the window up. I mean, the car's getting towed, but yeah, I'll roll the window up. >> The car will be right back tomorrow. >> Okay. But but >> Okay, so that is definitely a weapon. >> Okay. I'll roll the window up. >> All right. If they refuse, even though we we can still >> There's a difference between >> you to step out of the car, you just rolled the window down. >> [snorts] >> That's not >> I gave you the reason. I said for officer safety. >> You didn't know. >> And you rolled the window back up in my face. I said the reason The first time I said I wanted you to step out and do the FSTs, right? >> No. >> And then And I said just to make sure you're okay, do a little walk and turn, and you said rolled up the window. >> No, I said I'm not trying to do that. I told you my leg. >> Step out of the car, the cameras were on, my man. Yes. Maybe you didn't hear me cuz the window was up. Even with my sergeant there, you still refused to get out of the car. Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Pennsylvania versus Mims. When you get some time, look that up. I said Supreme Court case Pennsylvania versus Mims. It's a good read. Yes, but it's a Supreme Court case. Well, well, like I said, we'll we'll see you in court then. >> You won't because you guys don't show up. >> Oh, I I I get overtime when I show up. >> No, you don't show up to You never show up. I've been [snorts] there five times. And you guys haven't won a case. Five zero. And you guys never show up. You guys showed up one time. >> Yep. Yep. And And during my investigation, I smelled the odor of marijuana. Smelled the odor of marijuana, and I had to determine that you were okay to drive. I was trying to determine if you were okay to drive. Not in a circle. So, field sobriety test, it's a walk in a straight line. You conduct some field sobriety tests, show me that you're okay to drive, and you'll be on your way. If you If I determine that the smell of odor of marijuana is coming from your vehicle, and I couldn't determine it because you wouldn't I couldn't determine if you were okay to drive cuz you wouldn't look at me. You stayed looking at your phone and said, "I don't answer questions." That's what That's all you did for me. Yep. We're just discharging you with obstruction. That's the difference. Resisting is physical, like fight. You obstructed me in my investigation to determine if you were okay to drive. I didn't say I I didn't say I don't know. I said I couldn't determine that because I pulled you over for too fast. It doesn't matter, my man. There was a strong odor of marijuana. Once we got to the window Yep. Yep. They try to slap any charges on you when you don't answer their questions. First thing this officer says is, "Hey, he doesn't answer questions and it smells like marijuana." >> He doesn't answer any questions. It smells like marijuana. Go ahead and see what we can get cuz he's not facing me. >> Then you have in a second officer trying to do some trick questions. >> Where you headed? >> Here. >> Huh? >> Here. >> Which Where What's your >> Here. >> Right Where Where Where Where we at? Where You don't know where we are? >> Nope. >> And you didn't even know where you were. >> No, I asked I said I know exactly where I am. I asked >> Is that why you had to look before I asked you? >> No. >> You said You >> [music] >> You didn't know where you were, my man. >> How How How are you going to tell me that I didn't know >> Cuz I asked where you at and you said >> Why are you asking? No, I'm I asked you if you know where you are. >> I know where we are. >> I Okay, what No, I said You said, "Where are you going?" I said, "Here." >> I didn't say where >> Yeah. >> And I said You said, "Where are we?" >> And you didn't >> I said, "You don't know where we are?" >> You said you didn't know. >> So, how Why would I say I'm going here and I >> And you didn't know >> No, why That don't make no You're not making any sense. >> Because he's trying to confuse him. This officer clearly said he doesn't know where he's at. And one thing about when you have marijuana or like your car smells like weed, these officers are praying and hoping you have a gun on you so they can have a charge on you. >> Do you have any weapons on you they can get? >> No. >> Can I search? >> I said that's the third time I told you. >> Oh, okay. Can I search? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Come over here. >> All right. >> All right, man. Place your hands behind your back. I'm going to pat you down one more time. >> Oh yeah, I forgot. It's one thing you don't answer their questions. It's another thing when you don't look at them. Man, they're going to assume a whole bunch of stuff. But that's some of the take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these deputy marshal officers for pulling this guy over? They kept asking him multiple times, "Do you have a weapon on you? Do you have a weapon on you?" They searched him three times. And then when they were asking him about marijuana, these officers don't even know what's the legal limit to have for carrying marijuana? They're saying oh an ounce. No, they moved it up to 2 oz. And then you have the one officer saying oh I don't know. Because one thing about it man, they do not care. If they know you got weed, they're going to try to find a gun on you or anything to like put a charge on you. And like with this guy, he just wasn't answering their questions. He was there. They want to say that the business was closed, but it wasn't. He was just there to pick up an order. But these officers were swearing up and down that he was doing something suspicious. He got charged with obstruction because he didn't want to look at the officer answer their questions or get out the car. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
