Bro, the dog is fine. There's nothing wrong with the dog. He's safe. He's parked under shade. >> okay for right now, but we ended up getting multiple calls. We need to get the deputy out here as well. >> What, man? Are you going to call the cops on me? >> We would have legal right to pull your dog out of the vehicle, and you would have to fix the situation. >> You would come and break the glass in my car and take my dog? >> if the dog is in distress, yes, we would have legal right >> not in distress. So, what the hell are you talking about? >> Hoping that you'll be able to fix the situation and get me squared away. >> The situation that should be fixed should be you getting in this truck and driving off and leaving me alone. >> Okay. If you want, I'll have deputies come out here. >> Mickey, are you in distress over here? Are you fine? >> I want to take your dog off the hot asphalt since he's struggling to sit here and push his feet on the ground. >> Well, man. So, everything's being abused with the dog. What's wrong with y'all, man? >> Well, I guess you weren't being cooperative. >> Am I required to be? >> Well, if he's conducting an investigation. >> You got another dog that you've kidnapped in there? Where did he come from? He's got a dog in his backseat. Why ain't it in the back kennel? Did you steal him? >> I don't take those pets. >> No. >> I invoke my fifth amendment right, sir. >> Put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door in. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please. >> We'll be the city police taking care of paying your taxes. >> I need your ID. >> Is that all right? >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the window. >> Let's un-violate my right. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Charlotte County Public Safety, where you had this animal control officer roll up on this guy and told him that he was finna smash his windows and take his dog. This guy was inside a restaurant eating. He left his dog in his truck, but he had the windows rolled down. He had water in the truck, and he was parked under a tree. You having this animal control officer see this, and he said, "Oh man, your dog is under distress, man. I was finna break your window." And this guy was going back and forth with this animal control guy. So, he ended up calling the sheriff. And then, it's crazy because he ended up giving this guy a ticket. And while he was going back to his truck, he had a dog in his vehicle already. And he didn't have the windows rolled up and he gave this guy a ticket for doing the exact same thing. It looks like he was just trying to collect more dogs. I'm going to watch it give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Why am I being harassed, bro? Why am I being harassed again by the government? Bro, the dog is fine, bro. He There's nothing wrong with the dog. He's safe. The dog's perfectly fine right now. However, you cannot keep your dog in the state of Florida just hanging out in your car because in an instant the dog could flip like an up So, that's the reason we make sure that everything's okay. You're going to call the cops on me? >> Technically, if it's going to be something that would make you feel more comfortable, I can. >> No, I don't want any of you guys with me. Leave me alone with my dog. >> So, if by chance everything else happens, we would have legal right to pull your dog out of the vehicle if it's not going to be rectified. So, you would have to fix the situation right now. >> So, what? You would come and break the glass in my [ __ ] car and take my dog? >> If it warrants it, if the dog is in distress, yes, we would have legal right >> The dog's not in [ __ ] distress. So, what the hell are you talking about? >> No, not right now, but I'm saying that it is a possibility. I'm hoping that you'll be able to fix the situation and get it squared away right now. >> Well, the situation that should be fixed should be you getting in this truck and driving off and leaving me alone. >> Well, if you want me to get you all off the phone, I'll have deputies come out >> You know, this is a bunch of hoard, bro. I'll be making a public records request to obtain that photograph you just took of me, sir. >> I'm trying to get it out of the car. >> By the way, what is your name and position with the Charlotte County government? >> Charlotte County Animal Control Officer. >> And what's your name? >> Animal Control Officer badge 702. >> Wow. When are you going to start carrying guns, bro? >> want to take your dog off the hot asphalt since he's struggling to sit here and push his feet on the ground. >> Come on, man. So, everything's being abused with the dog. What's wrong with y'all, man? Y'all Y'all are getting You're mentally You're defective, bro. You're an [ __ ] >> Clearly, this animal control officer is just trying to nitpick so he could take this guy's dog. >> want to take your dog off the hot asphalt since he's struggling to sit here and his feet on the ground. >> Wow, man. So everything's being abused with the dog. What's wrong with y'all, man? Y'all Y'all are You're mentally defective, bro. >> How you doing today? >> Not too good, bro. Why you guys always in my It's crazy, bro. >> What's up, officer? >> Nothing's wrong with the dog. He's not in danger. He's not being abused. >> Okay. But if he calls, I got to come. You know that, right? >> I didn't call. It was just right here. How we doing in there, man? >> How you doing, man? How you >> Well, you know, doing a live stream. >> Yeah. >> So this guy here says that my dog is in danger and all that. Nothing wrong with him. He's fine. And I don't know why law enforcement's here. >> All right. I guess you weren't being cooperative. >> Am I required to be? >> Well, at least he's conducting an investigation. >> His investigation is stupid and frivolous and >> Well, that's your opinion. >> The dog's not in any danger, man. The dog is fine. He's not overheated. He's perfectly safe and