It's BB Cass back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Sumter County Sheriff's Office over there in Florida where these Sumter County Sheriff's Offices pulled this guy over and just got straight to fishing. You will see what these officers pulled him over for his tint. But yeah, it went from his tint to, "Hey, you got anything in the car? Hey, you mind if we had a dog run around the car?" And then his grandpa showed up to the scene and record them. And the thing is with the Sheriff Department, they've been harassing this guy's family for quite some time and he's honestly just sick of it. And you will see in this video how these officers end up calling the dog. The dog alerted, but yet they didn't find nothing but Casper. I'm going to watch it and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video. Hey, good afternoon, sir. How you doing, man? Deputy Pearson, Sumter County Sheriff's Office. Couple things. All right, I'm going to test it with my meter as well, but your signal back here you got to do it well more in advance than what you did. That was like last second. I don't know if you were just like right here right here right when you come by here. No, right here at this stop sign when you came here by the elementary school. That's the reason for our stop, man. You got your license, registration, insurance? Thank you. I got the insurance. No worries. Appreciate it. You know who I was following y'all from? Yeah. I'm at You know who I was following? I didn't even smoke guy. That's it. Tell him to walk. Tell him to walk on the school. Right at elementary school. Yeah, this is good right here. And this registration and then uh He said just the registration? >> have the registration. In the glove. Okay, okay, okay. It is. I thought I had the the picture of it. There we go. There we go. What's No, I got it. I got it. All right. All right, this is temporary, man. All right, let me get this checked out. Definitely some green, smell green. Yeah. Yep, y'all heard the same thing I did. He said he smelled green. But let's educate old Dr. Peterson, I meant Peterson. Well, in early October of 2025, Florida Appeals Court ruling confirmed that because legal regulated hemp is pervasive, the odor of cannabis does not make it immediately apparent that a crime is being committed. And that was backed up by the Second District Court of Appeals right here in Florida. And so that's not just a deep AI search. It's just saying in in fact that the officers must, and I mean they must now, point to additional facts beyond odor to justify warrantless search. What's up, man? What's up? Do you want to ride today? All right, man. Listen, I'm Deputy Garrity with the K9 unit, okay? I just been requested here to walk my dog around the vehicle over narcotics. All right, my man? Do you have a a medical marijuana card? Deputy Garrity, you I thought I got pulled over for for tint. Okay. Sir, do you have a medical marijuana card? >> And that's the thing with these officers. First it'd be for your tint, the next thing it'd be, "Hey, what do you got in the car? Hey, you sure you ain't got something in the car? Hey, you mind if we search it? Hey, we're going to call the K9 unit." I don't know who I I'm not worried about who that is on the phone. I'm sorry. Okay, I I I appreciate that, but we pulled you over, not your mom. He's totally fine. I'm just asking him do you have a medical marijuana card? Tell him to shut the vehicle off. Took. Took. All right. Hey, Mr. Hilbert. Yes, sir. Hey, the dog did alert to this vehicle, okay? Need you to step out of the vehicle so I can search it. Hey, you've been super cool with me, man. Is there anything I need to worry about? I'll work with you, man. I'll work with you, man. In other words, hey, what do you want to tell me so I can put you in jail? >> worry about? I'll work with you, man. Be safe. I don't know. There's nothing in here. See y'all. I don't know. It's It's Where Where's Where's grandpa? Okay. You can You can still talk on the phone. Just come on out so I can get He said to get out of the car and still talk on the phone. You heard me? I'm getting out now. Just do me a favor. Just let me do a quick pat down, will you? All right. Thank you, sir. I appreciate you. Just come on back here to my car. Right here on this side, please. You said what? I'm good. It's not a good bathroom, man. Ain't on you. All right. You good? I got it. You good? Yeah, good. You got Huh? You got any marijuana on you, man? Yeah. >> [bell] [applause] >> For what? 15 ft, Mr. Morrow. It's 30 I'll give you 35. I got it I got it already. I got it already. Back that buddy. How many feet you standing in front of me right now? Tell me that. How many feet you standing in front of me? You don't even know, so shut up. Follow me all the way from the road. I know it. I already know. I already know. I'm glad y'all done this. I'm glad y'all done this. You just walked into it. How far you standing from him, officer? What's your name? Deputy Garrity, sir. What's your What's your badge number? 60216. How far you standing from this car? Probably about 20 ft. No. Two basketball hoops here's to be. You way off, bro. Way off. What y'all pull him over for? For my tint. Oh, no talk. What y'all pull him over for? I can't tell you. I didn't pull him over, sir. All right. Who pulled him over? Which one of them pulled him over? Peterson. You ain't going to find nothing. Ain't nothing on there. We knew y'all was going to do this. Ain't nothing in there. They sure trying their hardest to look for Casper. Let's go. Let's go. Sumter County, I love it. Pat Reading, this is what I was talking to you about Saturday, man. This is exactly what I said I need to talk to you about. Now we got something. Let's get the card, Dep. Let me get your card. I don't have any card, sir. Sorry, I gave you my badge number. 