my hands in civil rights violations involving officers their actions during custody showed deliberate indifference to urgent medical needs they forced Silva onto the concrete and you can hear him complain about feeling like a knee was pressing on his neck making him feel paralyzed and unable to move the officers ignored him and even mocked Silva saying he was fine that an ambulance was on the way and urging him to get up their attitude was horrifying as they completely ignored clear signs that Silva was in serious trouble after being injured F Anthony Anthony you're fine buddy we got [Laughter] back you want to go to jail set up you want to go to jail set up want to go Bill house hey we help here Anthony Mr Silva hey man for the fire department the worst part is that it took about 30 minutes from the time Sila was seriously injured until they actually provided medical care that that's when the Medics arrived that was another thing too I was like thinking about too like bro these damn Medics took a a long ass time to get there they just stood by and the video cuts off shortly after after leaving me unsure of what happened next the silver family received the video about 2 weeks ago and has filed a wrongful death lawsuit the lawsuit is currently being handled in State Court subscribe to the channel to get the latest updates on this case the lawsuit alleges that Anthony Silva endured nearly 12 months in the hospital with a collapsed lung broken neck and broken back leading to his death in September 2023 according to his lawyer who was interviewed the only reason they arrested him was for public intoxication this is not only a terrifying indifference to urgent medical needs but also an excessive use of force the severity of the charge against Anthony Silva was just a minor offense for public intoxication with him being handcuffed he couldn't pose an immediate threat to the officers this is clearly a case of excessive force I extend my condolences to the Silva family and will gather more information from them or their lawyer in future videos and that's the end of that video man my take on that bro like these officers bro like that was it was just on some dick stuff because they just kept like joking and laughing and really not taking this dude serious the medical depart it took like damn near almost an hour to get there to even help this dude just you know he end up passing away and September you know whole year after this incident happened which is really sad and I really do hope you know his family does get Justice because bro that's and I you know what the [ __ ] the not like [ __ ] the lawsuit cuz you know you know I hope they do like you know get reimbursed for all this and whatever but I really do hope these officers like do some actual like time and get in you know like go to jail like what the [ __ ] cuz this this happens so many times where the you know officers well this happens to them and you know they just get fired and that's it they never get charg or go to jail I feel like they should and I feel like Theo is going to have to come to that because I feel like people go get tired of this [ __ ] happening but that's my take it though let me know what y'all think about the comment section how do y'all feel about this incident with these officers with this dude with a little smirk on his face bro like this [ __ ] like that it be pissing me off man but that's my take on it though let me know what y'all think about the comment section make sure like subscribe and all that man and y'all have a wonderful day [Music]