sound. >> So did you have the vehicle parked in the vehicle >> I mean I really don't want to answer any kind of questions by law enforcement at this point in time, but the dog was not in That's the condition to be in distress. >> he said. That was his observation. I guess what we're asking you is is he told us that's what happened. We're confirming that happened. >> I'm telling you with a with another witness that'll be out here in a minute. The dog was not left in a situation where he was in distress or overheated and he's obviously not in that condition. So I I really don't know, but here's the here's the witness to tell you I did not leave my dog in an unsafe condition in distress. >> Yeah, he had his dog under the tree with water in there in the shade. So I mean to say I'm going to break the windows. >> Yeah, and he was saying he's going to break the windows in my car. >> I could see understanding saying to break the windows if the dog was actually in distress. The dog was not. So he's definitely being a Karen and doing the most. And he needs to stop this. He's kind of like harassing people. I feel like he even followed him here. >> All right. >> Well, we'll get it figured out, okay? >> Listen, if if I'm not currently being detained, I'd like to leave. He has my truck boxed in so I can't leave. >> He's He's >> I I don't want to, man. This interrupted my day and you guys were mean, bro. >> eat breakfast. >> And then this [ __ ] y'all did yesterday with my mother was really unacceptable. >> You don't need to do anything. You don't need to break his window. >> Yeah, man. Y'all could call an 80-year-old woman and say you're going to take her to jail for theft. Come on, man. >> You can't both be talking, bro. >> Bro. >> He's simply antagonizing you by saying he's going to break your window when your dog's not in distress. That's antagonization, bro. >> Yeah. >> They're not supposed to do that. You wouldn't even bring that up unless the dog was actually in distress, bro. He's doing the most. He followed you in the parking lot and then with us, bro. It's obviously what's going on. If they keep doing it, you can sue them, bro. You can sue animal control. >> I don't know about this. >> He's Karen-ing, man. >> I know there are two first offense citations, one of which is going to be for failure to provide proof of vaccination for rabies specifically. And then there is a first offense for having your dog inside the vehicle. There is a statute for it. It's listed at the bottom, okay? I'm going to have you sign each one of those there. If not, I'll put refuse, but it's still going to be submitted. >> I don't think I'm legally like obligated to sign this, so. >> I'm going to use the cop plank for discrimination and harassment. Can this guy get his Get his ID number or whatever? I don't know if they have an ID number. He does Do Do you have an ID number that you use or do you just go by names? >> I have a badge it's 709. >> 709 is his badge number. Los Lonely. >> Wow, thank you bro. It's important it's important people like you bro, saving the day every day with the help of law enforcement. That the communities and streets stay safe. Thank you bro. Thank you bro. You you really helped my dog bro. You got another dog that you've kidnapped in there? Where did he come from? Bro, he's got a dog in his backseat bro. Where'd you get it from bro? Why isn't it in the back kennel? Did you steal him? Did you steal him sir? Cuz y'all do that. Man, there's there's a dog back there Mickey, look. What are you doing back there? Did he steal you? Did he steal you puppy? Wow. Thank you. You're appreciated. Gave this guy a ticket for doing the exact same thing. Yep, just like a police officer. And when you don't respect their authority, they could just call the police on you. >> You want me to get the deputy out here as well? Hoping that you'll be able to fix the situation and get it squared away right now. >> The situation that should be fixed should be you getting in this truck and driving off and leaving me the cologne. >> Okay, if you want I'll call I'll have deputies come out here. >> You know, this is a bunch of horse bro. There's nothing wrong with my dog. >> Since you don't want to respect me, I'm going to intimidate you by calling the sheriff. And then he wants to start nitpicking cuz clearly he's trying to take this guy's dog. >> Bro, you might want to take your dog off the hot asphalt since he's struggling to sit here and push his feet on the ground. >> Wow man, so everything's being abused with the dog. What's wrong with y'all man? >> But honestly, this animal control officer was just trying to collect more dogs for the day. >> You got another dog that you've kidnapped in there? Where did he come from? Bro, he's got a dog in his backseat, bro. Where'd you get it from, bro? Why isn't it in the back kennel? Did you steal him? He was trying to steal his dog, but he wasn't going. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this Charlotte County animal control officer for threatening to take this guy's dog? He first he wants to say, "Oh yeah, your dog's in the truck is under distress." And this guy was trying to tell him that his dog was just fine. They went to go eat. He had everything right. He had the windows down. He had water in the car and everything. And you having this animal control officer getting his feelings because he told him to leave. And then he wants to threaten him with sheriff offices. You know you want me to call the sheriff? You know, all right, I I'll call the sheriff. And then on top of that, he was just nitpicking at this guy saying, "Oh, you shouldn't have your dog walking out here, you know, because the ground is hot." He was really trying to do anything he can to take this guy's dog. Clearly, he's collecting them because he had one in the truck already. And just like CPS workers, man, animal control officers do love kidnapping. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section.
