I got a call and I'm going to respond. >> Well, you respond and you say there's nothing wrong with me. If you failed the field sobriety test, you go to jail. That's the way it works. And I told you I couldn't even do it. That's all I got to go by. I have no other test to give you. >> I'm disabled. No, you're full of it. There's nothing wrong with me. I'm leaving right now. >> not going to leave until I tell you you can leave. But then you start being belligerent towards me. >> And you can't arrest me for being belligerent. >> I can arrest you for disorderly conduct. Listen, you're always getting a call on me. That's weird. I said, I want to know who called. I have no clue who All right, I'd like to hear the recording. I have no clue. >> [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB case back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Martin County Sheriff's Office over there in Kentucky. You have this Martin County Sheriff, Sheriff John Kirk, pull up on this guy. This guy was chilling in this parking lot minding his own business. And that's when you having this Sheriff come up to him saying that he got a call about this guy being slumped over the steering wheel. But the thing is, this guy wasn't doing nothing but just chilling in this parking lot sending a few text messages. And you having this Sheriff that wants to do field sobriety test on him. And just because he said no, you having this Sheriff deputy saying, "Well, you know, since you're saying no and you're being belligerent with me, I'm just going to have to detain you." And this guy was not having it. And it just goes to show that these officers really get in their feelings when you don't participate in their fishing expeditions. I'mma watch it give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> You're not going to treat me like that. You're not going to treat me like that either. I got a call. I got a call and I'm going to respond. Well, you respond and you say there's nothing wrong with me. If you failed the field failed the field sobriety test, you go to jail. That's the way it works. And I told you I couldn't even do it. That's all I got to go by. I have no other test to give you, okay? >> I've seen enough since that happened. I've seen enough to know that I didn't even have to do that. I didn't even have to listen. I'm disabled. I can't feel my legs. Well, you probably shouldn't be driving a vehicle then. If you can't feel your legs, then that means you can't hit the brake, can you? No, I'm [ __ ] I'm let let let let's talk to the doctor. Are you a doctor? Are you a physician? Are you a physician? And you tell me my eyes, you said they were dilated. If I was high on what you said I was high on, they would be No, you're full of junk. There's nothing wrong with me. I'm leaving. I'm leaving right now. >> going to leave until I tell you you can leave. Okay. Let's record this and see. I'm recording it right now. There's nothing wrong with me. I got a call that you were passed out at the wheel. You were not I'm not passed out. You're sitting here texting. But then you start being belligerent towards me. I'm not belligerent. And you can't arrest me for being belligerent towards you. I can arrest you for disorderly conduct. >> Listen, this is not disorderly conduct. You can call it that. You can call it that and I can put all this on social media and they'll see what you are. You already got the reputation for it. I will. I'll put every bit of this on social media. You're saying you can't feel your legs. If you can't >> My legs are numb on my right on the inside. I'm both of them. No. That's not true. All right. Okay. How do you know when you're touching the brake or the or the gas pedal? It's like they're asleep, John. That's what I'm saying. You still know how to When your legs are asleep, do you know when you're touching something? There, Mr. Physician. Did you go to college to be to know everything about this? Have you got numb legs? Huh? Oh, actually I got two bachelor degrees. One in respiratory therapy, one in computers. I think I'm more qualified than you are about this kind of thing. I am. But I got a call And you got a call. You're always getting a call on me. That's weird. I got a random call, so that means I could run a random field sobriety test on you. >> a call. You're always getting a call on me. That's weird. That is odd. I said, "I want to know who called." I have no clue who it All right. I'd like to hear the recording. All right. And I got to go. I got ice cream back there. I got ice cream back here. I got to go. Okay. All right. But uh the call was that you were passed out. And I'm not a bit passed out. You were sitting You were sitting here pissing on the phone. Okay? So, it the call was unfounded, correct? Well, yeah, very correct. >> Okay. And John got unfounded both times, I think. >> Hopefully. Right. Right. >> You failed the field sobriety Right. Yeah, and then I know what kind of sheriff you are now, John. That's up to you, buddy. Yeah, and that's up to a lot of people. >> your >> And yes, and a lot of people will hear about this. >> You have your And yes, I do. Well, I'm very well in time. I'm all right. I am. I got to go. Well, you're free to go. >> Okay, thank you. >> as I back out, you're free to go. >> Right. Right. Back out. >> But, I got a call and I had to respond. >> Well, you responded anyway. If you call, you expect me to respond, don't you? Well, it depends. If I call for [ __ ] I don't know. I mean, if you >> I don't know. I'd like to know who who's mad at me or what. Why are they calling on me? Every time I go out, somebody calls on me. I can't help that. I I'm the sheriff. I just have to respond. >> Like I said, said you were passed out. You weren't passed out. You were sitting pissing on the phone. So, it's unfounded. Right. It's unfounded. Okay. >> a good day. You too, John. All right. And that's our great Martin County Sheriff right there. Once again, responding to me. Yep, this goes on Facebook. You could just see it in this sheriff's eyes that he was hoping he was going to do them tests so he could fail them. Because even in the beginning, he even said it. Look, man, if you fail the field sobriety test, you'll just go to jail. That's simple. Like, he really wanted to take somebody in. >> I don't I got a call and I'm going to respond. >> Well, you responded and you see there's nothing wrong with me. If you feel this fail fail the field sobriety test, you go to jail. That's the way it works. All right. And he absolutely has no lawful reason to give him a test. And just because this guy was being belligerent, he was being detained when he did commit no crimes at all. >> No, you're foolish, John. There's nothing wrong with me. I'm leaving. I'm leaving right now. No, you're not going to leave until I tell you you can leave. And you start being belligerent towards me. >> I'm not belligerent. And and you can't arrest me for being belligerent towards you. I can arrest you for disorderly >> Listen. >> Went from him being under the influence to disorderly conduct. This sheriff was getting a a too desperate. And the excuse that these cops love giving is that I got a call. Uh-uh, you got a call. You're always getting a call on me. That's weird. That is odd. It's recording. Okay, I want to know who called. I have no clue who did. All right, I'd I'd like to hear the recording. I have no clue. He don't know who called and he doesn't have a recording of the call. Y'all tell me what y'all think that is. But that's my take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this Mark County Sheriff Deputy for rolling up on this guy that wasn't doing anything but minding his own business. You have him trying to get him do a field sobriety test. He's saying, "Look, man, if you fail, you just go to jail. That's simple." Like he was really trying to take somebody in. And when this guy said, "Look, man, if I'm free to go." He wants to say, "Oh, you know, you're being disorderly, too." Like he was really hoping he could just take this guy to jail for something. Either this deputy really doesn't want to find no real crime or they just got nobody in the county. He's just trying to put somebody in there so they could get paid. That's my take on the throw. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
