being detained because you were called in as a suspicious person >> as walking down the street. >> Well, can I see your sergeant? >> There's a there's a deputy on the way. >> What does that have to do with anything? But if there's no reason that you guys are stopping me from walking. That's ridiculous. >> All I need to do is enter your name and get assistant. Make sure you don't have a warrant and know you're free to go. >> Well, that's not constitutional. You can't just stop somebody walking down the road. >> This is not my area. I'm here assisting a Worth County deputy. >> I'll wait for him cuz this is not constitutional. What was the suspicion? What was I doing that was suspicious? >> Okay, sir. I'm just here assisting >> Well, you pulled up behind me. Was I doing anything suspicious while I was walking? What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Bloomfield Police Department over there in Wisconsin where you had this Bloomfield Police officer detained this guy and wasted his time literally for no reason saying that he was a suspicious person. When he asked his officer, "What's walking down the road suspicious? I live here." This officer said, "Well, you know, if you give me your ID, we could just send you out of here." He wasn't trying to give up his ID. Then you having this officer be out of his jurisdiction. So, he had to wait for a sheriff officer to get there to get his ID. And you going to see where this officer did nothing but just waste this guy's entire time. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> You're being detained because you were called in as a suspicious person >> as walking down the street. >> Well, can I see your sergeant? >> Oh, well, >> there's a there's a deputy on the way. What does that have to do with anything? >> I'm not wanted. I live in Lake Geneva, but if there's no reason that you guys are stopping me for walking. That's ridiculous. >> All I need to do is enter your name and get assistant. Make sure you don't have a warrant and know you're free to go. >> Well, that's not constitutional. You can't just stop somebody walking down the road. That's not >> This is not my area. I'm here assisting a Worth County deputy. >> Okay. Well, I'll wait for him on scene. Then >> I'll wait for him cuz this is not constitutional. This is crazy, guys. I'm walking down the road uh videotaping for my YouTube channel and I get stopped by the police saying uh for a suspicious person walking down the road. Um insanity that is not right is not constitutional. They're asking me to ID myself um when I have done nothing wrong and they're detaining me. I'm being detained, right? Correct. >> All right. I'm being detained right now for walking down the road. This is insanity. You guys are going to be funny because I live right in Lake Geneva. I've been a resident here for 4 years and I'm now I'm being detained by the police for walking down the road videotaping for my YouTube channel. This is going to be a good one, guys. I should get a million view hits on this one. Newman is this guy's name. from Bloomfield Police Department. >> Bloomfield Police. >> Thank you. Thank you, sir. I appreciate you. I'm not trying to be an [ __ ] but this is, you know, this is >> I'm not >> This is uh not constitutional. You guys can't just stop people walking down the road. You guys not legal for you guys to do that. It It's not. >> I'm investigating a suspicious person. >> What was the suspicion? What was I doing that was suspicious? >> I'm just here assisting. Well, you pulled up. >> He didn't want to answer that question. >> Well, you pulled up behind me. Was I doing anything suspicious while I was walking? >> Not say that you were. >> Okay. >> I'm investigating a suspicious person call that I received. >> Okay. Being detained for walking. Insanity. Complete insanity. Right now, we're going on 2 minutes and 30 seconds of being detained here now. We're walking down the road. I didn't even hear you pull up. I just happened to turn around cuz the car drove past me and I seen you pulled over on the road. I'm like, where the hell did you come from? Wanted from Washington, huh? That was the funniest thing. Never even been to Washington in my life, man. This is nuts. Well, I guess my trip to the trail down there is cancelled, guys, because it's going to take now another freaking 20 minutes for this other cop to get here. I'm being detained on the side of the road. I'm definitely going to contact an attorney about this and see what they say. Or if any of you guys are attorneys. >> No, I'm not because there's no reason I should have to. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm walking down the road. Even the judge, this happened to me once before and the judge told me, he's like, "When I was walking, they stopped you and they're like, "For what reason?" I was like, "Cuz I was walking. I was They said I was suspicious for walking." And he's like, "You know, you didn't have to tell them anything. A judge told me that shirt out of his mouth." So, very unconstitutional, man. You guys will learn though. You guys can't just be doing this [ __ ] I'm definitely going to file with people about this. It's definitely going to happen. And I got video proof. So, I was recording the whole time. Walking all the way down there, all the way up to here. Got videos walking all the way down. I got videos of my whole truck in my car at Walmart. [Music] It's just on me. Well, how long is this cop going to take? I mean, you guys can't just hold me here forever. That's not even That's not right either. This is This is crazy. This is nuts right here for no reason whatsoever. How's it going, sir? >> So you this officer is detaining me for walking down the street. I'm not sure why. I live here >> calling this a suspicious business. I don't know. >> Suspicious for walking down the road, man. >> Come on. >> I'm videotaping. I've been videotaping the whole time for my YouTube channel here, man. >> I mean, that's cool. Like I understand that, but at the same time, it's people calling people suspicious all the time for random things. >> Well, that's not that's not a right to stop somebody just cuz somebody's saying I look suspicious walking around. I'm wearing blue jeans and a a sweatshirt and I'm [ __ ] videotaping. >> Well, this is the the suspicion we got was that you from whatever distance they saw you from, it looked like you looked like uh what's the guy's name? Travis Decker from Washington. >> Well, I'm not Travis Decker. Sorry, man. >> Um yeah, but this is kind of crazy. You guys are detaining people just walking on the road. I mean, I haven't done anything wrong. I know you guys can't just stop me for walking down the road for looking suspicious. That's not That's not a detangable thing. >> Called in. So, I mean, we can stop and talk to you. Yes. But if you want to ID yourself. >> No, I don't. I don't have to. I mean, that's >> You can go on your way. Have a lovely day. >> You too. See, that's how an officer is supposed to be right there, you guys. The other officer had no reason. >> Wasted this guy's entire time and didn't even get his ID. Because in the beginning, you have to say, "Look, man, I just want to see run you for a warrant and just get you out of here." Then when it's switch, so you know, we got to wait for the sheriff officer. >> All I need to do is come to your neighborhood assistant, make sure you don't have a warrant, and then you're free to go. This is not my area. I'm here assisting a Worth County deputy. >> No matter where they're at, they're always going to be feasing. And then when he even asked him like, "What am I doing that's suspicious?" He wasn't even trying to answer that. >> What was the suspicion? What was I doing that was suspicious? >> I'm just here assisting. >> Well, minding your own business is very suspicious to police officers. wasted this guy's time just for the sheriff officer to say two words to him and let him go. >> I know you guys can't just stop me for walking down the road for looking suspicious. >> You want to ID yourself? >> No, I don't. I don't have to. I mean, that's >> go on your way. >> Did all of that and then get what he wanted. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this Bloomfield police officer for detaining this guy and feeding it for that ID just to not even get it. And then you have him say, "Look, man. You know, it's just suspicious." And he told his officer like, "What's suspicious?" He wasn't even trying to answer that. At first, he wanted to get his ID. didn't switch though. You know, we just going to wait for the sheriff. And when the sheriff officer got there, it ain't take him nothing but just like 1 minute, then let him go how it's really supposed to be. But this officer wants to detain him for no reason. He keeps saying like, "Bro, I'm just walking." But like I said, man, when it comes to that ID, they just got to have it. Luckily, he didn't get it. That's my take on the thug.