60216. It's good enough. I know. Let me show you your doors real quick. What are y'all shooting at now? Which one I followed you from out there? This one right here? Tint. Tint. Ain't no damn tint in the trunk. Man, we got Peters all over the place. This is Sergeant Christopher McPeters, badge number 60275. Couldn't look me in the face the whole time I was there. Let's talk, officer. I need your card, man. I don't need to talk to you, sir. Well, I need a CAD for this call. I need a CAD number for this call. Yes, sir. What's your name? Sergeant McPeters. McPeters, I know you. What's your badge number? 60275. Please step on this side, please, out of the road. I will. And all y'all have All y'all got your body cams on? We do. And Deputy Peterson, you say you don't need to talk to me. Is that Is that correct? >> Yes, sir. And you choose not to. Is that correct? Yes, sir. All right. You see people like this you got to watch out for, man. Now, he won't he won't talk to the man, the adult, the authority in the room, but he could stop people just just above their teenage years, you know, that that just got off a Pedialyte. He want to talk to them, but not to a grown person. Watch him, y'all. That's fine. That's perfect. What he say he pulled you over for, John? Yeah. He gave you a written warning? A written? At first, he gave him a verbal warning telling him to have a good day, but now that he's getting called out, he's going to have a written warning. Y'all tyrants, man. It don't make no sense. I know you probably just backing him up, but still you you you come on, man. Come on, man. Special investigations pulling over talking about traffic enforcement. Man, y'all y'all why? Lord have mercy. That goes to you? Thank you, sir. Yes, sir. Have a good one. You too. No don't worry about it. I got this. I promise you. All this did was just motivate me. That's it. That's it. That's it. Give me the key. Well, Ken folks, just to wrap it up, man. My grandson was just going to school to pick up his two little brothers, man, and I guess he can't do that while being black and driving a Mercedes. >> I will also say if y'all want to learn more about the corruption that's happening in Sumter County, make sure to go over to Body Bag Records YouTube channel. Give him a sub- scribe and watch his videos. He has a lot of videos with the Sheriff's Department how they just been harassing him and his family, and it's just really crazy. They're just making it very obvious that they're just targeting him. Because from the beginning of the video, you having this deputy saying that he's smelling green. Then you having the other officer doing the signal with his hand. Smells like green. Smells green. You see those four taps mean it's a go. But Walter's over there gloving up. >> These officers were so certain that they had something. And then you having this officer saying that the dog alerted then wants to lie say, "Hey, man, look, if you just work with me, I'll work with you." But in reality, they just want you to say something so they could put you in jail. >> Hey, the dog did alert to this vehicle, okay? I need you to step out of the vehicle so I can search it. Hey, you've been super cool with me, man. Is there anything I need to worry about? I'll work with you, man. Be safe. Y'all was purposely targeting him and following him just try to catch him on something, but yeah, you want to say that you're going to work with him. But for some reason when grandpa got there, you having these officers just change their attitude. How many feet you standing from? You don't even know. So shut up. Let's talk, officer. I need your car, man. Have a good one. And notice at first, he told his grandson to have a nice day. He wasn't even going to give him a written warning, but as soon as granddad started calling him out, for some reason he had to print one out. That's one thing about tyrants, man. They don't like talking to people that's highly informed and already know what type of game they're playing because they're not able to manipulate them. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these Sumter County Sheriff Deputies for harassing this guy's grandson? You having these officers following him, and then when they pulled him over, they want to say, "Oh, yeah, it's for your 10, man. You know, yeah, it'll be real quick." Then want to come back and say, "Hey, man, I think we smell green." And then wants to lie talking about, "Hey, man, look, if you just work with me, we'll work with you." And obviously, you know what that means. And even when these officers took him out the car and they were searching it. Like I don't know, maybe there's something wrong with the dog because they didn't find nothing but Casper. You having these officers get so desperate, they start looking under the car. They were really tearing this guy's car apart in hopes of trying to find something. But as soon as grandpa came in, they didn't like that one bit at all. You saw those officers mood change when he rolled up to the scene. And it just goes to show when you expose a lot of these tyrants and expose what's going on, these officers don't like it when they see you coming up because they already know that you know the type of game that they're playing. And they get very upset that they can't manipulate you into their BS. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe. And y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
