It's BB cast back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Paulding County Sheriff's Office over there in Georgia, where you had this guy that was walking on the side of the street. This guy was getting some exercise in. Unfortunately, he's dealing with some health problems. He goes out at night to get some exercise in because walking at night you're less likely have to deal with traffic, and that's what he was doing. So, he had a flashlight with him. And when he was flashing the flashlight, there was a sheriff officer in front of him. And then you going to see where the sheriff gets out the car and says, "Hey, man, well, why are you flashing that flashlight at?" Well, I don't know why these officers get so upset about people having their flashlights when they be flashing their flashlights all the time at people's faces. Even I dealt with this so many times. Be blinding the mess out of you. But when they're getting the flashlight shined at them, they don't like it very much. I'mma watch it and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Here we go. Now he's taking off again. Uh Yeah, he's been harassing me, pulling ahead and stopping. Now he's turning his lights on. GV52080 What do you want? >> What's going on with you? >> I'm out walking and getting my exercise. What's going on with you? What is your name and badge number? >> Don't step up on me. >> What is your name and badge number? >> I'm Deputy Passi, 1369. >> Okay. What are you bothering me for? >> Right now, you you're walking against the flow of traffic. You need to be on the other side of the road. >> Really? What's that law? Can you name me the statute? >> Uh I can look it up for you. >> Well, look me up the statute and I'll move over the other side of the road. >> So uh why are you yelling at me? >> Why are you yelling at me? >> Cuz you're walking in the road shining a light at me. >> No, I'm not. I'm out getting my exercise. >> While I'm sitting parked over there. >> Well, I didn't know who that was. I don't know who that was. I'm just shining my light. >> patrol car >> No, I didn't. Hey sir, what is your name and badge number? >> Uh Deputy uh Ludesman. >> Okay, thank you. >> Requesting backup over somebody flashing a flashlight seems kind of crazy to me. >> Okay, thank you. I appreciate you being professional. This guy is harassing me for doing nothing more than walking down the road. I'm out here getting my exercise. Look, I'm going to show y'all something. Be very careful. Don't shoot me. I'm going to show y'all something. See this right here? >> Yes, sir. >> It's a chemo port. >> Okay. >> See the plastic tube going into my jugular vein? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm sick. I have cancer. And this guy is harassing me. >> Well, apparently you made contact with me. >> No, he's harassing. What's your name and badge number? >> Nelson, 1302. >> Okay, thank you. >> N E L S O N >> Won't you all just leave me alone? >> Well, hear me out, sir. We're going to leave you alone, right? You want to your exercise at I don't know what time it is. What time >> why? Cuz there's no traffic. >> Well, hear me out. I'm not saying it's wrong, right? There's no exercise time frame in the county. If you could just do it walking towards traffic. >> Okay, I'll get on the other side of the road. But can you tell me what the statute is? Can you tell me what the statute is? >> For what? >> Walking towards the traffic. >> Walking on the wrong side of the road? >> Yeah, can you give me the statute? >> Yeah, sure. >> Okay, and I'll get on the other side of the road. Just that the bike trail starts down this way. >> And I'm not saying you got to get off this way. I'm just saying if you could just if you're doing laps this way, just go the opposite way. >> No, I'm going to go the way I want. >> All right. >> Yeah, I can see traffic coming this way. >> Well, traffic's not coming >> Then I'll get on the other side of the road. But show me the statute that says that. Okay, I appreciate it. Cuz I see people out here walking on both sides of the road all the time. >> Well, we're only We're only so much, right? We're three. >> Yeah, why y'all harassing me? >> We're not harassing >> You are harassing me. >> know the definition of harassing? >> Yes, I do. Won't you tell me? >> No, I'm asking >> He's harassing me. >> All right, tell me what he's doing. >> Yeah, he's been out here hollering and screaming at me while I was coming down the road. >> Okay, do you know >> So >> No, you were hollering and screaming. I got you on video. >> I got I got it on video too. >> Good. >> Yeah. So, I asked you if you were good and then you got aggressive right off the rip. >> Don't matter. It's not illegal. Won't you just de-escalate? I I said de-escalate five times. I said de-escalate. >> All right, so right here 40-60-96 pedestrians on or along roadway subsection D. Where neither a sidewalk nor a shoulder is available, any pedestrian >> This is a shoulder. This is a shoulder. >> Hear me out. Striding along or upon a highway shall stand or stride as near as practi- practicable to the outside edge of the roadway and if on a two-lane roadway shall stand and stride only on the left side of the roadway. >> Okay. >> That'll be this side of the roadway, sir. >> Okay. >> I'm not trying to bother you, I promise you. I'm concerned about your safety. >> No, you're not. >> All right. Uh sir, you have a great night. >> I thank you. That's the way to handle it. Thank you. That's perfect. I appreciate your professionalism. I'm going to cross the roadway. Is that what you want? >> That's what you want to do. You said you were going to do that. >> Okay. Is that what y'all want me to do? Get on the other side and go that way? >> I just said if that's what you want to do, you can >> Man, I'm going to I'm going to put this video for Ashley Henson to see tomorrow, man. Y'all are something else. Now, what do y'all want me to do? Tell me. I don't I'm waiting for you to tell me what to do. >> Well, get off the roadway. >> Tell me what to do. >> Either if you're going to walk, walk this way or walk that way. >> I'd cross the road to walk the other way. You just told me not to. Bye. You're dismissed and you're dismissed. Bye. Thank you for being professional. You're the only one. Man, [ __ ] tyrants. >> I guess having a flashlight is dangerous to a police officer. And for yelling at him for having a flashlight, while you're flashing your flashlight, what sense does that make? >> So, what why are you yelling at me? >> Why are you yelling at me? >> Cuz you're walking in the road shining light at me. >> While you got your flashlight pointing at him. And they telling him he has to walk against traffic, but yet when he was trying to cross the road, they were telling him to not cross the road. >> just do it. Walking towards traffic. >> Okay, I'll get on the other side of the road. >> See, I'm concerned about your safety. >> No, you're not. >> Uh sir, you have a great night. >> I thank you. That's the way to handle it. I appreciate your professionalism. I'm going to cross the roadway. Is that what you want? >> That's what you want to do. You said you were going to do that. >> Okay. Is that what y'all want me to I Get on the other side and go that I don't I'm waiting you, don't tell me what to do. >> Well, get off the roadway. >> Tell me what to do. >> Telling him he has to walk against traffic. He's trying to cross the road to get on the other side and you're telling him to get off the roadway. Like y'all literally are not making any sense. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this Pinal County Sheriff officer for stopping this guy because he was flashing his flashlight. This guy was just walking, getting his exercise in. You have in this Sheriff deputy yell at him and then he wants to say, well, you know, you're flashing your flashlight at me. While you're flashing your flashlight at him. Like it literally doesn't make any sense. Then he proceeds to cross the street and then y'all telling him to get off the roadway. Like make up y'all's mind. First you got three officers here over somebody flashing their flashlight. Y'all telling him he has to walk this side of the road. He's trying to cross the road, then you're telling him he has to get off the roadway. Bro, they're just so addicted to power. They really don't like it when people don't bow down to them. They just start giving out a whole bunch of demands when it literally doesn't make any sense. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section.
